Does this take place after that A.P or tie in?

It doesn't assume the completion of Shattered Star, but touches on some elements. It could go alongside it, but probably wouldn't make a very good direct tie-in, unless you had a very odd group.

If you haven't completed Rise of the Runelords, will this be spoiler-ific? (will likely be in book 4 by Paizocon with my home game)

No, not inherently spoilerific (hate spoilers myself) - though it will probably assume the events of RotR are complete. But knowing those events won't be important or relayed.

A side note, why is the Arcanist one level lower than the other characters? Was that intended, or a typo?

It was intended, primarily for balance purposes. Each character has their quirks.

For those waiting for the characters, I've just about finished getting them entered into the same formats - going out today. Some other R/L tasks took too much time this week.

Russ... I can't tell if you're serious or if you've written archetypes for it - either way, it's a fairly straightforward example of the class.

Everyone should have their character now - and that leaves just these two for the final player, whoever you are (but two of my favorites!)

By the way, the Evergreen Room 4, where we're at, is upstairs, down the 2nd hall (with just four doors not fourteen), last on the left.

So great running for everyone at the Con - hope everyone enjoyed it! So many different ways this one can unfold, so I'll probably run it again next year... and maybe a sequel...
