Hello! I seem to be having trouble posting this, apologies if I duplicate. I seem to have ended my long-time campaign setting subscription before getting the Druma supplement, probably because I always dropped and re-upped so as to miss the map packs. I was wondering if there was any way I could restart my subscription with that book so as to get the included pdf? Thank you for your consideration of this old fan’s request.
Hello! I currently have the Concordance of Rivals in my sidecart through my campaign setting subscription, and am eager to get it with my next shipment of APs. However, I do not want the poster map folio. Is there some way I can still have my subscription (and thus pdf) of the Concordance of Rivals without also buying the Poster Map Folio? Thanks!
Hello! I have a quick question about the order I just received, as I am worried there may be an error. It looks like my order for this month has the Construct Handbook added to my sidecart, but I already received that in my sidecart with my order last month, so I already have that book. I just wanted to be sure I wasn't sent the same book twice! Thank you!
Hello! I just got the notice of a pending subscription shipment, and I went to add the campaign setting subscription. I think I correctly set the Construct Builder's Guidebook to ship with the rest of my subscriptions for this month, but I just wanted to be sure it wouldn't be held up until next month. The relevant order numbers are 5125417 and 7546414. Thank you!
Hello! I've had a problem updating my credit card for the past few months. I keep changing my payment method, in fact it looks like the same card info has been saved to my payment methods twice, and yet each month my subscriptions get charged back to my old card number again. How can I fix this issue for the current subscription and finally delete my out of date card info so this doesn't happen again? Thanks!
My biannual request to stop my campaign setting subscription has come, and with it my biannual request to separate the campaign setting subscription from the poster maps subscription. Why are these two even together? I feel like I've been doing this for at least six or seven years and I've never asked that question before. Of course if you just want to ignore the question and cancel the subscription, that's fine too, just thought since it finally occurred to me to ask I would ask. Thanks!
Hello! I had my card declined on an order, but when I went to check my credit card statement (also happens to be the day my statement is out), I noticed both attempted charges actually went through. Can you cancel them somehow? Also, I updated the payment method last time but it didn't stick - how do I update my subscription payment information? Thank you! Best,
Please tell me there will be more than a sentence of lore for these dragons. Honestly the only part of these bestiaries I'm continuously disappointed in is that the true dragons are nothing but art and rules. I have all five bestiaries and I don't use any of the true dragons past the first since there's no lore to grab my attention. We need another dragons book to breath some life into them!

That said, a lot of the creatures will have additional stats, race information, and other crunchy bits beyond just a single stat block. This is excellent news. Six bestiaries in I have enough monster stat blocks. What I need is something compelling, and it's much easier to get me excited about a monster with a page of text than a paragraph. That's especially true for the playable ones - honestly I have very little interest in a number of the pathfinder player races because there's so little info on them. This is particularly frustrating because I first fell in love with Pathfinder because of the "Monsters Revisited" books, and those have basically died off. And I am constantly frustrated by the lack of any real background information on the new dragons in each bestiary. As far as I'm concerned the true dragon entries for the past few bestiaries have just been wasted space for me - I'd rather only have one age statted up and give the rest towards making the dragon feel like more than a one-line catchphrase. Particularly aggravating is the wasted two page introduction to the true dragons that could be like the great single-page introductions to each outsider race, but instead repeats the same convoluted true dragon rules over and over again. tl;dr - please give any dragons an actual reason to be there and excite a GM, and not just a pretty picture.

While there are reptilian races available for play in Pathfinder, none of them receive anywhere close to the attention of even many of the other minor races, with possible exception of the Kobolds (which these guys look and sound pretty distinct from). To get a Lizard as a core race is different and new for the Pathfinder ruleset and lore. Let us not pass judgement without all the information.

Except basically the entire mission statement Golarion was based on was taking well-known tropes and making them original. Golarion is a bunch of tropes mashed together, but each with something original and exciting and very well integrated with each other to make the old tropes interesting again. And after all, one of the original recurring book series for the line was the "monsters revisited" series. Plus the majority of adventure paths are based on classic roleplaying tropes. If you weren't interested in seeing tropes reimagined, it's hard to see why you are buying from Paizo in the first place. This is what Paizo does. From a certain perspective mechanically as well as in the fluff - after all, what is Pathfinder but a reinvigorated and reimagined rules system that is made to feel new again with creative twists? And Paizo have managed to do that repeatedly for a decade. That's why they keep getting my money, and that's why I'm always willing to give them a chance to impress me - because they usually do.
Dear Customer Service Ninja, I had previously canceled my Pathfinder Campaign Setting subscription with the intention of missing the Strange Aeons poster map folio. I resubscribed last month, but too late to receive Qadira: Jewel of the East, which I instead added to my sidecart for this month. Unfortunately, it appears that the Strange Aeons poster map folio was added on as well to this month's order. Please remove it for me. Thanks you! P.S. It would be amazing if someday the poster map folios were split off from the campaign setting subscription. Just a suggestion.
Dear Customer Service Ninjas, In my upcoming January order, I want the Qadira: Jewel of the East part of the Campaign Setting subscription, but not the Strange Aeons map folio part. If there was some way to continue with the subscription, but just skip all the map folios, that would be great too, but I understand if that's not possible within the system. Thanks!
Hello! Sorry to bother, but I believe there's been an error in my favor on my upcoming order. Last month you were kind enough to fix it so my sidecart order (4120343 - two minis, a djinn and a moonbeast) shipped with my regular order so I could get the shipping discount. This month the djinn and moonbeast have been added to my sidecart again. It doesn't look as though I've been charged again for them, but I didn't want to get something without paying, so I wanted to draw your attention to it. Thanks!
Hello! I wanted to add the campaign setting subscription so that I would get the upcoming Planes of Power with my next subscription order (Order 4075251), but the only options I see on the campaign setting page for where to start the subscription are with last month's Hell's Vengeance poster map folio or next month's Inner Sea Temples and Horror Realms. I'm not sure if there's something I'm doing wrong. Thanks!
Let me just add that you are perfectly justified in being uncomfortable, and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Desecrating the remains of a sentient being as a trophy has long and very complex real-world parallels. It's not necessarily evil, but done in a thoughtless manner for the cool factor it's not far off from it. It's clearly a means of establishing dominance by denigrating a foe's corpse, and corpses are widely considered sacrosanct in most cultures. In fact, that might be the best angle to go with this. Try and roleplay the discomfort. Talk with your GM about how best to go about this. Make it something that everyone could potentially get a small XP reward for. Or as already pointed out, establish the stupidity of keeping bodily remains around when you know you're fighting a necromancer. At the very least expect everything done within sight and hearing of the skulls to be known by your foe.
