Uh oh...

Enga screams, more in anger than pain, as the scales and flesh are melted from her bones and she is reduced to a blackened smouldering heap on the ground.

Alas poor Enga...

Hp max: 107 (143 rage); Damage taken: 97; Rage remaining: 12 rounds

Following Alwyn’s move action, Enga charges to T25, aiming to murder-stab the forge fiend into submission with her spear, two handed power attack.

Hudak and Alwyn will delay while Enga deals with HZ2.

Enga full power attacks HZ2.

Attack 2: 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (10) + 17 = 27 Damage: 1d4 + 26 ⇒ (4) + 26 = 30

She then 5 foot steps to R22.

Hp max: 107 (143 rage); Damage taken: 97; Rage remaining: 12 rounds

Enga's immune to frightened while raging.

"What's so scary about not having a head?"

Hp max: 107 (143 rage); Damage taken: 97; Rage remaining: 12 rounds

I really don’t like this monster – it can do its turn to stone thing from a distance through the zombies? Gods. Does this trigger Alwyn’s readied action? I guess not if he can’t see it.

Hp max: 107 (143 rage); Damage taken: 97; Rage remaining: 12 rounds

“Raaarggh!!”

Enga stabs at the zombies in front of her with her spear in a two handed grip.

Full two handed power attack with inspire courage. If HZ3 falls she moves on to HZ2.

Hp max: 107 (143 rage); Damage taken: 97; Rage remaining: 12 rounds

“Arrrghh!” Enga yells, frothing at the mouth, her small muscles bulging. “I kill you, you stay dead this time!”

She rages; assuming the nearest zombie hasn’t fallen to mighty Hudak, she makes a full power attack on it, two handed with her spear.

Positions are fine with me, Enga might need some healing sooner rather than later though - I suspect a hit from one of these guys will bring her into hit point danger zone fast.

“If lucky, they come to life and we fight again, yes friend?” The kobold sounds enthusiastic, but is looking a bit injured and ragged after all these battles.

Onwards!

Unless one of the magic people want to investigate the cauldron first.

Hp max: 107 (143 rage); Damage taken: 97; Rage remaining: 12 rounds

Is there a visible way out from the cauldron room? Anyone want to search the place or check out the big cauldron?

Hp max: 107 (143 rage); Damage taken: 97; Rage remaining: 12 rounds

"Smash her up into small pieces, easier to carry around," suggests Enga, poking the smashed golem with her spear.

Hp max: 107 (143 rage); Damage taken: 97; Rage remaining: 12 rounds

Enga staggers under the golem's blows, blood leaking from her mouth and nose.

Hp max: 107 (143 rage); Damage taken: 97; Rage remaining: 12 rounds

I forgot Enga's additional attack for haste.

ugh, rolled a 3. That's not going to cut it, is it?

Hp max: 107 (143 rage); Damage taken: 97; Rage remaining: 12 rounds

Enga rages and charges to L22, making a two handed power attack with her spear, with the benefit of haste and charge. She will also use her powerful blow rage power.

I got the channel, thanks. That and the clw should keep her on her feet for a while.

Hp max: 107 (143 rage); Damage taken: 97; Rage remaining: 12 rounds

Eek - Enga is in a bad way. She has taken 103 points of damage now, leaving her at 4 hp if she drops out of her rage, or 40 in her current enraged state.

Enga takes the full brunt of the molten metal spew in the face. It melts and warps her scales, leaving hideous black scarred patterns, but the enraged kobold seems to ignore the grievous wounds and, gurgling a war cry, stabs at the forge fiend with her spear.

Full power attack two handed.

Hp max: 107 (143 rage); Damage taken: 97; Rage remaining: 12 rounds

Enga doesn't know what a forge fiend is I guess, but she knows big and ugly when she meets it.

Seeing as she is quite wounded, she rages then activates renewed vigor to restore 3d8 + 4 ⇒ (8, 1, 3) + 4 = 16 hit points.

Enga can't take too many more hits like that. It would be good if we have a way to boost Hudak's will save or make him immune to the room's effect so that he can safely get into melee.

Alternatively, everyone could withdraw back to the corridor and try to get the giant to follow.

Enga rages (free action), then moves to F9 (a single move with her speed of 35 should get her there), and attacks the giant with her spear.

Enga is reluctant to squeeze past Demiarchos (and have the hound at her back) so she delays until after the big dog.

“Huh. Big,” states Enga, looking part impressed, part wary and part like she wants to fight the massive beast. “Well – are we going?” Throwing a last glance at the Gorumite hound, she leads the way forward.

Hp max: 107 (143 rage); Damage taken: 97; Rage remaining: 12 rounds

Enga seems to slump slightly as she comes out of her rage. She wipes the blood from her spear on the fallen lamia’s flank. “Never liked you two anyway,” she mutters. “Too high and mighty.”

The small humanoid sighs, then looks over at the elf woman with narrowed eyes. “You’re not supposed to be here,” she states, then looks past the elf to Sefayll. “Hey, should we kill her too?” she calls to the human wizard.

Hp max: 107 (143 rage); Damage taken: 97; Rage remaining: 12 rounds

Enga makes a full attack action, two handed power attack against the lamia, using blessings of fervour to gain an extra attack.

Attack 1: 1d20 + 22 ⇒ (18) + 22 = 40 damage: 1d4 + 24 ⇒ (3) + 24 = 27
Attack 2: 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (12) + 17 = 29 damage: 1d4 + 24 ⇒ (1) + 24 = 25
Attack 3: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (2) + 12 = 14 damage: 1d4 + 24 ⇒ (3) + 24 = 27
Attack 4: 1d20 + 22 ⇒ (19) + 22 = 41 damage: 1d4 + 24 ⇒ (1) + 24 = 25

Enga has 22 rounds of rage remaining and 121 (rage) hit points.

Hp max: 107 (143 rage); Damage taken: 97; Rage remaining: 12 rounds

Using blessing of fervour to increase her speed by 30 feet, Enga will move to Y10 and make a two handed power attack on the remaining Lamia. She is outside of the silence area, so takes advantage of Illes' Inspire Courage

Power Attack: 1d20 + 22 ⇒ (3) + 22 = 25 Damage: 1d4 + 24 ⇒ (1) + 24 = 25

"Hold still while I stab you, b!tch."

Hp max: 107 (143 rage); Damage taken: 97; Rage remaining: 12 rounds

That’s two successful hits on Enga, though her DR soaks up one of them completely. 8 points in total, bringing her current rage hp total to 121.

“Oh, you’re gonna die now ugly!” screeches Enga, more annoyed than hurt.

Hp max: 107 (143 rage); Damage taken: 97; Rage remaining: 12 rounds

“Argh! Stupid lamia, stay still and let me hit real you!”

Enga makes a full attack action, two handed power attack against Lamia 2, using blessings of fervour to gain an extra attack.

Attack 1: 1d20 + 18 ⇒ (10) + 18 = 28 damage: 1d4 + 20 ⇒ (3) + 20 = 23
Attack 2: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (17) + 13 = 30 damage: 1d4 + 20 ⇒ (1) + 20 = 21
Attack 1: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (10) + 8 = 18 damage: 1d4 + 20 ⇒ (3) + 20 = 23
Attack 1: 1d20 + 18 ⇒ (1) + 18 = 19 damage: 1d4 + 20 ⇒ (2) + 20 = 22

Enga has 24 rounds of rage remaining and 129 (rage) hit points.

Camlo!

Oops. Make the position P11.

I also forgot Blessing of Fervour, which Enga is using to add bonus to hit, damage etc.
So her to hit roll above should be 26 and her damage should be 25.

Hp max: 107 (143 rage); Damage taken: 97; Rage remaining: 12 rounds

Does Enga know anything about these Lamias or their lair that might prevent her just charging right in? If not ...

"Oh, so we're fighting them too now are we?" Enga squints, then shrugs her slight, scaled shoulders and hefts her spear. "Oh well, beats sitting around ... Charge!!"

Unless she knows something that would prevent her doing so, she Rages then charges and power attacks Lamia 2, ending up in Q11. She will try to tumble to avoid AoOs.

Acrobatics: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (1) + 14 = 15

Charge power attack two handed: 1d20 + 20 ⇒ (4) + 20 = 24 damage: 1d4 + 20 ⇒ (3) + 20 = 23

By the way are these snake bodied lamias or mammal bodied lamias?

If Lamia 1 acts before her and prevents this action, let me know.

Enga is nearest in terms of helping (though a little way down on the initiative pole) - do you think she would help based on this comment, given the parameters of the charm effect, or would she be more likely to wait and see what her friend Sefayll actually does?

Hp max: 107 (143 rage); Damage taken: 97; Rage remaining: 12 rounds

Enga seems to sag a little as the last troll drops and she comes out of her battle rage. “Stupid trolls,” she mutters, kicking one of the smouldering corpses for good measure.

“Now! We find Mokmurian and have that massive battle? That way!” Enga points further down the passage, past the trolls’ hidey holes. “And then …” she tilts her head and scratches her lower jaw, thinking.
