This order was placed on 2/12.
It is still pending.
When I opened it, I was told to contact Customer Service.
If you need to contact me, my cell phone number is on my account.

I have been trying for over 6 months to order the items in my cart and it still won't process orders.
I press the RED Place Order Button and it does the circular thinking thing then it the screen flashes and I am back at the RED Place Order Button.
I have asked that you please manually process the order for me, but it still has not been processed.

Could someone please take care of this for me?

This order says it shipped on Monday July 6, but I haven't received it yet.

In the "I would have gotten away..." thread, all the posts between Nov 5, 2018 and May 13, 2020 have disappeared.
I don't know if there are any more as I didn't go looking.

I was checking the items in my shopping cart.
All but one were PDFs.
The one item said I had purchased it before.
That is correct - I am purchasing it again.
All the PDFs say I had purchased them before on the same date as the item.
I know this is wrong because I had just added them to the cart and you cannot purchase PDFs twice.
The message is the same for all items.
I checked the link on a couple of the PDFs and they take me to where the item was purchased.
The PDFs are not on that order.
Looks like the cart is putting the first item's message on everything.

I changed my credit a few weeks ago, but your system is still trying to use the old cancelled card and I can't delete it.
I have tried to change the payment to the new card, but it will not let me delete the old card and use the new one.
The thing is, I have gotten new Pathfinder and Starfinder Society subscriptions and the system used my new card.
Could you please get this taken care of?
This is stalling my October subscriptions from shipping.

BTW, I noticed there are customer service requests (including mine) going back 2 weeks that haven't been answered yet.

Based on what is showing, I am miss Pathfinder Society scenarios after 10-22 to 1-03 and Starfinder Society 2-03 to 2-06. These do not show in my order history.

According to my purchases, I should have Starfinder Skitter Shot and Starfinder Skitter Crash in my downloads. I have received the hard copies.

Also, according to the September packing list Starfinder Adventure Path #20 was shipping seperately, but I haven't gotten it yet. According to Order History, the whole order is still pending even though I received everything but it. Could you make sure this goes out with my current order.

The notification of this order has both the critical hit and fumble decks.
I stated in an earlier post that I made a mistake on the subscription to start with the hit instead of the fumble.
I have not received a reply yet.
Could you please make sure to remove the hit deck so I only receive the fumble deck?

I just received my 2nd edition order - TWICE.

I have 2 copies each of "Core Rulebook", "Bestiary", "Adventure: Fall of Plaguestone", "Flip-Mat: Fall of Plaguestone" and "Adventure Path 145: Hellknight Hill".

Instead of converting my pre-order to subscription, you shipped both the pre-order and subscription.
I really don't need 2 copies, nor do I wish to pay twice.
Also, on Adventure Path 145 the subscription price was $17.49 while the non-subscription price was $21.24; and the Flip-Mat subscription was $11.99 while the non-subscription was $12.74.

Turns out there is a warp that takes you back in time that allows you to play the original Diablo.
Whee! Loved it! :)

Just noticed there are 2 "Pathfinder Flip-Mat: Bigger Sewer" in this order.
One priced at 15.99 and the other at 16.99.
The 16.99 one says "Moved from order 5289033, placed Aug 5, 2018".

Wish I would have noticed this on Friday when I got the original email, but it was the final weekend of baseball season.

I can't find it now, but there was a post talking about pawn bases either last year or earlier this year.
One person's post mentioned a website where they make custom bases and other RPG items.
I didn't save it, and now that I might be needing some I can't find it.
Could someone please help.

Suggestion to Paizo: How about a sub-form where people can ask for help finding RPG web sites?

I can't believe you are screwing the magic users AGAIN.
They can only cast 3 spells of any level per day?
Do you expect fights to only last 1-2 rounds?
Do you think an adventuring party will only have 1 fight on an adventuring day?

Let me tell you, that is not how things happen.
Example: Last week my group is playing Crimson Throne.
We are in the Labyrinth.
First we run into a Dark Sphinx (with SR and DR). That took several rounds.
Later we ran into a Rakshasa Monk (who had an insane SR score and DR), her Upasunda Asura minion (with SR and DR) and the 2 Asura Adhukaits (also with SR and DR) that were summoned.
That battle took over 15 rounds.
Our main fighter was killed, our spell-casters were empty, our cleric was empty.
We only killed the Upasunda and 1 of the Adhukaits, the other disappeared when the summoning ran out.
We barely injured the Rakshasa.
The only thing that kept it from being a TPK was a wand of dimension door our rogue had that allowed us to escape.

And you are proposing giving players less spells?????
You are saying to us it is pointless to be a spell-caster.
They are only good for sitting to the side while the battle is going on.

I purchased the game mastery map pack: Magic Academy in 2011.
I got both the hard copy and the PDF.
I went to open it today and it was corrupted.
When I went to download it again, it was not in my file.
Could you look into it, please?

Also, if I am missing one download, am I missing others?

I could see maybe not getting Basic and Tavern because they weren't part of the subscription yet, but what about Forest and Ship?

I purchased "Mini-Dungeon #019: The Goblin Warren (PFRPG) PDF" today on Order# 4885835.
When I downloaded it, the file says Mini-Dungeon019TheGoblinWarrenPFRPGPDF
But when I opened it, instead of the Pathfinder version I got the 5E version. (It has the 5E logo instead of the Pathfinder logo.)
All the hyperlinks take me to 5eSRD.com entries.

There were many links added to the Store Bar , but the Store Blog link is now missing.

The Cart icon says there are 3 items in it, but when I open it there are only 2.
I can't remember if there were 2 or 3 items in there.

The delay is probably because of the pre-order for 'Midgard Legends' print edition.
If that is the case, or another non-Paizo product on the order, go ahead and move them back to my sidecart for the next monthly shipment.
