Really awesome to see a thread for this. Popping in to say hi. I'm a gay college student and I've had a lot of trouble finding other gay men that I can relate to, mostly because I feel like there aren't very many gay people that have my interests. I know it's not really true, but it's kind of a problem for me.

I'm out to everyone that I know (with the exception of the grandparents, who I'm fairly sure would disown me... I'm not as worried for me as I am for my mother, because I don't really want her to make the choice between her parents or her son), and all of my friends are straight. Things are fairly easy for me, I suppose.

Also, Bob, I'm really glad that you're finally exploring this part of your life. You look great.

Archetypes: Plain, Divine Strategist, Evangelist, Cloistered Cleric

I'll throw in, sounds fun.

Assault: Alchemist, Ranger
Skilled: Bard, Rogue
Divine: Cleric, Druid
Arcane: Wizard, Sorcerer

Races: Aasimar, Halfling, Human, Half-elf

Definitely seems to be NE with maybe some chaotic tendencies. A self gain attitude does not imply chaotic, just the evil part so I would say even willingly being an aggressive drunk is not chaotic. Though he is definitely not leaning towards lawful evil

Any comments Salsa? Also actually, not a complete problem throwing Xrezth in because this character is gay :P.

Hey, so here's my idea for a character.

Name: Lucias Aermaine
Alignment: LE
Class: Sorcerer 1
Race: Human

Background: :
Born of house Aermaine, Lucias lived a very privileged life. Being a good-looking, rich, noble generally means getting what one wants. Lucias became incredibly accustomed to getting his way from an early age, using his words to spin the truth. His favorite target was his older brother William. Stupid and gullible, he made for a very easy target whenever Lucias got into trouble.

Manipulating others to get what he wanted became even easier when Lucias manifested his sorcerer powers. Using his new found magical ability, he could charm his way into getting exactly what he wanted when words weren't enough. However, there was always something that he would never get, the title of Lord Aermaine and his father's fortune. That was his brother's fate.

Lucias had always hated his brother. Completely incompetent, the oaf would still be the first to inherit their father, Dorian's title and fortune. The man could hardly read, much less handle being the head of a noble house. No, that title cleared belonged to Lucias, and he intended on taking it.

One night, after charming his brothers guards to get them out of the way, Lucias crept into his brothers room late in the night. The dagger across his brother's neck easily enough, and Lucias was finally rid of his obstacle. However, his enchantments were not powerful enough, and one of the guards came back to see Lucias holding the bloody dagger over his brother's dead body. Realizing that he would not be able to talk his way out of this, he summoned a creature to fight for him while he made his escape. Planning to leave town for good, Lucias was caught just before he could escape his family's estate.

His choice of sentence was death, with a chance to redeem himself for his crimes. Seeing that as his only chance of coming out alive, Lucias banded together with a group of other criminals, agreeing to the task at hand, and he began to bide his time to exact his revenge.

Here's the character sheet on Mythweavers, lemme know what you think: http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheetview.php?sheetid=441156

Building up a human sorcerer (infernal bloodline, mostly enchantment and conjurations) right now. Once I flesh out the background I'll load up the character sheet for pre-approval.

I'm coming up with a character now. In terms of traits, any limitations? I was thinking Rich Parents and Charming

I'd be up for it

I mean, there are still enough interested people in doing a campaign that if a GM were to step up we would be set. Looking at what people were thinking for characters, we'd also have a fairly good party.

I'm thinking a human sorcerer, LE type who uses deceit and control to achieve his goals, namely status and political control, rather than by brute force. infernal bloodline, focusing on enchantments and conjurations. Could be an interesting politically-minded character, maybe dip rogue.

2-3-1 would be my picks if I were to play. I have a few ideas to work with. If there are still spots of course.

Also I left out the deity on my sheet because I'm not exactly aware of which setting is being used? Golarion? If so then Shelyn is his deity.

I'd like to submit Lorin Trennt

Gaming experience: No official pen and paper experience but I've played multiple DnD based games and am decently familiar with the rules.
