Now that the Ancestry guide is out and players have access to the new lineages there is something im curious about. it appears that players who created a Dhampir prior to the release of this book are locked out of certain feats. Take the 5th level feat Taste blood. This feat requires: Cel Rau, Straveika, Svetocher, or another lineage from a vampire with the Drink Blood ability. Without benefit of a lineage feat players have no mechanical way to determine which vampire species they descend from and therefore no way to pick up this feat.

“The Curse of my blood damns me either way but I chose my end” the party was shocked at the results of consuming the heart both in and out of character. Our party was pretty strong beforehand but with Adenai’s newfound powers it was a cakewalk.

Finding himself unable to return home Adenai finds himself with somewhat of a conundrum. His life with the society had been dedicated to curing the taint of his undead bloodline and now he was free but without purpose. What’s more he now found himself bombarded by prayers from the followers of the deity he had usurped and with more than his fair share of enemies and rivals.

I like to think that after crafting himself a castle and kingdom worthy of his new position he’d take some time to enjoy the pleasures of the flesh with his restored sense of taste and feeling.

Ok now what about some of the extras like the large Dragon miniature with the shoulder canon?

The Exchange

Had the pleasure to play this at Paizocon over the weekend in the 15-16 champion tier. The scenario is a more than worthy send-off to the first edition society campaign with memorable fights at all levels.

One of my characters has a Racoon as a Mauler Familiar and I was wondering, since it has the wrist equipment slot can it wear wrist sheaths?

PCs you bring as aid characters need to be alive and legal for Pathfinder Society play.

Unfortunate but understandable

Well it’s nice for paizo they now have a miniatures line but I won’t be spending any more money on Starfinder products until this matter is resolved.

You can use wish to increase your stat by 1 up to 5 times or use the stat increasing books

Just finished playing this and wow

The Exchange

Just adding my name to the long list of people burned by this Kickstarter. After having bought in at the 100 USD Adventure level and spending almost that again on backerkit add ons I have to date received 4 miniatures, a pittance of what I am owed. Additionally I had also bought the humble bundle containing miniatures from them which I did receive in the end albeit 3 months late and with Tarzan having a different mold than originally advertised

The Exchange

Received my miniatures today and I guess I was one of the lucky ones. Miniatures were well cast and had no deformations or brittleness. Was surprised that my Tarzan was wielding a dagger rather than his spear as per promotional images but I guess they changed the design or something.

The Exchange

Received my shipping notification today. It’s been a long time coming but it will be good to have them

So at Paizocon I was lucky enough to get the Skillfull Merchant boon. If I choose the renouned sczarni boon does that also allow me to select the old sczarni faction perks now I’m a member of the family?

PATHFINDER WORLDSCAPE HUMBLE BUNDLE COMICS & MINIS UPDATE

Thank you for your continuing patience regarding the Pathfinder Worldscape comics and minis for our recent Humble Bundle. As mentioned upthread, our miniatures production partner Ninja Division had to scramble to find a production facility capable of outputting the large number of figures ordered for this bundle, which has resulted in an unfortunate delay.

They are telling us to expect the miniatures in the Paizo warehouse at the end of July 2018, a significant delay from their initial estimates of a Q1 2018 delivery. While we are upset and frustrated by the delay, I have reason to believe that this estimate is solid, and we are continuing to check in with Ninja Division on a regular basis to ensure that this revised deadline is met.

However, we do not feel that a delay in the miniatures is worth holding the comics for several more months, as Dynamite created the comics on schedule and delivered them to our warehouse about a month ago. They are, quite literally, ready to go.

So we're sending them out to you ASAP.

We intend to fulfill the Humble Bundle comics (Pathfinder Worldscape: Re-Animator, Dejah Thoris, Vampirella, and Swords of Sorrow) with our MAY subscription run, which means they will begin to leave the Paizo warehouse the second week of May. Prior to this shipment, you will receive an email from Paizo customer service with additional details regarding this shipment.

We will ship the miniatures to customers who have redeemed their Humble Bundle code shortly after we receive them, most likely in August 2018.

Because we are certain you are as disappointed in this delay as we are, we have also decided to ship this second shipment at no shipping cost to you--we will take care of the shipping cost of the miniatures to you, and we will calculate final shipping costs for the comics on the weight of the comics alone. This should result in savings for everyone, and is offered in gratitude for your patience with the delay of the...

Good to finally hear from them

Folks,

We received word from Ninja Division regarding their expected delivery of the minis yesterday, as they had promised us.

Speaking candidly, that day is later than we were anticipating, so I need a little more time to discuss next steps internally before I can provide a proper estimate on when we're going to be able to get this stuff to you.

I'll be back with a more formal update in the next few days. Until then, thank you for your continued patience on this issue.

Well this bodes well...

So my players will be heading down to Katapesh shortly and have expressed an interest in playing a game of Ruk. Now from what I've read it's similar to several kinds of games suchlike as basket ball, rugby and Mesoamerican ball games but I'm having trouble working out how to run an actual game.

Hi, everybody! I wanted to check in here with a quick update on the Worldscape Humble Bundle, and where we're at with delivery.

For starters, the four comics: Pathfinder Worldscape: Vampirella, Dejah Thoris, Re-Animator, and Swords of Sorrow, are completely finished and arrived at Paizo's warehouse last week. I'd be very surprised if the Worldscape comics that Adenai mentioned holding in hand were THESE Worldscape comics, since to my knowledge the only place these things exist in physical form are in the Paizo warehouse.

We have published a six-issue Pathfinder Worldscape series (the one that kicked off the whole idea) AND a previous set of four Pathfinder Worldscape One-Shots associated with a previous Humble Bundle (Tarzan, Warlord of Mars, Red Sonja, and Pathfinder Goblins), so there are at least 10 issues of "Pathfinder Worldscape" comics that Adenai may have had in hand, so I strongly suspect there's a bit of confusion here, since there shouldn't be any other way anyone can get these yet. Please, Adenai, let me know if in fact you somehow found copies of the new set in the wild.

We're currently waiting on Ninja Division, who is in production on the figures now. Orders for these guys exceeded ND's ability to produce with their normal supplier, so they had to find someone else to get them done. I am told to expect an exact delivery date from them on Tuesday of next week, and I will share it here with you guys once they have shared it with me. Apologies for the delay. This came as much of a surprise to us as it did to you, and we're working with Ninja Division to clear these minis as rapidly as possible.

I expect to get these figures relatively soon, in which case the plan will continue to be to hold the comics until the figures arrive, and send them together as soon as possible. Again, I'll let you guys know what's up as soon as I have the exact date myself, which should come next week.

As for someone already having the minis--that's certainly possible. Ninja Division did a small run for...

Ah yes it was the older worldscape comics with Tarzan and red Sonja I was under the impression that they were the ones in the kickstarter given that those characters were the minis.

Alright, I just heard back and it sounds like some of our executives are having a meeting with Ninja Division this week at the GAMA Trade Show, so we should have a public update on production of the miniatures when they get back in the office next week. Hope this helps!

I'm glad to have had such a quick response from the customer service team but if ninja division are having this much trouble getting a line of 4 miniatures out then it does not bode well for the Star Finder miniature kickstarter at all

Hi Adenai,

Where are you seeing that they are available?

We're waiting on word from the manufacturers of the comics and minis on when the items are expected to arrive at our warehouse for fulfillment.

I had physical copy of the worldscape comics in my hand at a local convention over the weekend and they were selling the minis at garycon

Before I start, I don't have access to the Familiar Folio, so I cannot verify if your choice is legal. But here is some info for you.

Familiars wrote:
If a familiar is dismissed, lost, or dies, it can be replaced 1 week later through a specialized ritual that costs 200 gp per wizard level. The ritual takes 8 hours to complete.

So if you currently have a familiar you should be able to dismiss your current familiar, and replace it as above. (200x13=2600g) (assuming your Sorcerer level = Wizard level)

However, if you don't, visit this link. There is a very detailed explination on retraining, which is too long to quote here.

But in essence, to retrain a class feature (which, if I'm not mistaken, this is what it falls under) is 5 days.
So 10xlevelxdays = 10x13x5=650g

This is subject to an available trainer to train you, and GM discretion.

But as always, the best thing to do is show the above link to your GM. If you aren't playing PFS, you may be able to come to some arangement even if it isn't legal :-)

I am indeed playing PFS but wasnt sure if retraining the bloodline was the only thing I could do.

I finally had a chance to use this spell today during a game however the GM and I disagreed on how the spell works.

I believe that the spell adds the Skeleton/Zombie template to the dead creature.

The GM believes that the spell either raises a simple CR 1/2 Human Zombie or Skeleton regardless of the creature the spell is used on or Raises a number of basic Human Skeletons/Zombies equal to the HD of the corpse the spell is used on.

I'd appreciate a reply from someone with some sort of authority because regardless of replies in favor of either party it's unlikely they will be swayed by anyone not a part of Paizo
