The grey in H:6/7 is a table, right? "A broom?!" - Bowen mutters also, but does not hesitate in his reaction, releasing an arrow at the thing, as it attacks his companion - "Much good arrows will do" - he snorts. Longbow attack, PB: 1d20 + 3 + 1 ⇒ (19) + 3 + 1 = 23

"The northern passage leads to another room filled with scrolls and books - seems like a study of sorts" - Bowen informs his companions - "I cannot make out anything from the west, but there are sounds coming from the south - I will keep watch here" - he adds, settling down, his attention focused on the portcullis. I will stay exactly where my icon is ;)

As the others investigate the room, alchemist lab, and books strewn about, Bowen methodically scouts each passage leading out from the large room, trying to make sure no threats are immediate. As he enters the area, the man begins moving counter clockwise while checking the exits, bow firmly in hand. Perception: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5

He didn't notice the tripwire that was set just across the corridor as he moved. As the tripwire was broken a greatclub that was attached to the ceiling swung down toward him on a rope. Bowen managed to dodge the trap as the greatclub swung hard and smashed into the cave wall. The impact making everyone in the group jump with fright. "What the?!" - Bowen jumps back just in time to avoid the swinging club - "Dang, I saw that one just in time, but the ruckus should be enough to wake up an hybernating wolf" - he grumbles, scolding himself. Newt the Alchemist wrote: "I'mgoingtokeepwatchsothingsdon'teatus!" "You do that" - Bowen nods - "I'll stay close" Lord Casimir La' Frond wrote:
"Think nothing of it lad - it could have happened to any of us. Just make sure to stay safe - you are still wounded" - the man retorts with concern.

As everyone goes down the ladder, Bowen waits to watch the rear, then follows as soon as possible, making sure to avoid the messed up ring. Do we need climb rolls? Climb: 1d20 ⇒ 18 Once down below, he moves to keep watch a tad up front in the corridor. Perception?: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (13) + 1 = 14

Perception: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3 Survival: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (15) + 1 = 16 "They could" - Bowen nods at Mischa's words - "Or... I shudder at the thought that this ogre could actually be working in league with someone from the village - the thought just occurred me, and I don't like it" - he adds, moving to the place where the secret door has been pointed out, and guarding it.

As they finish up the ogre, Bowen rests his axe against the wall, ripping a piece of cloth from the slain one, and using it to clean the weapon from the blood and gore - "Good thing no one thinks the axe had any effect on finishing up the beast" - he grumbles after he is satisfied with the cleaning task, picking up the pace after the others into the large chamber. He does stop by the wolf, eyeing it with some suspicion, then relaxes some after he confirms it is indeed dead - suddenly remembering something he doubles back again to the ogre corpse, and hacks its head off - "Guess we'll need some proof to make sure people believe us" - he shrugs, throwing the head into a sack, and then getting back to the others.

"This is what we are here for - I will not risk this beast hurting anyone else" - Bowen speaks determined, dropping his bow and drawing the axe while moving closer to the fallen form of the ogre. I am ready when you guys are. Waiting for the others to get in place, he swings hard. CDG damage: 3d8 + 9 ⇒ (1, 5, 7) + 9 = 22 + a DC32 Fortitude Save from the Ogre. That's my part - now up to you guys. Just a clarification, Bowen will not rush, he will wait until all are ready to strike, unless it seems to him it is taking too long. In that case, he strikes :D

I am truly sorry guys... Work pounced and raked me this week, all in one... Honestly, my apologies. In any case I thought we were going to draw him to the intersection - where he is now, he can kill each one of us one at a time. Bowen takes up a position in the intersection, loosing an arrow from his bow at the gigantic creature - "Damn! This doesn't look good" Moving to K:12. Firing an arrow at the ogre. Longbow Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (9) + 4 = 13
Human || Perception +1 || HP: 10 Warrior 1
Not really sure if I can assist with the disguise - Bowen's skill set is really limited. Though I can assist if we are planning to draw the ogre towards us, by planting a trap - that he knows how to do ;) "If you tell me where we will plan the ambush, I can try to set a trap to give us all the advantage we can get" - Bowen nods seriously - "That is one thing my father taught me well" If the group decides to set up the ambush in this area, Bowen will go to work, with a setup that will make the ogre's life as miserable as possible - he will take his time (take 10 for a total of 18) :D
Human || Perception +1 || HP: 10 Warrior 1
"I am not against exploring it Mischa - I'm here to do my best in keeping you guys safe" - Bowen pipes in with his usual modest demeanor - "If you tell me this might be worthwhile, you can count me in. And if you can bear the smell, I'll take up point" - he smiles.

Bowen steps just next to the door treshold while pulling out his bow, and shoots an arrow at the beetle in sight. Move: 5' step to H:5
