I geared him up. And was able to add the "Lethal" tag to the claws. But I can't get rid of the "Nonlethal" tag.

After her mother's death, Kat's life changed. Alone in the forest, she discovered something new within her. A power stirred. In some parts of Andoran, military leaders are not appointed, but selected by their soldiers. Red was a relatively effective soldier, but, did not distinguish himself in direct combat.
Assigned to a battalion in the Fifth Crusade as an expert in law, he fought in the Battle for Drezen.
His officers killed, he took command of his ragtag group, and, although they weren't able to triumph, not one of his soldiers lost their lives. Acclaimed by his superiors, the group wanted him as their lieutenant.
He spent time after the Worldwound closed studying war and combat, and prosecuting those who had acted treasonously or had abandoned their compatriots to their fate. Still young by elven standards, with no wars to fight, he is now looking for wealth and fame elsewhere.
I was looking over Nosteo's build and noticed something. So here's some minutiae that isn't that important but may give some insight into my thoughts on the character.
On that pathbuilder link I have Nosteo using a bastard sword and taking Mauler dedication at some point. I did that so that he would get weapon specialization with his sword. Not getting it isn't the end of the world but I hated the idea of a character who's whole thing is his family sword, which is surrounded by secrets, being able to do a little more damage if he put it down and picked up a stick. Turns out I either forgot that the weapon proficiency feat gives you expert training in martial weapons at lv 11 or that's something the remaster added and I didn't notice.
So, I would use that archetype feat for something else and go back to using a longsword which is the actual favored weapon of both Iomedae and the Hellknight Order of the Rack.
Remaster added that. Similar addition to Armor Proficiency, too.

Every so often a flicker of green lightning travels down her arm and sparks from her fingertips, hinting at a secret she wishes to keep hidden: Kat is never truly alone. To most, she seems bright and clever, charming and sure of herself; but those who look deeper might see the cracks and the guilt she hides, pride that blinds her, and something unseen that hovers just outside her smile.

Jojo is the only goblin survivor of his tribe, who were conquered by the Bumblebrasher goblins. He was spared by the mercy of Warbal, who saw something special in the goblin child's eyes. She adopted Jojo and raised him to be cultured as she was, taught him to read, unlike most goblins, and to tolerate dogs. As such, Jojo is a cultured goblin, who learned the art of the sword (dogslicer) and became a swashbuckler. Jojo has a good heart and will protect Warbal from all dangers. He is an intelligent and nimble goblin, with a sword at his belt. He serves as Warbal's bodyguard when she travels to Breachhill and other settlements. He does not care for the rest of the tribe as much as he does for his adoptive mother, but he would not want them treated unfairly. He finds other races curious and is eager to mingle with them and dispel the common notions about goblins.

Ok, I am back. The applications were really great. At one time, I debated taking 7 players..lol. In the end, I selected the following players and it was not my intent to take such a diverse group, but that's what happened:
