As we know and all agree...Real life comes first. I am not sure (I could be jumping the gun here) but maybe RL has taken our GM away from us. How do we wish to proceed?
Thoughts?

Smiling brightly at the Dwarven Paladin.
Cade nods as Talia moves across the bridge.

Thank you kindly Master Dwarf. The more severe wounds have been healed and I think I can handle the bruising that remains.
When the talk of his sizes comes about.
He moves and pats Bellum on the head
He walks over to the dead goblin.

Cool...OK so I am at 4/5 Panache and 16/25 Hitpoints Cade smiles at Bellum...
Not wanting the dog to have to compete again in a battle of wills, Cade pats the air.
He then moves his way through the brambles and readies the tiny dagger yet again. Reflex: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (11) + 8 = 19
miss chance: 1d100 ⇒ 32

DM:
Sorry, I totally messed that up....I will not changed it as it is how I typed it. I wanted to use the kip up as a move action, the menacing sword play was to be my swift action and the attack my standard. I did it backwards...no big deal.
I try to do all my actions and then adjust for criticals and such after the initial rolls. I have no problem doing the crit confirmation right after the rolls. No problem. I did state that I was prepared to do some "fancy dodging" in my last post...may I use my dodging panache to avoid the attack. I have played in games where a DM allows it as a follow up and then I have played where they want it as a ready action so to speak. IF yes I would have 4/5 Panache points left then. If no then I am at 8/25 hit points Cade points to the cat and then the area on the opposite side of Cade. Effectively putting the cat between himself and the Bellum. Bellum, put that cat on its ass. Charisma Check: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9 Cade Looks at the cat and wonders if he can keep that thing off himself long enough to kill it. Looking down at the multiple wounds on his body, He adjusts his grip slightly and shifts his stance to better defend against the cat. Fighting Defensively AC is a 21 now with the penalties Attack, Bless, PiSt, Entangled, Fight Defense: 1d20 + 10 + 1 - 1 - 2 - 4 ⇒ (2) + 10 + 1 - 1 - 2 - 4 = 6 Damage, PrSt, PiSt: 1d4 + 4 + 3 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 4 + 3 + 2 = 11 Menacing Sword Play, Bless, PiSt, Entangled, Fight Defense: 1d20 + 10 + 1 - 1 - 2 - 4 ⇒ (15) + 10 + 1 - 1 - 2 - 4 = 19 Glancing at the others. Talia...or anyone else for that matter...some assistance would be appreciated. Pointing at the Goblin. F!~*face over there bewitch Bellum. I am a little hard pressed to fend off both attackers while trying to kill the cat and not kill my own dog. As he again turns his attention to the cat, he mumbles to himself.
Male HP:28/28 AC:21 T:16 FF:16 F:+3 R:+8 W:+3 Perc:+8 Init:+6 Rapier +10,1d4+4 CMB;+6 CMD:+17 Halfling Swashbuckler 3
Thank you for clarifying that...I was confused..lol
Opposed Charisma Check to control Bellum: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (14) + 3 = 17
He turns towards the cat and drops the little dagger to the ground.
Confirm Crit: 1d20 + 10 + 1 - 1 ⇒ (20) + 10 + 1 - 1 = 30
Not sure if you do this or not. I have played in some games where they do. If you crit on the confirmation you can confirm the critical on the confirmation roll to do more critical damage.. I also gain back a panache point for the critical Cade looks from cat to dog and prepares to do some fancy dodging as he moves back towards the group.

Cade looks at Bellum and...
Goblin Language:
Oh. You want to f@&$ with my dog. We will see about that. The little halfling keeps his smile as he walks towards the goblin, pulling forth a dagger and throws it underhanded towards the spell caster. Range Attack, Bless, DA: 1d20 + 9 - 1 + 1 ⇒ (14) + 9 - 1 + 1 = 23 Damage,DA, PS: 1d3 + 1 + 2 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 1 + 2 + 3 = 9 The dagger returns to his hand as he continues to walk towards his target. Goblin Language:
You done pissed off the wrong halfling b++&&, I am going to make sure Bellum uses you as a chew toy. Reflex: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (4) + 8 = 12
Goblin Language: Hiding in the prickle bush is not going to save you.
Male HP:28/28 AC:21 T:16 FF:16 F:+3 R:+8 W:+3 Perc:+8 Init:+6 Rapier +10,1d4+4 CMB;+6 CMD:+17 Halfling Swashbuckler 3
Not sure if it matters but I am not mounted on Bellum. I dismounted before we entered the briars. Bellum go say hello to miss kitty.
Cade moves in also at the cat. Trying to put himself in between it and Talia.
Menacing Sword Play: Menacing Swordplay (Ex): At 3rd level, while she has at least 1 panache point, when a swashbuckler hits an opponent with a light or one-handed piercing melee weapon, she can choose to use Intimidate to demoralize that opponent as a swift action instead of a standard action. Cade joins the others outside as the prepare for the trip to Thistle Top.
Survival untrained: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (8) + 0 = 8 When the path is pointed out Cade look perplexed for a moment. He leans in close the his dog and scratches his ear.
He sits back in his saddle for a moment and then dismounts.

With his left knee bent and his foot squarely against the wall, Cade takes another sip from his flask. He returns the flask to his belt pouch.
Cade pushes himself away from the wall and stands up tall...for a halfling.
Cade pauses for just a moment as he ponders what has been said before.

Cade keeps his ever present smile on his face as he looks to Talia.
Cade shakes his head in confusion.
The young halfling has a playful smile on his face.

A halfling is sitting at a table with a woman of mixed elvish blood. His head turns to regard the group when Shalelu introduces them. Cade takes a big gulp from his mug and sets it down on the table and stands up.
Good morning. I am Cade Goodbarrel and this is Talia. The rest of our group got separated when we went looking for Thistletop. It is our hope that they just got lost and are safe but that knowledge will have to wait till a later time. The need to investigate the Goblins is too great to put off any longer. If you are willing...

Sorry for the delay. Health department decided to close our school district at 9:15pm Thursday night. So I spent yesterday trying to get organized for my kids going to school at home. Today will be me making sure that I am doing what is needed and that I am doing it correctly. It is one thing to have everything planned out but it is another to actually do those plans. LOL Thank you for the clarification on Piranha Strike.
In game time I have just found the gem and have not been able to add it to the weapon. The other GM was going to have it just enhance my weapon to a +1. If you wish to change it that is fine with me. Per the old GM GM Phntm888 wrote: Sitting on top is also a purple gemstone, immediately recognized by Cade as one of those missing from his sword. Craft (weapons) or (jewelry) DC 20, with proper tools, to re-insert the stone into the hilt. You can also pay someone in town to do it. Thanks for taking this over. I will adjust my character back to 3rd level.

I am not against it...I just gave some suggestions. If this is what would work best then I am for it. Cade is a drinking, womanizing, gambling, Swashbuckling type of halfling. He has a mouth similar to Wade Wilson but more on the diet side. There is a part of Cade's background that was brought into the story line that I would like to keep going...if this is ok?

well that was a short lived I will continue to look for a new gm. Apparently it is taboo for a gm from myth weaver to take over a game on paizo. I will put out some feelers to see what is available.
