Wand (Max level Burning hands at will, DC 25) Making one with a DC 11 would be a minimum of 9,000gp. 1st lvl spell X CL 5 X 1,800 for unlimited use command word item.

Having a DC 25 is an equivilent of having a 34 INT score or +12 INT Mod, no rule for that but, VERY VERY VERY expensive. I would expect that no town near here would have enough gold to buy it (we should definitely keep it).

Chainmail - 150gp

Broken Longsword - really worthless.. :( But if we mend it, its 15gp.

It Doesnt need a +4 bonus to apply resistance. Because its a flat bonus, you can add it to any armor you want.

Since it has Fire resistance of 25, it would be in the middle of 43,350gp and 67,350gp.
