Definitely very cool!
I'm go for reincarnation, I only mention selling the ring because he's short on liquid cash - he has a grand total of 840 gp before any share of loot, which won't even get him the reincarnation. He does have 1000 gp of diamond dust which will take care of one of the negative levels and I guess we have a week to scrounge up the next 1000 gp of diamond dust.

Argos:
Argos flinches at first contact with Torag's hand, hesitant to touch the Father of Creation's glove with his broken and mangled hand. He steels himself and musters his strength to grasp firmly and pull himself up, meeting the dwarf god's gaze. When offered the worked metal, he eyes it appraisingly and picks over the details, running his fingers along the edges and letting the warmth of the metal suffuse him and strengthen him. When Torag seems finished speaking, he clasps the metal to his heart and kneels down on one knee. "Father, return me to the fight and I shall see your will done. Your enemies shall fall to your vengeance for their misdeeds. With your power I will provide succor to your children and their allies in their time of need, and when the day is won we shall reclaim and rebuild, forging a greater society than what came before."

Argos:
Argos scowls in shame at the revelation that he's dead. When Torag reveals himself, the man nearly tumbles off of his cot as he weakly scrambles to bow deeply. He would have prostrated himself if he was able. He waits in silence for a few heartbeats before he looks up again. "Forgefather, I am honored. Your children do face trying times, but they're not yet broken. You've made them of stronger stuff than that. Our enemies are strong, str.. his voice hitches for a moment before he collects himself. "Stronger than I. But I have faith that the war is not yet lost."

Argos:
The young man takes in his surroundings for a moment, confused. "Ulm..you're not Ulmo. You've done a sight better at healing me up than I did, before I passed out. But you speak truth, they got me." He starts out a little confused, but ever his brash self. He tries to stand though, and sobers up at his inability to do so. "I was too preoccupied with saving my companions, I paid no heed for myself. In doing so, I failed them. Doubly, in that I didn't have faith that they could handle themselves."
He tries to shift to get a look at what the dwarf is working on. "You know much, Master Smith. How do they fare now? May I see them?"

Well, he was lying around unconscious last turn...
Certainly could have healed him up more, but I, and it looks like most of the party, thought we had them on the run. Coulda healed up more, shoulda woulda. Or been a little more proactive on fire resistance. He wanted to be the big hero and make sure everyone else was topped up and fighting.
I'll mull on how to come back. Reincarnate is definitely an interesting one...do you have a preference for rolling on the basic or the Golarion table?

HP 2+26 after fast healing 2.
Argos moves into the main battlefield, smoldering but still moving. He greets his comrades in Terran, "Good, you've taken care of the main threat. Well done. Come close if you're injured, here's a bit of healing. There's a portal over the Hopespring that appears to be where they're coming from, and they may be trying to spoil the well. Overconfident, clumsier at his larger size, and not expecting another fire breath this soon, Argos takes the brunt of the inferno as it pours around him.
30 damage past resistance, fast healing 2 brings him to 37+26hp.
Argos double moves towards the main fight.
I think that looks rightish on the map, but feel free to adjust if necessary.

If he can avoid an AoO by activating his battle strider boots as a swift action to ignore one square of provoking, he'll do so. If he needs to pass through multiple threatened squares though, he'll go ahead and provoke. He'll try to get at least 10 feet out of the dragon's reach, up to 30 ft away, then cast Righteous Might. He'll do so defensively in case of shenanigans.

I think Fulk is in the most immediate danger, there are a lot of strong enemies in the area. I think Argos may have just evened the numbers on his side of the fight...I'm not sure he can take the dragon one on one if it stays after him, but I think he can delay it long enough for you to turn the tide in the main fight.

I'm all for having after-action debriefs, especially since this is specifically a playtest. Also definitely appreciate flexibility in dealing with the fallout, however the chips may fall. Agreed that more coordination would have changed things drastically in beginning this encounter. To some extent I think that's "realistic" in the way the encounter was presented from a metagame perspective, but by 13th level our characters would also presumably know a lot more about each others' modus operandi and what to expect from each other.

I'm glad to read that analysis of the situation. Argos is trying to make his way over to help - I've considered trying to ignore the speedbumps but I think not dealing with them would end up being dangerous.

Oricalcum gives a +1 circumstance bonus to attack because of wibbly wobbly timey wimey skymetal shenanigans and the Torag daily obedience gives a +1 sacred bonus to hit with warhammers. The "extra" +2 is from the +4 strength from Eaglesoul.

Interesting question, Argos gets stoneskin from the Ironskin revelation and I had assumed it was spell-like, which don't require material components. It is in fact a su: supernatural ability, which doesn't mention anything about verbal/somatic/material components at all but generally seem less magicky [technical term]. Does that still require components? Rules link Ability Link

Argos concentrates for a moment and his skin hardens to an iron sheen with a look of grim determination. He then barrels through the nearest window, bellowing a challenge to the giants in Terran "COWARDS! LET THEM GO!"

Keep in mind that (despite the very muddled rest rules) that lesser restoration does not count as a night of sleep, only removes the effects. Should it become relevant (hopefully it won't) I'll have to use houserules to deal with longterm sleep deprivation. It's still a very effective quick fix, but you can't stay awake forever with it. With keep watch you can stay awake, but you can't take any serious actions other than, well, keeping watch.
Got it, he was planning on sleeping on the bus tomorrow but that does factor in for a long march.

With regard to Dizzy's investigations and the hot goss therein, for my part I'd say carry on. I'm fine with romance and drama as a tangential aspect of the game, fading to black as appropriate if things head in that direction. I'm also a big believer in employing the "X" card and striking anything from the record if anyone at the table gets uncomfortable.
Also, I only have about 800 gp left but I'd pitch in with it towards the scroll of raise dead.
