Walking closer to corpses and looking at them Amar sneers and wide grin appears as thoughts comes on his mind Aah... if you do not mind I would like to... collect these creatures bodies for research and study purposes for later. They might add... some interesting theories and knowledge and who knows if I could use them for some recipes or arts Giving a fast examination at the bodies and placing them neatly next to each other before continuing forward.

So far I do have some spells against them but I have to say that since I have no idea what kind of undeads they might be, it is hard to really say how well we will fare against them. It could be fatal if we are up against some... more dangerous ones. Even that firetrap sounded quite high-leveled magic. Fireball I assume which could mean that at least powerful wizard used this place as his residence before Spells for today: 0=Acid Splash
1=Shield

Amar approaches the others as they go through the chest and after a while the vials are out takes them with him to the upper floor and begin the examination. Cast Detect Magic and if it appears to be magical Amar will leave it for later and try to research his materials to determine its purpose based on color and texture (taste test)

Giving the way for others and remaining behind Amar begin to exams Gurg´s dead body. Going through his teeth and body while finally drawing his dagger out and puncturing a hole to his main blood vessel to drip the blood in one of the vials. After this done begin more grotesque work with whole anatomy to examine through his liver, hearth, lungs etc.. Finished and bloody all over Amar turns around and look around for others or for some goblins. Nodding to one of them If you can get 2 with you to drag this guy, you got yourself a dinner. I don´t need him anymore so would be better not waste him as a resource as he pull the last strings on his pouches and backs and head toward the secret passage to the cave

sorry been busy with everything but got time now Amar was not the best with moving silently or hiding but given time even he could hide quite well. Hearing the whistle and everyone popping to action Amar gets out of his cover and move to position to see Gurg and uses one charge of his wand. Wand of Sleep [20/22 charges left]

Not really... They haven´t returned yet but for sure there was a lot of new people appearing to the town. Continuing Regarding Gurg I would say we just kill him out straight. Prepare everyone with bows and arrange an ambush. We can try to hire him but if it fails the negotiator, I assume it will be you Gaius, will withdraw, we pop out and make him look like porcupine Thinking now for the future Amar will excuse himself from the meeting That is just my opinion to this but I would like to return to my room and laboratory. We are in need of maps and other valuable informations so I will question G and Sniff later about locations so would you two please step up to my place after this meeting. Plan is that Amar got paper & sheets, ink also and he bought his new Kit of Map making tools. I will start to draw maps of our tower and surroundings we passed through as well add information / shapes from the description of G and Sniff. Also, I am thinking of making at some point magical traps. Most likely will need to research plus not able to make them until level 5-7 but will be good to have tower trapped. Need to also tie to traps some kind of recognizing system for them not to activate against allies

hm... I am thinking that we got now 21+25+5gp from me so all in total 51gp... need to grap 24gp out of somewhere still. and aaaah! Now realised something. GM Jacob: the total price for the glasses are 1gp. The price per bottle glass is 5 sp so 5 sp x 20 = 1gp. so that gives me an extra 19 gp back. But I am still short of 5 gp :S hm... possible to rob someone nearby? :P Looking around and trying to find someone with fat wallet / pouch Amar begin to follow him / her and when no one is around uses her newly acquired wand to cast Sleep. When the victim falls on the ground Amar move closer and snatch the gold away. Only attempting a target who would have more than 5gp

Looking around and planning out what to do next Amar climbs up to his floor and begin to draw a plan. I see myself getting Brew Potion feat & Craft (something) or Alchemist level. Will see As he stands at the top and looking outside around the surroundings Amar gets back down and reaches out to G Since you used to be here with others do you have any idea about surroundings of this tower? Seems like our leader now forgot but I would like to know if there is any possible problems outside there. Nearby monster dens, clans, patrols of some other goblins tribes or anything you can think of now. Amar speaks with low voice as his eyes penetrates G Possible new recruits and more people means more underlings for us and for you to control. Also to strengthen defenses and to conquer this land a little by little... but I would also need some. as smile spreads across his face some subjects to test out my theories

Upon coming to see the trapdoor and others around it he hushes them away Step out and let me burst through this door. When others are out of his way Amar start to cast his Acid Splash in multiple times at trapdoor to burn through it / to fall it down

Looking at Rosa and nodding at her question Yes... we do have but more of contrast to that. I can open it if necessary. It is... good to demonstrate your own power time to time so there is no misunderstanding about my might. Hm... I would say that if we get up a organisation here then we could make Sniff our puppet :) Would be hilarious from front: The mightiest guy in the wasted lands is goblin in control of different creatures... just that we pull the string behind :) Or just discuss with Sniff (although we will have to remind sniff really harshly about who really hold the strings) But so far I agree with idea. Gifts with one hands and Death by other. I would say that if there is not anything worth while for us, give them to goblins (Sniff) to distribute to his troops: 1. To raise morale and assure that we really are in the same side 2. boost our troops 3. have some better defenses BUT 4. we should stick to his skull really early who are the real bosses here. If we are totally going for tower Amar surely will have his share of dips there: there is nothing more perfect than a tower which can be defended quite perfectly / well against others due to his: profession (wizard) plus desire to experiment (spells, monsters, alchemical skills) and this with the evil team and really furthering his goal pushes him towards lawful evil (although I see this to be happening around post 3000-4000 due to progression) Nevertheless, (the rampage of text above set aside for a while) I would see that if we are the team EVIL we should recruit all the EVIL around in our forces but... there is just so many troubles I can see with this and will take a lot of post to start reasoning it. Up to you but will just give couple points 1. Hierarchy (I believe .> stronger one is the boss)

Amar was quite neutral with whole situation but started to get annoyed by this whole thing. He did not have so much chance to use his spells but he was anyway more orientated to battlefield control. Interested at the play and thinking possibilities in the future Amar nodded and listened as the goblins and Gaius spoke Goblinoid language proficiency heh yes... that could give us a force for later and secure also a basement as well our own small army, well not likely but a defense worse for later. If we could also secure... hefty oaths or somehow bound them to us we could easily discover more of these lands. The experiments also I have in my mind... well I am always in need more test subjects and I guess if they don´t want to become one, then they will better get some for me finishing with dark promise in the future possibilities

Amar is standing behind Mierra and Rosa soon appearing behind her talking about plans... talk about between two woman hah! but this commotion now about these goblins hm... but soon focus his attention towards Gaius and goblins. Thinking of his spells and trying to see the goblins regarding distance to them. I am not so fond of this but I would say that we leave him to take care of this business. Little bit sleepy and stretching, not so much used to outside camping but... it was refreshing in odd way. Getting up and catching the ration tossed by Mierra Thank you and ate his ration fast. Looking at the wilderness and wondering what will be coming in the next few days. Amar was not devoted or singleminded towards one goal or rather not trustful of others. That was how life worked out. However, here they had to trust each other and hope that if something happens then your companion would come and help. He would do what he have to. Even if his companions seemed to be evil... Ahaha, what that makes me then? I am not so much better than them, looking for my own needs. Shrugging and preparing then to take off with others

Nodding to Gaius and appreciating the thinking of him although what Gaius said made sense in logical way Rosa, that is a good idea but the problem with spells are their limited time related directly to their makers power. If I were to make the spell now, I would just exhaust my powers for almost nothing but lasting only for 2 hour... I can try after some time later in the upcoming days. I believe that when I have more experience behind my back and I have been able to exercise with them, I could make them last for whole night and even permanently With that said Amar distance himself little bit more from the others and try to finds a higher ground place nearby to sit and to see surrounding area more easily |
