I'm kind of excited to see the investigator. I'm surprised there weren't more of them. They are a fun class, and have good knowledge skills.

I like Meliora as well. The character seems well put together. Which reminds me I need to work on Lena's background. They seem helpful. I haven't played with them before.

I like either of the bards. I play with Beorn the Divine's player in a Crimson Throne game. They do an excellent job of playing, moving the game along, and don't go missing with no explanation.

I think we have enough martial characters.

If you aren't comfortable with running evil then let's do Rebels. I'm getting the sense either people don't have a preference or aren't sure about playing Vengeance, but will to "keep the band together".

For Rebels: The idea of a war priest came to me. I'm not sure on the deity yet, but it makes sense she would be sent to investigate and then work to overthrow the house of Thrune.

I'm up for anything you want to run. Shae and I are in a Hell's Rebels group together. I'm good with playing in the same AP twice at the same time, but I won't speak for Shae.

Hell's Vengeance sounds interesting. We seem to have a good group that won't deliberately be chaotic evil ruin the fun. That always worries me with evil characters.

If you still have time run errands with me of course." Eloisa asks. She looks giddy at getting to scribe new spells.

It costs money to live, and Nethys knows we're going to be getting into more scrapes until we figure out this evil girlfriend who wants to burn down the town. Green scorpion wielding a tiny dagger? Works for me :), and would be super cute. I can now deliver touch spells with her so she might be scuttling around on the ground. Try not to step on her, and she won't sting you too much in order to deliver a buff.

"Is there a spell or a blessing that clerics have to clean water? I'm not too religious myself. I can throw balls of ice at it, but I doubt that will dilute it for long." Eloisa studies the shrine careful not to touch it.

Eloisa follows Rast and pats him on the shoulder. She speaks quietly to him, "The sheriff is paid for her work and so is the mayor. Why shouldn't we be paid for the work we do. I'm not talking about huge amounts, but components, ink and paper cost money. I also have to pay rent on my home. If I'm running around taking care of the town's problems, I'm not making my small living teaching. Can you understand where I'm coming from? We are helping and should help. I just don't believe we should do it for no compensation. If it doesn't cost the person asking us to stick our necks out anything, then they won't value us. Does that make sense? You have value. I don't want someone to lower that value." A cleric has much more value than a deputy, and should be paid for his work. He needs to see he's worth having in the our group and the town. I don't see a half-orc of little value.

She takes a deep breath. "I'm not saying ask for money for what we have done today of our own accord. In future if someone asks us for assistance I think we should request some sort of compensation. We have found things down here that we can sell or use. Amekio and Augustinia are safe. That's reward enough for me for today."

"I can do that. Give me some time, and I'll have lots of scrolls for pinch situations." She worries her bottom lip with her teeth for a moment. "We are going to be getting into pinches aren't we." Eloisa sighs slightly. "The mayor or the sheriff aren't going to be able to deal with this woman and her associates are they? Somebody should ask for pay the next time they want us to look into something." I hope I can keep helping out. I've done well so far, but that could change if I fail at something.
