Sorry, I haven't noticed the same issue. I do know from much experience that waiting on anyone in a Special is a bad idea, since it moves so very quickly and the level of reward directly depends on how many encounters we get through. Plus it's more fun to experience more in this scenario. This is one of my favorites and I definitely want to see us get as much out of it as we can.

Edit: I think this is just an issue of time zones, now that I think on it. It happens sometimes that a player lives or works during a time when the GM is asleep or inactive. It's not personal and it's not intentional, but it is what it is. In the future you can ask everyone what timezone they're in and choose players/GMs based on that synchronicity. It may alleviate the issue you're seeing.

GM question!:
So for my next action, I want to maintain the grapple and then drop the swordswoman in the water. How would I do that and how many actions would that take? One since dropping an item is a free action? Or two, one to maintain and one to reposition? Or could I just drop her without worrying about maintaining?

Styfis, timed specials are timed. And the time is Not Very Long. If you cannot post, the GM will and must bot you. If you want to be botted better, create a spoiler in your profile that has instructions for combat, role-playing, etc, but fair or not, the GM MUST keep the action going. Or else this special is going to be Very Not Fun for all of us.
