Aura of Justice: its good Ali looks at Sinuhotep. He still had his theory that Surma was behind the state of the man. The great metaphor of his faith - the artist presented with the warped member of its clan. An opportunity was being presented to do as Shelyn attempted. An opportunity to save Zon-Kuthon. With Surma still on the loose Ali would have no choice but to stand sentinel anyhow. Very well. You may come with us. Gamin says to trust even the most twisted remnant of humanity, knowing well that it can be redeemed. Ali then moves - wonderfully embracing the scorpions as fellow artists Make mine purple if you will

I had indicated that Archimedes was basically being put away when he got nauseated. If you don't want to allow that that's fine though. You got his stats right Ali chooses to keep his eyes on the prize, perhaps paying dearly for it. Fort: 1d20 + 16 - 4 ⇒ (13) + 16 - 4 = 25 He flies with Gamin toward Surma and rears back powerfully with Gamin. He uses his swift action to activate Fire of Entanglement on his next attack (which will proc in a moment) Fire of Entanglement (DC 16 Reflex Save):
The next creature you attack using your smite evil class ability is wreathed in flames that impede its movement. Until the end of the spell’s duration (11 rounds), the target is entangled. If the target starts its turn in a square adjacent to you, it is considered to be entangled to an immobile object (you) and cannot move. A target that saves against this spell is affected for only 1 round. Ali reluctantly agrees to help fight off the Div. We asked them repeatedly to stand down. They did not listen to reason. We let them live - merely bound while we perform our business. We did not cut out their hearts and devour them for purely personal gain. We will repent. We were wrong and we recognize it. You flaunt it. You are a being of evil. A perversion of the noble goals of our order. Your Sage Jewel would be better served in the hands of another. Ali draws Gamin, handling it gingerly in his hands. He wants so bad for Sinuhotep to be worthy of redemption. Like the misunderstood Gamin and Kalkamedes. Instead he taunts him. Flaunts his misdeeds. Shelyn would judge him harshly for suffering him to live. I would have been grateful had you passed that knowledge down the generations as had happened with the Sapphire sages. Or had you handed off the jewel to a long lived individual such as the leader of our order, Tahonikepsu or the elven monk Dhiara. Instead you chose selfishness. You chose evil. You have perverted everything. Do you even care what you did to Saruna? Does she mean nothin to you? Ali's mind is spinning. What is the greater evil, the murderer or the one who placed a curse on the man manipulating him into murder. Knowledge Planes: 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (11) + 17 = 28 Ali looks to Gamin. Gamin too was broken when Ali found him. Of course Gamin was also not a murderer who chose to pervert life itself. This creature was a creature of evil. Both the div and Sinuhotep. Both detestable. Ali figured the only thing to do would be to end both of them. Ali hesitated. Shelyn was still able to find it in her to try and forgive her brother, even after he had become the evil Zon-Kuthon. Would she want him to try to forgive this despicable man. Ali really did not know. I am sorry but no knowledge is worth the evil you have committed. Repent before Shelyn and I might be able to consider a temporary alliance. I simply at this point cannot judge whether you or this div pose the greater evil. I think that I literally cannot agree to work with Sinuhotep or else I am going to fall for helping he who has literally harmed innocents and does not even seem remorseful in any way. Consequently, Ali votes to kill Sinuhotep, barring something exceptional in his response.
