Since we have a bit more time, Tenuki tries to Recall Knowledge on the oozes. Occultism +6, roll twice take the better for Scholarly Recollection She raises her crossbow and lets fly at Blue, then reloads.

Tenuki takes a few moments to wash her feet clean before joining the rest of the party. "I can certainly use a little bit for my feet."

Reflex save: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9

Tenuki skips backwards to avoid the slime, but also tries to avoid falling off the steps. She succeeds at the latter at the expense of the former.

"Youch!" She steps gingerly backwards to get out of the way, puts down her crossbow and fumbles out a waterskin to wash off her feet.

Sorry, I was assuming my crossbow was loaded since we were going into dangerous territory. If I need to load, that's fine.

Moving into the doorway, Tenuki draws her crossbow, levels and shoots the slimy thing.

Tenuki breathes a sigh of relief as the bunny is rescued. "I hope you're not expecting me to jump anything. I'm fairly certain that won't work," she says eyeing the space where the pit used to be. She moves forward as soon as there is space and tries to fix the floor so it stays in place.

Several expressions cross Tenuki's face before it settles on 'ew.' "That sounds...revolting. Do you know what might have caused such an ooze to appear? She pulls out a journal and a couple of reference books, stacking them next to her chair. Scribbling frantically to catch up on her notes, she starts flipping through the references looking for anything she can find on 'sewage oozes.'

RK if possible from the minimal description we have so far. Also ooze mephits.

"You are from Ancient Thassilon?" Teki asks, extremely skeptically. She then shakes her head. "Never mind. Anything else you can tell us about the oozes? Or the mephit? Is there anything you're looking for at this place?"

The woman stops abruptly in front of the board as if she didn't even notice it. The poster, however, immediately catches her eye. She snaps her book shut, raises an eyebrow, and looks around for this Rusty Anchor place. With more purpose in her step, she heads for the inn.

"I'm looking for information about a Zarzan. Can you direct me to him?"

A human-looking woman drifts down the road, barely paying attention to where her feet were going. She haphazardly pushes her long black hair back over her shoulders while attempting to keep her place in her book. Her eyes flick up to assess where she is and she makes a brief course correction before diving back into the text.

Teki moves back to get an angle on the leeches again.

"Let the grippli go!" Teki steps forward and fires her crossbow at the creature to try and make it go away.

Teki attempts to treat her bites, so at least one thing will be less annoying.

"Yes! My feet are killing me!" Teki sits down and holds out her feet one at a time.

Teki flails her way through the insects. "I think these are related to the nasty butterflies from home!"

The foot fungus is a different story. She tries to concoct a paste to cure it.

"Most people no idea how dangerous butterflies can be! This one time..."

Teki smiles a little uncertainly at the creature, but is unphased by it's sudden appearance.

Teki bows politely when introduced to the young man, trying to look mysterious, but probably looking adorable instead. "I have been on many adventures. What sort of adventure are you looking for?"

Teki smiles at the newcomer. "We have some tea, if you would like."

Teki raises an eyebrow at the goblin. "I am pleased to meet you as well, Scragatha Scragatha Scragatha the Goblin Alchemist, but I think your special brew might be too special for my taste. I appreciate the thought." She finds a ribbon in each sleeve and ties them behind her back, pulling the bell-like sleeves of her jacket out of the way.

"Very pleased to meet you," she replies with another little bow and seats herself gracefully. "I am Aikawa Tenuki. Please call me Tenuki or Teki. I have joined the Pathfinders in hopes of learning more of the world and all its beauties. Do you know why we were called here?" She waves over one of the barmaids and asks for tea, garnering a skeptical look.

A tall pale-skinned woman sweeps through the door, her dark hair tied up neatly in three tails trimmed with ribbons to match the long skirt and wide sleeved jacket she is wearing. Her eyes catch on the goblin with their grumpy companion. She approaches almost hesitantly and dips a little bow, smiling in a charming manner, "Excuse me, is this where the Pathfinders are meeting today?"

I'm changing classes with my character (will be an Oracle), and I still need to update, but I'm here.

Tenuki will cast stabilize for our injured friend if needed.

Tenuki concentrates on her Bless spell, pushing it out a few more feet. The bunny moves up and attacks the green skeleton.

Tenuki casts Bless and pulls out her sling. She sends the rabbit towards the sounds of impending doom.

Tenuki looks askance at the former bridge, the wilderness, and the caravan. Then sighs and looks for an alternate route.

"Yes, but does he really want to," says Tenuki with a mischievous grin.

Tenuki volunteers to take one of the night shifts as she has low-light vision and The Black Rabbit can see in the dark.

Aikawa smiles demurely for a moment, before it turns into something sharper. "Agriculture will be utterly irrelevant if you are shouting loud enough to bring the enemy to us here. So keep it down" She finishes with a rather terrifying glare at the two of them.

"Is there anything we should be aware of on the trip? Or about the caravan?" Tenuki scritches the rabbit's head and it yawns dramatically, revealing....teeth. Sharp, gnashing teeth. Lots of them.

A short, dark, half-elven woman, followed by a very large almost stylized black rabbit (by large, I mean Medium size), wanders in and plunks herself down at the table. "I hope this is where the Caravan Protection Squad is signing up. I just want to get to Caliphas in one piece."

She pulls out a very large carrot and half a cauliflower, then feeds them to the rabbit-creature. "Oh, I'm Tenuki. Aikawa Tenuki. You can call me Tey, or Nuki, just don't call me late for dinner." She grins widely and brushes vegetable bits off her hands. The rabbit puts its head in her lap and its ears flop over.
