Male Human Commoner
Dovar glares at Arda and rubs his head. Why must she always do that? He thought to himself. Making careless mistakes had always been in his nature and it was common knowledge amongst their clan that while he was skillful in many areas, he did not have the quickest of wits. Dovar looks this "king" up and down trying to decern if what this man was saying was truth. Dovar had a deep rooted suspicion of most people especially outsiders. "I am called Dovar and if it is strong warriors that you seek you have come to the right place," Dovar finally says, trying to conceal his amazement at the flame that seemingly appeared out of nowhere. "but what is it that prevents your people from getting the artifact yourself?"
Male Human Commoner
Dovar spends his days exploring and hunting in the nearby jungle. He had one son with a woman from the other tribe. But she died in child birth and Dovar never took another mate. He spent most of his remaining years raising his son and teaching him about the jungle. He died after ingesting a the wrong plant. It was a painful and agonizing death but atleast his son learned a new plant that wasn't safe to eat.

His elation doesn't last long as the remaining birds are heading straight for them. Reath takes a hit from one of them and and Dovar decides that he must take action to protect his clan mates. He jumps out next to Reath and stabs at the bird with his spear. Spear: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (13) + 3 = 16

Sorry I spaced the damage, not used to hitting. Damage: 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5 Dovar smiles in satisfaction of hitting something other than air for a change. Finally I show that I am not completely useless out on a hunt. Dovar thinks to himself knowing that hitting a bird with a stone is a long way from taking down a fierce Jaguar, but it's a start.

"Gorm we go find help, where you live" Dovar asks Gorm hoping to get some sort of direction to start searching. "Mountains or sea" Dovar draws a rough map in the dirt and points to where his tribe is. survival: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (19) + 5 = 24

"Doubt it was Millsy, though she does like trout, if I come across one I'll make sure to share it with you." Finnrick says to the dwarf with a laugh. "Well it looks like I have work to do today," Finnrick says with a shrug, "Trelvar might I trouble you for a bottle of mead and a bottle of milk to go. It looks like I might have a long day ahead of me." And with that he turned and strolled out the bar. I wonder what they need me for? Secret Mission, ha I love Olmira, but she does have the funniest notions.
Male Human Commoner
Dovar wonders if there are any plants that he has seen during his time spent alone in the jungle around camp, or heard the elders speak of that might be able to help the wounded. Or atleast alleviate some of their pain. knowledge (Nature): 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (10) + 3 = 13
Male Human Commoner
Dovar, who is generally quite when it comes to these types of decisions can't help but speak up.
"None of it will matter if he dies but we should do all we can to save him, not to mention Esta and Unas who need the same care." Dovar thinks to himself after he speaks. Esta and Unas need same help or they die. You know how?
Male Human Commoner
It has been a long day and exhaustion begins to overcome Dovar. Thinking that there is nothing more that can be done for the wounded tonight he builds them a fire to stay warm.

Dovar feels a lump form in his throat as they approach Tono's body. He was a good man, and strong, and now we are going after the beast that did this to him, I hope that the others are as strong as they act. Dovar has been on the right flank of the group the whole time and stays there as the venture on keeping an eye out for any danger. Perception: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (7) + 7 = 14

As a group begins to form Dovar becomes anxious, this is his chance see if he can hit more than just a bush with his spears. "I come too" Dovar grunts with less confidence in his voice than he was hoping for. He threw his bundle of spears over his shoulder and took a step toward the group.
Male Human Commoner
Dovar spent his afternoon alone, as he often does, scouting close to the caves that the clan are currently using as a home in order to alert them of any danger that comes to near. As of yet he hasn't come across any real threat and spends most of his time practicing his shot with his sling and his throwing spears in preparation for the day he is allowed into one of the clans hunting parties. Seeing a crowed begin to gather in the center of camp Dovar runs back but stays on the outskirts of the crowed, observing the scene and listen to Hesto's account of the Beast that attacked them. "Maybe this is my chance to prove my real worth to the clan," Dovar thinks to himself as he clutches his spear tighter.

Sorry I have been at work and have been following the conversations but haven't been able to post with quotes. So Geno the Chosen said wrote: I have a question for our male characters: how do you feel about having an affair with Geno? Or having a relationship anyways... It could be all, find our love even after thousands of years of reincarnation thing I have no problem having an affair or whatnot with another PC especially since we are in a clan with a bloodline, but seeing as I am not an alpha I'd have to prove myself in battle first.
Male Human Commoner
I made Dovar 5'8" because I wanted him to be shorter than most of the men in the clan but I didn't know that the women were going to be quite so tall. I can change the height if we are going to be a tall clan though I still want to be the shortest male if not the shortest member.
Here is the character I will submit a ranger may move into a druid/hunter class as time goes by we will see. Right now though he's just a simple spear chucker who provides food for the tribe. (will finish up the crunch soon but this is the basic outline) I like all of the settings but I think it would be cool to come back in maybe the same setting only during an ice age. |
