Discussion thread for Outlaws of the Iron Route.

Cold rain falls over Podol Plaza, and a throng of citizens and merchants have gathered before the Stojanow Gate in protest of recent banditry and politics that has starved Phlan of vital supplies. A line of Black Fist militia is all that stands between them and Valjevo Keep.
“Does the Lord Regent fear this wild dog?” a bedraggled citizen yells, a soggy notice clenched in her fist. “Are his hired goons cowed by their own castoffs?”
Her accusations are joined with angry jeers.

Discussion thread for A City on Edge. This is a five-part module for Tier 1 (level 1-4).

A westerly wind picks up as your ship approaches the inner mouth of the Bay of Chult. To the west, mountains of dark gray stone lead to jagged peaks, jutting out from an endless canopy of trees so thick it seems as if the sunlight could only dare beat its way in. Ahead, the tall, stonecast walls of Port Nyanzaru form a stockade barrier between the bay and the city proper.

Your ship passes through the gates, revealing the harbor and land rises marking the city’s districts. Rows of buildings made of multihued patched stonework are decorated by colorful rooftops and murals. Small, winged lizards flitter past the ship’s bow, heading off into the trees as you pull into the harbor. You’ve finally arrived in Chult, and it’s time to get a clear lay of the land.

Often called the “Gateway to Chult”, the exotic city of Port Nyanzaru is built upon a landscape both mystifying and marvelous.

However, the city’s vibrant beauty is overshadowed by a mysterious scourge that plagues all within the land. Can the divergent forces within the city discover the truth before all are overcome by this growing threat?

Hey there! I am going to run DDAL07-01 A City on the Edge. It's the first module in the latest season for Adventurers League. It is a tier 1 adventure (lvls 1 - 4) using the rules for Organized Play found here. Note that Death Curse rules apply.

The module is composed of five adventures and I hope to move quickly through them. You may drop out at the end of each scenarios.

As per AL rules, I am looking for 3 - 7 players.

I'm looking for a once a day post frequency with the exception of weekends.

You felt Yelda the witch die, as sure as a crack of lightning in the sky. You all hurried to the small cottage where she lived. Everything within was in disarray. It was obvious there had been a struggle within. Her tools, pots and containers were strewn all around the hut - she had tried to fight back against her attacker but in vain.

Yelda's body lay flat on the floor, with blood staining the wooden floor. Her notes soak up the blood, along with seeds, mushrooms, powders and other materials that she used for her concoctions.

The fox saw the witch hunter on the trail, departing the house. He wore his usual black clothes and wide-brimmed hat. You all know him; he had accused the witch of dark practises, constantly threatening her.

You only know the witch has always been a kind woman. Many from the village came to consult Yelda for their pains and illnesses, and she has always looked after the well-being of the creatures in the forest.

It's said that if you can obtain the eyes of the witch's killer you might be able to revive Yelda. Now, you are the only ones able to avenge her and bring her back from the dead.

The group of you are still in the hut at this moment. You all know that you're familiars of the witch.

Discussion thread for The Witch is Dead.

I'd prefer to stick to your rolled animals. There MIGHT be casualties so you might have to reroll on the table.

Once upon a time there was a kind and wise and beautiful witch who lived in the woods with her familiars, and her life was peaceful and happy until a witch hunter dragged her out of her cottage and MURDERED her and now she's DEAD!

But if you get revenge and kill him and bring his eyes to her corpse within a week she'll come back to life. Or so you've heard. Even if it doesn't work, at least he's dead.

You play a cute woodland animal with four traits: Clever, Sly, Fierce, Quick with a flashy power.

More details at the link.
The animal and powers for every player should be unique.

Let me know if any questions.
