I agree, sir dwarf. The needs of the fallen are more pressing. We shall return later and see what may be left in their lair. She eyes the dead pugwampi with distaste. Anything worth the keeping, at least.

As the pugwampi falls, Kevi rushes over to Bacon, fretting over Morrigan's still form, and nudges the pig in what looks like an attempt to comfort him. Here, baby mine, Anaara calls, and Kevi darts back over, looking at Morrigan and Bahram with concern. We'll take them back, don't fret, sweet.

Anaara lifts Kevi to her shoulders, then moves to grab the half-orc woman's feet. Come, sir dwarf, help me with the girl.

Damn it, how did I forget these wouldn't be affected? Anaara curses to herself. She remembers her task, though, and continues to keep the weakening curses active.

Second verse, same as the first - cackle. Not much else I can do at this point. Observation, though - shouldn't the round count on my hexes be staying the same, since I've cackled each round to extend them by 1 each time?

Anaara wills her hexes to continue and lets out a shout of frustration. You f#%#ing piece of shit... Then she remembers herself and claps a hand over her mouth, glancing sideways at Noonan and Boramyr, as if hoping they didn't notice her outburst. She produces another piece of wool and chants, and it again transmutes to a mote of light and darts toward Moknokk.

Move action to cackle, standard action to cast Daze. Ain't much, but it's what I've got.

Willing her curses to continue longer, Anaara decides to try a different method. She begins a different chant, and a bit of wool in her hand begins to float and glow with an unearthly light. Go! she finishes the chant, and the mote zips with incredible speed, seeming to aim itself straight for Moknokk's forehead.

Anaara jumps back hastily as the beam crashes beneath Bahram, and Kevi darts behind her leg with a small bark at the disturbance. She looks up just in time to see Bahram's acrobatic escape through the dust cloud floating in the air following the beam's collapse. Hmm. Impressive...or lucky. Either way, fortunate.

Anaara pokes her head out from the mist, sees the final foe fall, and turns back to Katenui, tapping her arm. We are victorious. She walks out from the cloud and examines the nest from below, looking for anything that stands out. Kevi, who had hidden in Anaara's original refuge during the fight, pokes her head out, sniffs, and darts over to Anaara, curling sinuously around her legs and following her gaze to the ceiling.

She calls from below to her teammates in the rafters. Do any of you require aid?

I prepared a Cure Light Wounds that I didn't end up using to get folks back up this morning since the caravan had a healer, so I've got some healing if anyone needs it.

I always found it hilarious in my last game when I played a clouded vision oracle and was still the one making three-quarters of the Perception checks, even the sight-based ones.
