I think I can carry it and still be at a medium load, but I'll have to wait until tonight to check Hero Lab and confirm that. Even if it takes me to a heavy load, it won't matter very much - just -1 AC. Eckowo eyes the lizard by his foot, then sighs and reaches into his pack for another ration to hand to it. "Is this what you want?" he mutters to it, before he somewhat sheepishly looks at Izabek and shrugs. "Maybe."

Sorry for vanishing. I worked almost a week's worth of overtime from Thursday thru Monday of the holiday weekend. I'm still trying to get back on top of everything that fell by the wayside. Yeah, I have the shortbow, 2 arrows, a longsword, and a morningstar on my sheet. I didn't think of them until after Izabek cast magic weapon, though. For the future, I do have an enchantable weapon that I'm proficient with. For now, I think I'm going to go with the Improved Overrun feat, since straight hallways are great for it. I'm also going to get spikes and throwing straps added to my shield for 60gp. If I can use it to actually throw it (I don't know if it can be retroactively added), that's great, but the primary purpose is to be able to drop it as a free action (heavy shields normally take a move action to remove).

Hit points: 1d10 + 2 ⇒ (10) + 2 = 12 Woo hoo! A place to rest safely. I'm at 26/36 after leveling and being healed. A night's rest will make it 29/36, which is close enough to full to make me happy. Another heal wouldn't hurt, though, if we have one to spare. Anyone want to weigh in on feat selections for me? I can get Multiattack, which will make my natural weapons more likely to hit when also attacking with a real weapon, but I'm only going to be doing that in rare circumstances because of the damage penalty.

Yeah, the problem is that my strength mod is balanced by small die sizes. Against DR 5 or less, it's not a problem, but when my maximum per attack is in the 10-12 range... That said, I didn't actually think those numbers through ahead of time either and I also expected to tear it apart, albeit slower than usual.

I hadn't made it to full, so I'm down to 4 hp now. Having proved the uselessness of his natural weapons, and retreated so that others could beat on the thing ineffectively, Eckowo is quite grumpy. Then he becomes bloody and grumpy, which is even worse. Snatching his looted sword from its sheath, he applies it's sharp edge to the stone beast, followed by the rest of him in hopes of scoring a lucky blow.
Whee...

Eckowo eyes the pile of various body parts with satisfaction. "Well, that's one way to find a wall." He settles down against a wall and is soon sleeping again. Don't forget to regain your 2 hp for resting, everyone. And can anyone make the DC 20 heal check (and have the healers kit) to restore more? Any non-magical healing is good healing.

Since I'm down at the bottom of the order, and I don't expect them to last until my turn, I'll spoiler my post. Ignore it, wait, or use it out of order. Later in the round:
Eckowo lashes out at any surviving zombies. "Die, evil rotting things." Irrelevant is the fact that they are already dead. Power attacking and bardic bonuses on all
If he has to use his bite attack and hits with it: Eckowo spits at the downed zombies several times, wiping his mouth on the back of his clawed hand. "Disgusting." He spits again.

Oof, lots of posts today. My XP record shows Reflex: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (13) + 1 = 14 Eckowo drops flat as the wave of fire blasts down the hallway, but unfortunately, he's just a moment too late and he takes the full brunt of it before he hits the ground. 3/23 hp now. I've got two CLW potions, which people are welcome to as needed. "Gah, bring back Gronx or Harrienys..."
