I'm back in town, with a stable internet connection and all, so barring an act of Zeus it's safe to say I'll show on Thursday. I do want to confirm that we are playing despite it being July 4th, though. I'm good for the evening, but I don't know what kind of crazy plans you people might have.
I apologize for missing last Thursday. I thought I'd informed you previously, but I was (and will continue to be for three weeks) working at a summer camp, where I didn't have consistent internet. That _should_ be remedied now, and I plan on being online Thursday, though I may have to cut out for a bit mid-session.
Yeah, I knew about it a few days in advance, but the scheduling conflict utterly slipped my mind.
I can make the start, but I realized I'll probably have to cut out about halfway through. :( Sorry to be that guy again.
My boss has expressed her intention to have me work Wednesday nights for at least the next several weeks. If it's not inconvenient for anyone to shift this to predominantly Thursdays (and I'm not expecting people to juggle their schedules on my account, mind you), that would be cool; otherwise, I should probably drop.
Unfortunately, I will be in the middle of nowhere this Wednesday. Fortunately, Warheit has agreed to pilot Kasimira for the session. I'd really hoped I wouldn't have to miss out on the cliffhanger resolution, but at least you won't be a character down.
Play-by-post would be cool, but I don't have a problem with the current format. Being the person who's probably missed the most, I don't mind people playing me. The slow pace actually helps out with that, since it's easier to catch up, but I'm not worried about becoming discouraged. As for tonight, I'll definitely be here. I hit a rough patch with work the past couple of weeks, but that should be done now.
Thursday this week would also be better for me. </bandwagon>

I'm afraid I'll have to be "that guy" again and miss tonight's session; I have a prior commitment that I overlooked. I'm sorry again, but on the bright side I can all-but-guarantee that this is the last session I'll have to miss for the next few months.
I hate to be that guy, but I probably won't make it on the 9th. I'm trying to find a replacement for where I need to be, but at this point it's looking unlikely. I don't want to hold the game up, and I'm not opposed to the rest of the group starting without me. I'll let you know if it turns out I can make it, and I definitely will be around on the 16th. I hope that's alright.
Sorry for the miss; I was called in to work. It shouldn't happen again, as the circumstances were... unusual. Next week is definitely a "go".

Really? Wow. I thought it would be "Get a note from the guy, wait a few days, meet up with him, set out." Are we beginning the campaign on/near site, or will we play out the journey there?
Access to Gabriel's sheet seems to be restricted. Out of curiosity, how long would one of our characters have between being notified of their acceptance and actually meeting with their patron?
