Ashun carefully walks through the frozen lake

Near the objective, he slowly gets on his knees to be able to get closer to the ribbon.
I do not know which skill applies the best to this. Will use Nature as a provisory check.
He pulls out a mud-green and white vial from his bag, shaking it a bit, making a glistening green-yellow-white gradient liquid, and drinking it.

Very slowly and steady he casts Prestidigitation to Warm the ice in a circle around the ribbon to thaw it, giving it light taps with the nails from the repair kit to mark its edges and make it easier to come off.
And using the tongs from the kit, he carefully picks the ice plate and puts it on top of the frozen sheet of water, warming its center to release the ribbon and avoiding it from falling into the water below. at least I hope so

IF Crafting makes more sense:
Same description, but instead of the mud-green and white vial, its a dark red and beige that turn into a swirl of a shiny red and pale yellow, akin to an apple peel. (Cognitive Mutagen)
Also, +9+1 instead of +8+1

When Ashun lands, he lets out a tired sigh. He doesn't train his physique as much he should.
And he looks to Ami, a bit confused
"Was that a gnomish saying? 'Ahlon-Zi'."

When Sam starts to get ready, Ashun throws an adhesive grenade onto the base in the river and motions his hands preparing to draw an aiding glyph as soon as Sam starts running to jump.

Resting for a bit after almost falling into the river, Ashun takes notice of how Bee, Bitty and Galvaka jumped and moved across the poles and tries to calc the best way to cross the river using them.

After listening to both Bitty's and Galvaka's descriptions of the creature, Ashun takes a quick glance at his notes and tries to remember which creature was it

During the next trial, the changeling observes the poles and the fast flowing water, and starts muttering to himself.
"Well, this one looks a tad harder. I may not be able to traverse them without some aid... Perhaps tying a rope would be--"
And he sees Ami running ahead and jumping through them with ease. Ashun sighs a chuckle and looks to the other two gnomes.
"Your kind is very spry, are you not? Impressive indeed."
With a smile, he gets up and goes for a running start.

"Bea!", Ashun sighs and goes to take his iguana out of it, but just before he catches him, the blue lizard burrows deeper into the snow.
"I should not have taught him how to burrow..."

The changeling was busy trying to get Bea to stop running off and didn't notice the others were busy until Bee called for him.
"Oh, I am sorry. But I do not think I have something to calm the caribous, and I highly doubt that these will work."
Ashun draws a small glyph with a drawing inside, that plops a bell into existance. Very clearly a cheap toy bell.

"However...", he takes a vial with a thick dark swamp-green paste and a shiny liquid from his medbag, "I have this.", and shakes it slightly to mix both, turning the sludge into a glittery blue and yellow juice.

"Although I do not think we are going to need it for now..."
He looks around to notice that they stopped the trial.

"Still, if any of you would need some aid, feel free to use these."
He takes four vials from his medical supplies and presents them, first two with green mud at the bottom and shiny white liquid at the top.
"These make your senses keener and help in dealing with the natural world, they are attuned to the knowledge that comes with age. Also tastes like starfruit." (serene mutagen)
Then presenting the other two, with what looks like coagulated blood at the bottom and a matte yellow-white liquid at the top.
"And this one after mixing tastes like apple. They enhance your current knowledge and makes you remember and analyze stuff easier." (cognitive mutagen)
"Worry not, you can take them whenever any of you need it. Actually, I would much rather any of you use them at will, than being unsure and never touching them.", he gives a slight smile and a head nod to Bee.

Ashun has both Nature and Survival at +8, everything else he'll aid.
Can I use Repeat a Spell with Guidance? With 6 party members, I can rotate between everyone every 10 minutes for the 1 hour cooldown per person.

When he meets Runa, he gives them a polite but excited smile and gives them some of his cuttings and leaves in a vial. And unless they insist, Ashun won't take the rations. Just nods and wishes them good luck.

not that it matters much with that result, but could I roll Herbalism Lore (+9) instead of Diplomacy (+1)?

The witch walks around a bit, getting frequently distracted by the new sights. First time he has been in this kind of climate.
Spending more time exploring the area than actually questioning the locals, the few he does manage to get hold of doesn't have much to share.

If Herbalism is allowed:
Given he has a bit of extra time since he desn't have supplies to grab from the schools like the others, he spends those few minutes wandering into libraries, giving the books and his notes some quick cross-examinations about the surrounding flora.
Lore (Herbalism): 1d20 + 9 => 2 + 9 = 11 (in case it fits better, Nature is +8)

"That is quite the cute name actually, I would not be opposed to it." Ashun answers nonchalant with a gentle smile.

"Chew toys are frequently used for its calming effects on more aggressive animals. And since wolves are often depicted as fierce, being able to discipline and control such strong creatures with such simple method and without the use of violence is a great way to show the ability to adapt to situations and rise above adversity."

Keeping his polite tone, the changeling is actually content with the name, and in no way he shows any animosity to the other party.

When they board the sleigh and Bitty manages to strike up a conversation, the purple changeling looks rather impressed on how the shy gnome could have grown so much in so little time.
And while the majestic gladiator and world-famous cook Corabee, and the great Bitisuru, the spider slayer and renowed actress loved by goblins, are talking to the others, Ashun sitting arches his back to get his elbows on his knees to get closer to Ami's eye level, and speaks gently and quietly.
"Are you okay, Ami? You look a bit distressed."

Animals are fun and I really like having them as companions.

But while looking for animals, I saw that I could get my favourite animal as a pet. How many raccoons do I need to fit in a trenchcoat to use them as a pack animal?

Having another animal sounds fun. I have no idea what would Ashun get that would fit him though... Maybe a mule or a donkey (or giant gecko?)
