Cool man. Hope things lighten up a bit.

The nature of the medium makes this a slow game no doubt, but that being said, it moved at a serious crawl. We started this in Dec of 09' and in game time, moved less than two weeks. I was tired of it and when the big fireball streaked across the sky, I was happy. As much as I enjoyed the campaign, waiting a week for someone to make a post just took the fun out of it. I really enjoyed Trystan and the way you fleshed out the character. I'm fine with you being part of the next adventure, but Luke's comment about checking daily and posting when appropriate is a valid one.

when you read the word "recital" too fast bad things are implied.

Ahh, Pam's famous rec_tal videos. Nice, very nice. LMAO.

Sorry, sweet I got...quiet...ummmm, not so much.

Throw in a pick six with 3 mins left...ouch!

Good game. Decent commercials...Punxsutawney Polamalu, best so far. Spell that without looking it up.

Man, Paizo was showing its arse last night. Couldn't get on the site until after 11pm.

Nice additions of the images onto Pam's story. I'll be honest, I haven't checked out the icons. I'm really not into themes, icons or different mouse animations, but my guess is with everything else I've ssen they probably look great.

Luke/Pam, I'm gonna be down that way for over a week in March. I've got a class that starts on the 14th and goes through the 19th with an exam on the 20th. I'll be down there the night of the 13th with my buddy Shawn. We're taking all of this together. I'll probably be studying my a$$ off, but maybe we can get together one night for dinner or something. We've got one shot to pass this thing or we have to start from scratch under a completely different format.

Just realized I could post from the google site...way cool!

That's pretty good Pam. You'll have a novel by the time we get out of the goblin at that rate. Very cool.

I plead the fifth, the sixth and all the other ith's.

That's pretty cool...

Ahhh...sorry about that. Thus, it was rich parents, not rich uncle. Makes perfect sense. I have read your background once upon a time. I think you made some changes to it. Either way, I suffer from short-term, long-term and all terms in between memory loss. Sorry again.

What's this first class ranger nonsense? Don't know what he's talking about. Can't believe someone actually came up with a song like that. Pretty funny.

Can you add a tail coming from around the back?

Thanks man! That's what I was shooting for. I couldn't get the color to apply to the whole page.

Generally, it's a little clearer on the map. This one was just tough. I didn't even see the reds, blues and blacks. We generally spell out our exact route if an AoO might be involved.

Updated my page...my patience was tried. I really wanted the dam background color to be different, but it doesn't look like we have that much control. How in Hades do you get your name to disappear at the top of the page, or even change the font? I'm pretty happy, but I hate the name at the top and I wish I could apply the color behind the avatar to the entire page.

Looks better. What are using, photoshop?

Isegrim has a case of SHD...small head disorder in that pic. Look at his feet then look at his head. They did come together quite nicely though.

We got the kids' thank you letters in the mail today. Very cute. Sorry to hear about the walls. I guess I know what Kayla should expect next year. I'm thinking that letter was mailed before he opened the helicopter. Hahahahaha...I made sure every kid we knew got one of those for Christmas or birthday, mainly cuz I wanted one. Kayla got me a UFO by the same manufacturer. It's got no steering, just throttle. Managed to tangle it in our neighbor's (Becky) hair. Took nearly ten minutes to get it out. Five minutes later, it hit Lori up side the head and stuck and she yelled at me! Greatest toy ever. Now everyone ducks when I play with it. Hilarious.

For DM:
I turn to look at the guard and measure him up. "Drinking some away now, gambling the rest away later." I turn and head toward the bar. I'll order an ale and find a spot out of the way to watch the action.

aha...cookies problem. I had it set to block third party cookies. I added the two sites in my browser and it works fine now. thx for the help.

Didn't see this...email confirmation problem is probably due to the fact that the MapLib emails go directly to Spam. I have to dig the emails out of my Junk Emails.

Okay, I stand corrected. Now when I go to the Google page and click on Golden Goblin, it brings up a white space. Inside of this it gives me an error, but allows me to login. Once I login, it basically looks like the MapLib site. When I try to navigate to the map, it bails out when I go into the Sky in the Shadow Discussion group.

It finally gave me a login option from the Google Page. Before, everything was in Chineese and it didn't give me a login option. Seems to be working now.

I can see it there no problem.

I'm logged in and I accepted the invitation. Still won't show me the golden goblin map. Dunno.

Got the invite. Added the group. Went back to the other page and the Goblin doesn't come up. Loads an error instead. I realized I used my work email on the original site and home email on the maplib site. I'm guessing this is the problem. Went into the account on maplib to change it, and it won't change. Sends me a validation email full of ?'s in the header and the link takes me back to a sign in screen. Login, still wrong. I'll give it to tomorrow and try again.

Okay I signed up for the MadLibs. I need an adjective, a noun and a verb. Login is Brenin.

Got it. I think the dice feature will be useful. I have a site I use when I'm not at the house, but this puts it right in the game.

For All:
Testing 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 81d8 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6

Dang...isn't there some saying about a blind hog and a nut or something. That perfectly describes Arkansas and that "win". Ouch!

Where did everyone go? I posted a couple of days ago on the other site.

SEC has had some let downs this week. South Carolina and now Arkansas doing everything they can to give this game away. Wow!

But how about them Gators? Cinn didn't stand a chance. Too much speed and power. Welcome to the big leagues boys.

Merry Christmas to all...glad it's over, at least up here. Looks like Urban is going to try a leave of absence. Word is Foley and Machen talked him into that rather than a flat out resignation. Addazio (sp?) is going to take over in the interim. Next year is going to be a rebuilding year anyway. If he thought this year was stressful, next year is gonna be heck.

That other site does look great. I think that's going to add something to the campaign that we haven't seen before.

Speaking of the land of toothless people, we're heading to Tennessee with the neighbors on Tuesday morning and returning Saturday afternoon. I'm taking a Verizon 5G wireless card, but we'll be on the side of a mountain and I'm not holding out too much hope for internet. I'll log in and make a post if I can.

Looks great. Links to Paizo, but where did you get the front page? Pretty cool.

Managed to get my background story in. Not sure if I'm going to bother with the inventory. Once I'm sure my character sheet won't change, I'll send it up.

I got in. Haven't quite figured it out. Looks pretty cool though.

Went to ** spoiler omitted **

Roger that...take out the "s". solution Thanks.

Isegrim,

Seen you guys posting back and forth, but I was hell bent on finishing. I'll check out the campaign site tomorrow some time. Night all.

I guess I'll keep working on it. Luke, I need something to go on with the Uplander thing. I think that's all I'm lacking.

I know it. There's an email half-composed on my desktop but I have to go do some craft thingy with the kids. I'll get what I have to you this afternoon, but it is not very much.

All good. I'm happy to be this far along to be honest.

Thanks for the clarification Isegrim. Looks like it's all working now.
Good deal.. that's a pretty spiffy sheet huh?

Yeah, I like it. I was using another one before, but this one is much more complete.

Thanks for the clarification Isegrim. Looks like it's all working now.

Melissa's in the house. Nice to have you back. I feel better with those dice on our side. My ranger is an Uplander (still don't know what all this entails) who's had some discussions about the blot with other rangers/druids and has come to the conclusion that the solution to the problem lies in Riddleport. I've come into town to meet with a local Harrow to find some direction in my quest. I've been sent into the Goblin to meet with an up and coming witch. I'm way out of my element in this place and I have no idea of what I'm going to find here.

On another note, character sheet is pretty cool. The only issue I see right now is that my shield bonus isn't translating to my AC. What affects this? It looks like it's looking to see if the shield is wielded or not but I can't find where I turn this on or off.

Secondly, under weapons, I have to choose how I'm wielding the weapon. My composite longbow is my secondary weapon...if I choose 2-handed Off Hand, it removes the bonus. I assume I should choose 2-handed? That's it. I'm a name, some background info and a avatar away from having this done.

Luke, Gozreh seems like a good fit but there's not much info in the CH.

Andrew, you're character human? I'm only in the theory stages now, so I'll flesh it out a bit over the next couple of days.

Whew...just got done reading/skimming the Pathfinder Companion. Felt like I was in the middle of Charles Dickens novel there for a bit. Left me wanting to take a shower. Fitting in with this mangy lot is going to be difficult for the character I envision. More likely, I'm taking the Into Enemy Territory approach. My ranger will be searching for the source of the Blot, probably under direction from another but believing that the Blot is a manifestation of the city's foulness and nothing less than a tsunami will solve either problem. I doubt very seriously I'd come to this town without knowing someone. If anyone's background fits maybe we can tie them together.

How about this trait thing? How many will we be able to select and any restrictions?

That's all I got for now.

Human ranger on board. Sorry for the delay in posting. Looks like this little discussion thread has drawn some attention. Must have gotten out that DM Luke's campaigning skills are unequaled in these parts.

My sorry a$$ hasn't done anything yet towards this campaign, but I'm going to make it top priority. Dang sure don't want to be a little gnome girl.

Well met Isegrim and Boomwrangler.

For those of you who don't know, Pam's our inside scoop. When things get tough, we call upon her to make things easier for us with the DM...she's got an inside track. I think we can expect a devious rogue with a sharp tongue...check out the saucy sorceress from the old campaign and you'll see what I mean.

In our last adventure, Melissa was our dwarven meat cleaver...and very good at it. Blood did spill. Can't wait to see how this witch turns out.

I was the druid in the last one. Didn't get to run with that as long as I wanted to, so I'm not straying far afield in my ranger choice. Yet another "stinky woodsmen" character for me.

Sorry Boom...still haven't forgiven your cornhuskies for what they did to us and probably never will. I'll try not to hold it against you. :) Got no problem with SC, 'cept one day a year. I root on the 'ol ball coach regularly.

Can't wait to get this rolling.

Never done Juniper before. Where is it?

If its just ducking under low stuff, the kayak's better. Did you guys almost flip that old Grumman? I would never have thought anyone would flip one of those boats. Those things were like aluminum war canoes.

Not the Grumman. It cost $33 to rent a canoe and to be honest that seemed worth it since it was an hour and a half ride. This place is in the Ocala National Forest. Look it up. It's rated very high on places to canoe/kayak in Florida. Check out the pics...You should definitely plan a trip...may want to put helmets on the kids. :)

Hey it's back...

Check out the other thread.
