This is terrible. I'm sorry to hear this. My sympathies with everyone he knew, especially his wife. I didn't know him well but he was a great GM and seemed a kind, intelligent man. His loss is felt.

"We m-must move quickly. Imowen g-goes first in case of traps?"
Flug follows Imowen's path, in case of traps, his cloak of shadows helping conceal his form.
Flug nods, looking at the darkening sky. "I follow."
Flug nods, his hand lingering at the handle of his weapon. "Go?"
"Whatever information th-they have may still prove useful. Also better to remove th-them anyway. Capture the l-leader?"
Flug stares in the direction of the smoke until they're ready go on, presumably to the back of the lodge.

Flug says nothing. Merely stares into the man's eyes. As if piercing the man's soul, as if deciding how best to make the man suffer. As if contemplating the man and the man's fears and how to make the man break.
Flug takes casual steps towards the warrior, his morningstar dripping blood into the snow on the way. He stop next to the man and stands in front of him. He looks into the eyes of the paralyzed man, holding the stare, his own eyes clouded with black.
Flug moves to step towards the remaining bandit but then pauses. He cocks his head, as if listening to something, before he reaches his hand towards the warrior. His eyes start filling with black, the cloak of darkness around him deepening into the same shade. "You shall answer our questions."
Flug's turns his head to the fleeing warrior. His morningstar drips with blood.
Flug's expression doesn't change, simply approaching the one who shot the arrow that hit him.
Flug mutters something and the cloak of darkness surrounding him seems to deepen in some unfathomable way. He moves forward and addresses those attacking him. "Who are you?"
Flug tilts his head, observing the warriors.
Flug observes the corpse.
"I-I can lift it for us to see, but c-cannot pull it closer."
Flug stares blankly. "I will follow what is decided. Either way is the s-same."
"T-tresspass against whom?"
"Perhaps the a-answers are further ahead. Sh-shall we continue?"
"A winter of discontent..." Flug says, "we aim to stop its advance. May we save ourselves, but others would fall to the cold grasp. Who are you to warn of us, another creature we know nothing about?"
Flug continues staring at the stag. "Dangers?" he says. "The fae?"
Flug looks around before speaking. "If they were not fairies, w-what were they?"
Flug tilts his head at the appearance of lights and the sudden retreat. "A friend or a signal?"
Flug's arm shakes when he lifts it towards the creature nearest to him.

"Ch-chilled," Flug stutters.
Flug's brow furrows.
Flug accompanies Celif without speaking up and looks at the fetishes as well.
Flug nods at Imowen, wiping their morning star in the snow before putting it back in its loop. "P-perhaps it m-makes a nest nearby?" His eyes search for the nest and the trail they were tracking.
After Imowen launches her attack, Flug walks into the melee, moving next to Nästród. The cloak of darkness surrounding him vibrates when swings at the creature!
Flug's eyes completely fill with black and he speaks another word that tries to be forgotten.
He then moves forward, drawing his morningstar and reaches a hand out to the sky. He says another strange string of syllables and his cloak of dark shivers... but nothing seems to happen.
Flug blinks and the next time he opens them, his eyes have begun filling with dark. Ah, a cold serpent lurked."
Flug tilts his head towards Imowen. "The eye c-cannot see the events to come."
Flug stares into the gully with black eyes.
"Their tracks seem too visible," Flug wonders.
"We'll kn-know how many to expect."
Flug staggers from the zombie's fists bursting with pure force through the cloak of darkness covering him and smashing into his vulnerable stomach. Blood leaks from his closed lips but Flug draws his morning star and swings it at his attacker with the same movement.
"Yes," Flug confirms.
"Sh-should we inv-vestigate here first bef-fore the S-sentinels?"
Flug accompanies Nastrod and Celif. "C-cold," is his only remark.
Flug nods. "L-let us go. To the rangers first or to Ul-ulrik's father? The r-rangers may be n-nearby in any case."
"S-seems to have brought a warning. May be different to what caused t-the destruction. P-perhaps see to the Hunter Dryden Kepp for more in-information before going to th-the rangers."
Flug waits until the healers are done and asks Ulrik a question. "Where did y-you see the deer? And w-what did you hear it say?"
