If there is a goblin still alive, Cliff will bind them up with rope and use a charge off his infernal healing wand to get them conscious again.

Cliff graciously takes the offered wand from Trys.
"I'll take good care of it and return it to you when we are done with this entire goblin mess."

Cliff looks at the loot and takes 3 alchemist fires and one acid flask.

"Damned poison. My cursed axe feels so heavy now."

Cliff then uses his wand of Infernal Healing on himself to max out his hp.

Cliff moves up the stairs behind Erin and attempts to aid her AC.

Cliff moves behind Erin, believing she will be the next target of the Goblin's wrath and prepares to shove her out of the way of the next bomb should it become necessary.

Cliff looks at the goblin distastefully for a bit, before mumbling to himself something about cursed luck.

"Fine. I'll carry Ekkie in my back. Come little goblin. In you go." Cliff kneels and opens his backpack to him.

Once Ekkie is in the backpack, Cliff says, "Be careful to not open the sealed scrollcase in there. It has a handkerchief with my blood in it. It may kill you if you are exposed to it."

Cliff looks at the scorch and burn marks on Trys and Elkie.

"Hmm. From the looks of things around here I'd say that a rather large fireball ignited here. I guess I should get started on healing people.

Cliff coughs from the exertion, then pulls out his wand of infernal healing and starts using charges from the wand on Trys and Elkie.

"So, why were we chasing this goblin again?"

"Probably depends on the team they send. I admit that most pathfinders would be the type to smash first and ask questions later, but they could send a steath infiltration team instead, even though I hear those are quite rare."

Cliff has a long coughing spree, hacking up some black substance onto his handkerchief. Putting away the handkerchief, Cliff continues.

"Much as I would want to do a raid, my orders are pretty clear in that we are not to raid the building ourselves. I'll forward our Erin's recommendations with my approval to Valsin. I suspect that Venture-Captain Heidmarch will give us plenty to do tomorrow anyways."

"Venture Captain Ambrus Valsin has tasked me in a letter sent to me yesterday with performing external reconnaissance of a building run by the Aspus Consortium in the Dockway district. I have done some initial sketches of the building, but it is sadly incomplete. I have information that there are secret doors into and out of the building, but I cannot locate them. With your experience in finding and locating secret passages that you might help me find these doors and I could annotate them into my sketches.

Cliff manages to catch up with Mayumi, Erin, and Trys.

"Erin, Mayumi, Tris." Clif says to each in turn with a slight nod.
Erin, might I borrow your services for an hour or so? I'd like your help in drawing an accurate drawing of a building that I am interested in."

If Erin says yes, I'd like to take her to the Dockport area to document the building that I failed to do.

"I know there are some secret passages in this building. Where the **** are they? I guess I can go try to recruit Erin to help."

Cliff goes off to ask for Erin's help to map the exterior of the building.

Cliff nods his head toward Ebrylis before he departs.

Cliff is a relatively short Taldan human dressed in simple green and blue clothing, with a striking red scarf around his neck and mouth. He is well muscled and handsome, but upon closer inspection his skin is unusually pale and clammy, and will often have coughing spasms indicating some sort of underlying condition.

He doesn't go anywhere without his midnight black greataxe, and is quite protective of it. He doesn't allow anyone else to touch it, warning that it is dangerous for anyone else to handle
