Male Wolf
The young wolf felt out of place in the crafted tunnels. They were similar but still nothing like the caves he's grown up sleeping in. But he was with his pack and that made everything ok. He picked up on Sentis trying to stay quiet so he did the same. Stealth - 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (5) + 10 = 15 Perception - 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (18) + 5 = 23

Baran couldnt be happier. He was out of that infernal contraption that they used to get him down the tunnel and the pack of Steel Wolves was whole once again. He jogged out near Grusk with his nose to the ground. Mindful of trying to be quiet. Stealth - 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (5) + 10 = 15
Male Wolf
The wolf cocked his head both ways as his tall two legged friend spoke to him. He rather enjoyed these times that they were able to communicate on a deeper level than normal and he was learning to use the strange words that went with it. While at first he was worried about being seperated he knew that the tunnels were no place for him and that the druid was entrusting a special task to him. ~I will do as you ask. If I must flee then I will run for one sun's tracking across the sky before circling around. I remember Darkbiter well but fear returning to that city without you. Stay wary in the dark friend.~

Perception - 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (9) + 5 = 14 Baran lay loyally beside the half elf's bunk and dreamt of pine forests and mountain trails. He was exhausted from the training he was getting but proud that he was picking up the tricks Sentis was teaching him. He especially enjoyed retrieving items and using his natural abilities to track down objects.
Male Wolf
Baran was thrilled that they were out of that dark, stale mine. He shook out his fur and wagged his tail as he loped aorund the camp until Sentis set him on the spoor he indicated. He sniffed around the tracks and set off with two half orcs. Survival - 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (1) + 5 = 6 He didnt know how to follow the tracks as theere was no scent so he just stayed close to the others and kept his eyes and ears sharp. Perception - 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7
Male Wolf
Baran could smell the blood on his pack brothers before they even got the entrance of the wooden burrow. He hadnt liked being left behind but he did what was asked of him regardless of the instinct to dash ou tinto the rain with his pack. When he saw his brother he ran over and jumped up yipping excitedly.
Male Wolf
He'd waited by the door when Sentis went inside. He wasnt sure what was happening but he could feel the excitment as his new pack looked to be preparing for a hunt. He hoped it was so. And when his friend came back out with all the stuff that had been in the room he knew it was so and jumped up to start pacing.
Male Wolf
Baran let the golden haired two legs with the fang shaped sword scratch his ears. He coudlnt imagine that this day would turn out so well for him. He was sure that this woudldve been his last day had they not intervened. These thoughts were fleeting as the young wolf was much more intersted in the briar hoppers that he could smell still in his friends pack and he went over to nudge and paw at it.
Male Wolf
Baran rose up and strode to Sentis's side when the half elf gestured at him. He looked around at the gathered two-legs and a sense of purpose came over him. ...my friend has a well formed pack... the wolf will walk around and smell the boots and hands of each of the two legs that will let him. He's trepiditous at first but as he made his way around he relaxed. ...these two legs can be trusted...so different from what ive always been told by the grizzled long tooths... he returned to the druids side and laid down with his head on his paws. At peace for the first time since his capture.
Male Wolf
The wolf who would be known as Baran was almost as happy as he was right before he his leg got stuck in a trap and he was brought to this hateful city and made to fight. Now he was free again and he had a connection this two-legs that went beyond even that between packmates which apparently the other two-legs were with his friend. He could smell the yummy briar hoppers that the two-legs carried and it had him salivating. He stuck close to his friend and as far away from the big grumpy claws as he could. |
