assuming the guard has high strength, and an attempt to overpower him to open the door has little chance for success (even aiding Reed to do so)...
Draylan will try and "Jackie Chan" up to the roof to join Eveline, and bypass the guards barricading the door. Any chance there are: barrels, crates, fire escapes, or any other items that would warrant an acrobatics check vs a climb?
Draylan makes eye contact with Reed, "It would seem our rouse is up! I'm amazed it lasted as long as it did to be honest. I'm obviously a better liar than I give myself credit for." Draylan looks around the doorway and the side of the warehouse for items that could be used to quickly get to the roof. "I doubt the 2 of us can overpower that brute. I'm gonna look for another way in. Perhaps the roof like our Halfling lookout."
acrobatics:1d20 + 6 ⇒ (3) + 6 = 9 -6 if climb check is required

You forgot the extra rank from the human Skilled racial trait.
Your initiative should be +8
There is something amiss with your AC. You either are using Studded leather instead of Leather, a heavy shield instead of a light one, or your AC is 15 (or I am missing something)
1. added 1 skill rank to sense motive
2. Initiative should be +6, unless I'm missing something (lol). It was correct in my spoilers, but I had to update it on the "class/levels" field
3. Should have been studded leather, corrected in profile.
Thank you for the thoroughness of your review. I appreciate you pointing out details I must have missed, or figured incorrectly.

Respectfully, your affairs are none of my business. I'm content to watch excitement take place and tell stories, but I am not versed in matters of combat." Draylan takes a bow, "At your request, I could spare some time to watch this door while YOU check on your friend. I did my part to report the situation to... ummm... the proper authorities. If you would not like to take advantage of my offer, I will wish y'all well in your endeavors and be on my way."

Draylan puts on his best fear face, mixed with concern.
"If you're referring to the large well armed gentleman that was just here, I pointed out a few suspicious halflings that had been snooping around the building here. He chased off after them around that other building. I fear them may have lured him into some sort of trap or ambush." Draylan points the direction the guard ran off. "You may want to find him, in case the halflings prove more than he can manage. Or maybe even to aid him in detaining and questioning them. If you like I can wait here and make sure no one enters the building while you're gone?"

Draylan will try and distract the guard heading for Reed
"Excuse me sir. I apologize if this alarmed you. That miscreant is no threat. He bumped into me and rudely insulted me, so I returned the respect by shoving him off the dock!" Draylan points to the next warehouse over. [b]"You may want to look behind that other warehouse, there was a shifty group of 3 halflings that just walked back there. While it's really none of my business, they were scouting YOUR building here... pretty intently." Draylan puts on a disgraced face, looks to the ground, "If you feel my action was out of line, I will take a punishment of assisting that rude gentleman out of the water AND apologize for my action. I'm sure you have more important matters to address than MY childish response to that wet gentleman down there!"

Draylan would like to see if he can view inside by way of the windows on the east side of the warehouse. If unable to see in, he still would like to check if he might be able to enter through one of the windows.

Excellent job GM Rutseg. Thank you for such a fast pace. Same goes to all players who also were dilegent in posting frequently. I hope you don't mind GM, but I've adopted the info your requested (and format you provided) from the 1st post here in discussion for all my games and use it for my 1st post there. Several games have had players follow suit following my post without even being requested.
Great way to start. I would love to be considered for any future PFS pbp games you host. Feel free to PM me anytime your planning on starting one or if you need someone to fill in.

"Doesn't seem to be anything remarkable about that statue. Then again, that's not surprising since I've never heard of riches being found in a frog hoarde."
Daylan chuckles a little, then points up.
"I believe we have another floor to check and Balenar mentioned some sort of leader, Tassak and a pet crocodile. Shall we rid this place of his stench?"
Draylan starts trudging back towards the door and on to the staircase.

Draylan turns to Lionel...
"Is this where we consult to coin? Or are we proceeding with a more systematic exploration from bottom to top? In other words, are we seeing what's behind door number 3 here, or skipping it and heading up again?"
Draylan turns to the cramped group of pathfinders...
"Did anyone want to check THIS door for surprises?"
Draylan surveys the door waiting for the party's replys.

no problem, I assumed if Nigel wasn't OK with that, he could resist me picking him up. In which case I could either leave him be, or roll a combat maneuver... bull rush, grapple, ect on him. Anyway... starting over...
"Swarms are nasty people! I plan to run out the door and shut it behind me, locking the bats inside. For your own safety, please do the same."
Draylan quickly darts out the door and readies an action to close it after the others clear the room.

[b]"These are not easy to deal with. I suggest we get out of here, and try to close the bats inside with the door, and avoid tangling with them all together. EVERYONE OUT! NOW!"[b]
just to clarify, the door we just came through is the only way (that our characters can tell) for the bats to get into the room we just came from?

Draylan mesmerized by the surprise of flaming skeletons loses focus for a moment and is frozen in place. When he snaps out of his shock, he sees bits of smoldering bone throughout the room.

Draylan looks up and to the side with his eyes as he scratches his head, as if pondering a decision...
"On the other hand... bar-b-que lizard tail on a stick, IS very tasty! Sooooooooo... whichever. Perhaps we should have Lionel flip a coin for it, that seems to be our preferred method of decision making."

"Those smelly things have no honor and thus deserve no quarter, but I will abide by the concensus of the party. I can't imagine they could smell any worse when they are dead, though."
Draylan cautiously turns to the lizard, prepared to retaliate if threatened.
"This little guy doesn't seem malicious in any way. Unless anyone can see something of value in this room, I'd be content to close the door with him inside, and let him be. If my inner compass is correct, we've made a complete circle and this room will merely lead outside to the door that Lionel's coin had us pass on. We should see what's behind this other door!"
