If I want a full profile like for online games, I fill it out similar to a bestiary statblock, like in this profile.

"Not much to see now dear Ady. Perhaps we can decipher the mystery of the chain controls...Let's go with Irathes."

Erynion follows along back to A7.

Erynion follows along to the corner, taking 10 for a 12 Acrobatics, and peeks his head around to take a look.

Can we see the chain in the ceiling from here or is that what this perception is all about?

Male Elf Archivist 1; HP 8/8; AC 16/12/14; F+0 R+4 W+1; Init +2; Per. +5

Erynion makes ready to help Klodd if he doesn't make it across, or follow after if he does.

Male Elf Archivist 1; HP 8/8; AC 16/12/14; F+0 R+4 W+1; Init +2; Per. +5

"Hmm? Were you unable to hear that?"

Erynion looks confusedly at Irathes and Klodd as they discuss. Then, realization dawns and he looks at their ears forlornly.

"Oh...oh yes. I am truly sorry, sometimes I forget that...other races are so deaf. There weren't many where I come from and I've only been among you for a scant 3 or 4 decades. The world truly is full of such fascinating wonders.

diplomacy, if applicable: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (6) + 6 = 12

GMs seem to run diplomacy differently, but normally it takes a minute of conversation, which Erynion will fill if given the opportunity.

Erynion keeps his ears pricked and his eyes peeled as he talks to the voice.

Hey, I mean, botting the GM just means you'll come back to us being in control of Cheliax. No biggie.

Take care, nightdeath. If you need more time, take it. This is just a game and it can wait.

Erynion gives her a grin.
Noted, but I have every confidence in our friend here as well. He has proven himself to be remarkably proficient in many surprisingly culinarily-related endeavors.

"Friends, we have have a chance to get through unscathed while the runes gather more energy. Are there any more rats around here? We could purposefully set it off again...I'm actually rather curious about the mechanism. This may bear further study."

Erynion detects magic and does the whole spellcraft: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (12) + 8 = 20 thing on any auras.

Erynion follows along the chains, keeping his eyes and ears peeled.

Let's indeed.

Male Elf Archivist 1; HP 8/8; AC 16/12/14; F+0 R+4 W+1; Init +2; Per. +5

"Mr. Rockhopper, that was a masterful display. Where did you learn such wonderful knifework? Perchance were you once a chef, considering your proficiency with both knives and jars?"

Male Elf Archivist 1; HP 8/8; AC 16/12/14; F+0 R+4 W+1; Init +2; Per. +5

Male Elf Archivist 1; HP 8/8; AC 16/12/14; F+0 R+4 W+1; Init +2; Per. +5

"Quite well eviscerated, Mr. Rockhopper! Let's do the same to the next!"

Erynion keeps up his Naturalist performance for a second round, still giving +1 to attacks, saves, and AC against the centipede.

He moves up to the centipede and stabs with his rapier.

Stab: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (10) + 2 = 121d6 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6

Male Elf Archivist 1; HP 8/8; AC 16/12/14; F+0 R+4 W+1; Init +2; Per. +5

Not that it would have had an effect on Adonneniel's attack, but don't forgot the performance gives +1 to attacks, saves, and AC against the centipedes.

Male Elf Archivist 1; HP 8/8; AC 16/12/14; F+0 R+4 W+1; Init +2; Per. +5

Erynion draws his rapier and attempts to identify the centipedes:
knowledge nature: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (14) + 7 = 21

Assuming that's enough to identify them, he begins his Naturalist performance to give the party +1 on attack rolls against the centipedes, +1 to AC against their attacks, and +1 to saving throws against any Ex, Sn, or Sp abilities from them.

"Watch the mandibles! They're vulnerable, but venomous!"

Male Elf Archivist 1; HP 8/8; AC 16/12/14; F+0 R+4 W+1; Init +2; Per. +5

"Certainly, Mr. Rockhopper. After all, a door headimg down is really just a lid on a large jar below you."

Erynion follows along, keeping a watchful eye out as well. Heading out of the natural light, his eyes adjust quickly to the darkness and he packs away his parasol.

"How brilliant a name! Allow meto record it in the log."

Erynion scribbles down the name in his journal along with a record of the members and their duties. So far, "Kloddhopper-Chief Jar Opener."

"Now, shall we take a look-see, hmm?"

He leans over the hole and peers down, listening intently.

"Your jars must have been far more complicated than those we had at the spire."

Male Elf Archivist 1; HP 8/8; AC 16/12/14; F+0 R+4 W+1; Init +2; Per. +5

Erynion winks at Adonenniel. "Aye aye, captain.

He tucks his parasol under one arm and moves to help lift.

I suggest we tread carefully here, friends. There's something scaly up there watching us, probably another kobold. And I'm not sure this structure is entirely stable. They may have gotten in via a sinkhole. The tower's certainly collapsing jnto one.

Erynion will collect a sample of explosives or residue if there is any available to do so while he's still on the ground floor. He won't start climbing unless the rest of the group does.

Male Elf Archivist 1; HP 8/8; AC 16/12/14; F+0 R+4 W+1; Init +2; Per. +5

That is certainly an interesting theory that bears investigation, Mr. Kloddhopper. I'd like to collect some samples of any alchemical explosives as well, to show to the local alchemist.

Erynion follows along back to the tower.

Male Elf Archivist 1; HP 8/8; AC 16/12/14; F+0 R+4 W+1; Init +2; Per. +5

Aha! Are we to be deputized ourselves then? I do so love becoming embroiled in things. Or are we to be contractors?

Erynion squints in the light and pops open his umbrella to shade his eyes.

If we're to do this, we may as well do so properly. Madam, is there anyone in town skilled in the arts of alchemy or explosives? I noticed the telltale signs among the wreckage. This Hunclay, perhaps?

Male Elf Archivist 1; HP 8/8; AC 16/12/14; F+0 R+4 W+1; Init +2; Per. +5

Fascinating! You'll have to teach me some time. Have you met any other speakers?

He takes out a journal and starts scribbling down notes.

I can only imagine that would prove useful when delving into forbidden graves...

Male Elf Archivist 1; HP 8/8; AC 16/12/14; F+0 R+4 W+1; Init +2; Per. +5

After examining the building, Erynion heads over to the wizard's residence to join the others.

I believe the destruction of the tower was a rather well-planned affair, rather than any sort of accident. If my nose does not betray me, in fact, it was brought down by a series of conflagrations by someone fairly knowledgeable, although they may have made some miscalculations while mixing their formulations, adding more accelerant which increased the yield of the mixture past what was strictly necessary to bring the building down. You see, I learned a small amount about alchemy, theoretically of course, from an Ifrit in Katapesh--Ady, I believe I wrote you about this--and we spent many a long night experimenting...

Erynion continues to prattle on long past the point that anyone is paying attention.

Hmm. Well, as they appear to have passed on, I suppose there is little to be done to assist them. Perhaps there is something else among the wreckage though...

Erynion begins to sift through the wreckage, looking for anything unusual.

Hello gentlebeings, this is a merry occasion indeed! ADY! I imagine shall be very surprised upon discovering you SO far abroad of the Spire.

I'll go over Erynion again to make sure he's good to go stat-wise. I think everything should be good but I'll check my money as well, and I should be able to get everything done Monday night. I need to sleep now though, as I just got home from an all-weekend con. Cheers!

Ahh, how fortuitous!
