I would expect that no town near here would have enough gold to buy it (we should definitely keep it). Scroll of Comprehend Languages - 25gp Ring of Swimming - 2500gp Chainmail - 150gp Broken Longsword - really worthless.. :( But if we mend it, its 15gp.

It Doesnt need a +4 bonus to apply resistance. Because its a flat bonus, you can add it to any armor you want. Since it has Fire resistance of 25, it would be in the middle of 43,350gp and 67,350gp. :3 And that is just the breastplate. ^^
