Tural lunges his way past Borracho as daylight illuminates the hall. The only thing revealed past the skeletons is the back wall of the area. At the word of Sarenrae most of the skeletons crumple to dust and the Babau is left exposed.
With the path clear, Borracho quickly fires on the exposed creature and the second bolt cuts through its rib cage. 7 damage
Flemming cheers the turn of battle and springs to the attack with enthusiasm. His wall bounce, tumble, and slide is effective, as the opportunistic spear strike misses by a wide margin. But his strike misses as well. no acid damage to the weapon, that's only when you strike it and deal damage
Mimi scarpers around to the front of the Babau, matching its range of weapon as she lashes out with the kitchen roasting iron.
The attacks drive it back a step (shift back 5’) and the demon gestures while spitting the words of magic you heard earlier. (greater teleport) Its stance is bold and defiant, not defensive at all, and Flemming is given the opening to strike before it can teleport… (AoO for Flemming, which could cause the teleport to fail)
I had to look this up, SLA Disruption: If you are damaged by an attack during the action, you must succeed on a Concentration check (DC 10 + damage taken + spell level) to avoid losing the SLA. Babau has a +8 concentration.

Success against the demon is worth it to Tural to use the card. I got the King of Hellfires. But how do I use it? In the image I see the king seated on his throne with what looks like vines coming up from his throne. He's holding fire in one hand and a scepter that looks like a weapon (mace?) in the other hand. There are a few skulls on the floor at his feet and what looks like reptile (dragon?) skulls on either side of his seat. My intended use would be to help Flemming's attack. ??
Flemming Bisgaard
Flemming does indeed take advantage of the opening to strike at the demon even if his weapon is pock-marked as a result!
Knuckles (cold iron, good): 1d20 + 7 + 1 ⇒ (15) + 7 + 1 = 23 (higher) damage: 1d3 + 8 ⇒ (1) + 8 = 9
Reflex: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (2) + 9 = 11 vs DC 18 or Acid damage to weapon: 1d8 ⇒ 2 Hardness: 10
Yeah, I think greater teleport is like a 6th or 7th level spell too. I hope he fails! ...though I'm also curious as to how the card might work.

Using a Fate card is a free action, it can have unexpected outcomes (meaning GM fun whim that fits the situation), and it always changes a single outcome, as in a new D20 roll. Then you can tie the card image to the current situation for more influence on the fate, as in more D20s to roll. So the King of Hellfires looks like the demon, the skeletons you just shattered with channel are the bones at its feet, and the creeping vines are like the yellow lichen covering the ceiling,.Three references, plus the base, would let Flemming roll four D20s and then assign those where he wants for Acrobatics, Knuckles Strike, Reflex Save, and (maybe most importantly with a Fort +10) the Demon’s Fortitude save vs Stunning Fist
With all that said, Flemming AoO is a hit and the disrupt check will be a DC 26 with the babau only at +8. It's your call, you can stick with those rolls, or use the card and try to stun it...

Per discussion, Turel uses his card. Flemming tries to stop the demon in its tracks...
1d20 ⇒ 8 Demon Fort Save = 18 - I think he still makes it. :(
1d20 ⇒ 17 Attack = 25 - If a hit, 9hp damage.
1d20 ⇒ 12 Tumble = 32 - Might make it?
1d20 ⇒ 11 Weapon save = 20 - No damage to weapon.
Flemming feels a surge of power flow through him as Turel temps the fates to alter their earlier decision! He's pretty sure he hits, but less so about the stunning effect.
He smiles warmly though for at least he's damaging the demon with every swing so far! "Thank you Turel, that felt wonderful!"

The Babau ducks away from Flemming’s fist, but then a strange thing happens. Time slows to a molasses’ drip as a fate card spring’s from Tural’s pack and swirls in the air before exploding in a flash of glitter. A glowing being (could it be an avatar of Irori?) appears beside the monk and with a single finger adjusts the position of his arm and fist. The glowing figure disappears and time lurches back to normal. The new position of Flemming’s fist aligns perfectly with the dodging demon and the cold iron corkscrew slams into its cheek with a wet thud. 9 damage
Fortitude save: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (18) + 10 = 28
The Babau resists the stun attempt and you feel a sense of deja vu as the movements unfold as they did before. The demon attempts to teleport away as Flemming strikes it a second time. 9 more damage
DC 26 Concentration check: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (16) + 8 = 24
The second strike connects firmly with its mouth and a demon tooth cartwheels through the air as the spell is lost. A moment later Borracho’s bolt drives into the ribs beside the first bolt. another 7 damage
Wounded, with no help arriving, and trapped when the spell fails, the Babau screeches in anger and fear. The single skeleton slahes at Flemming as the other clatters behind it waiting for an opening.

In Pathfinder 1e, acid damage typically treats weapons as objects, dealing half damage (before hardness) to them. However, specific creature abilities (e.g., Babau demon, oozes) often explicitly state that acid damage bypasses weapon hardness, dealing full damage instead.
The babau makes it more about the reflex save than anything, if you make that DC 18 check then the weapon isn't impacted at all. And since it's just a d8 per hit and the weapon has a hardness of 12 then the issue of the broken condition can't apply unless the overall damage exceeds the 15 HP of the scimitar.

The troupe’s weapons crash down on it from all sides, every strike findings its mark. (37 damage, ooff!) The cold iron prickle smokes from the heavy drenching of acid and its likely both demon and weapon will be destroyed with another strike.

Mimi is waiting for the moment before it presents itself. Crouched low, with her leg muscles coiling, she times her leap with the demon’s first word of magic. Prickle spins in her hands and drives down from above, straight through its mouth before the draconic words can spill out, perfectly skewering the Babau on the cooking spit.
The demon twitches on the kitchware, unable to move and unable to fall. Its eyes roll violently and its emancipated frame stays rigid for a long moment, then it goes limp and silent.
Two quick strikes shatter the clumsy skeletons. In the quiet that follows the Babau’s demise, the troupe takes a moment to admire the cold iron utensils that ended the greatest threat they’ve ever faced. It’s like a script for a new play that writes itself, one that’s sure to find its way to the stages in Magnimar before next year. You feel more accomplished as both heroes and thespians.
And you gain a shiny New Level!
Daylight still glitters from Tural’s weapon, offering precious more time to explore the castle with full illumination.

He looks around, casting Detect Magic to see what might be found nearby.

”I got nicked by one of those damn rusty scimitars. The wound will be infected no doubt!” Flemming chuckles, knowing full well he’s immune to such petty troubles (immune to disease). Only down 2hp. Happy to continue.
Flemming looks at his pock-marked corkscrew. ”That worked better than I expected! I figured I was gonna be hand to fist with that thing before long, but the screw held out!”
He suggests returning the cold iron kitchen tools before moving on to search the demons quarters. He doesn’t want to forget and anger the large dwarf and be forced to eat his ‘stew’.

The Daylight lasts 50 minutes!

Mimi the Crow
Mimi decides to leave Prickle embedded in the babau, leaning closer to hear the actual sizzle taking place even now. "We should thank the Count when we see him next. Between the corkscrew and the spit, we were fortunate to avoid damaging our own precious metals." The old woman airpats the babau's head, before stretching her arms.
"That left me feeling... invigorated." Mimi pinches the glowing cheek of Borracho, before cracking her neckbones. "I think Lady Luck may have tired of me. That was a once-in-a-very-short-lifetime event. I will not bemoan any more luck spilling over, but I won't be reckless enough to expect it." She pats her right hip, where several skirt pockets down resides her Tarot Card. "Well, maybe I should..."

With prickle still skewered through the demon, you return the kitchen ware. Cyrus is excited to see you carrying the Babau on prickle like hunters after a successful excursion. ”Aye, this is splendid! It’s been moons since I’ve had fresh meat." He pokes the Babau seemingly unconcerned about the acidic slime and then tastes his finger. ”Hmm, I’ll need a little fat and sugar to balance out that acid. Come on then, lets get it roasting.” He snaps his fingers and a fire springs up in the fireplace, where he guides the spit into the holders on either end of the hearth. ”A bit stringy this one, I’ll have to slow roast it. Come back later if you’d like a haunch.” While you’re exchanging horrified looks, Cyrus grabs the ladle and beats on the giant bubbling kettle. ”Come on yous, get out of there, hurry now!” A head pops up from the rolling green goo and then a zombie climbs out of the kettle, followed by a second one. Dripping the mucky stew, they shuffle past the troupe like wet dogs, you’re glad they don’t shake, and exit the kitchen. Bidding goodbye to Cyrus while he fusses over the fire, you return to the hall outside the kitchen. The green stew trail from the zombies leads back towards the wrecked rooms where you encountered the Babau.
45 minutes of Daylight remain, do you continue searching the castle, follow the zombie stew trail, visit the Count in his study, chat with Cyrus and wait for some delicious slow roasted Babau, or something else?
Mimi the Crow
"All yours, Cyrus. I am suddenly not hungry at all." Mimi breathes a little easier when they exit the kitchen.
The old woman turns to her companions. "We are headed towards the unavoidable need to rest our heads. How are we feeling? Still energized?" Her tone suggests that she herself is quite amped. "I know we have ourselves a place to retreat, but I'm pretty sure we're unsafe anywhere we bed down for the night..."
Borracho Barondo
Borracho shrugs at Mimi's rest question.
"I, Borracho, like to meet new people, and to explore. There is only one thing greater than Borracho's love of adventure...and that is adventure's love of challenging Borracho," Borracho explains, probably for the 50th time. "However, rest is also good, and we want all of you to feel as Borracho does, with a lusting for life."
Happy to rest or not. He'd be able to detect undead again, which might be nice.
Flemming Bisgaard
"I say we explore the demon's lair. It feels like we just got started today - we should have plenty of resources remaining, no?"
Would rather press on a bit so we're not stopping after every third encounter, but it's up to the spell casters really. Flemming has most of his resources remaining but knows that the casters power should not be ignored. And detect undead is very useful in here.
"I dunno, maybe we follow the stew trail after that. I do want to talk further with the Count, but I think we can put that off a while - since we do have spells going. It doesn't feel like the Count is going to jump us, at least not right away, so we should poke about while spells are running, talk to him after, and then retire to replenish before confronting the witches..."
He trails off a bit at the end, not really wanting to confront the power that is the witches. They had a babau demon at their beck and call. Though the party handled it winningly, luck was on their side. It could easily have been much, much worse.
Mimi the Crow
Mimi snorts. "I'm not suggesting we rest now, Flem. You're in the Count's Castle. Have you given a thought to your bodily needs during our infiltration here? You know, zombie stew for the belly, a vampire-puffed-up pillow for your head. We can't return to our adoring Barovians outside the Castle, because, you know, we can't. It sounds like you've accepted the Count's hospitality..."
Flemming Bisgaard
"Well, there was that dorm room. Easy enough to barricade I think. And with someone always on watch, we should do OK I think."
"But to the larger point, yes, I think I've accepted the Count's hospitality. We all have. Some of us ate his food, and I think all of us took up his weapons against the demon."
"I'm not saying this won't end up with one or the other of us spilling blood. But I'm willing to entertain a third option, you know?" Still, he flexes his silvered hand wraps - and glad to have them. He's fairly certain he's going to need them at some point.
Mimi the Crow
"Feels deeper than kitchen items, Flem. This place is twisted in its reality. A true lord of the castle would be duty-bound to protect their visitors, against external threats, as well as their household." Mimi shakes her head. "As far as I can tell, we're the newest blood bags to walk his hall. Only a matter of time before he politely asks if he can feed on us..."
Tural Wode
"We're dealing with unknown. Before coming here I wouldn't have considered chatting with a vampire. I still don't think we can trust him. But for now at least.... he's part of the mystery. I don't think he'll be trying to feed on us anytime soon. I think he's trapped here too, and might want us to free him. Then he'll attack."
"I still have plenty of blessings from my Lady. Let us continue."
Tural Wode
We're in K72, right? Where haven't we been? And do we know where the Count is?
"I think before we face off against the witches we should ask the Count for any information he can tell us. But, we probably should figure out how to ask that. They might have monitoring magic and possible controls on him...."

You return to the rooms where you encountered the Babau and search the cluttered mess. Nothing interesting jumps out at you except for one stack of piled debris that contains the remains of several people outfitted as adventures. Perhaps it was a similar troupe to your own that never escaped the demon. Among the rotting armor, bones, and rusted weapons you find a few items that are worthy of scavenging.
Each of you can Roll a D100 on the Minor Wonderous Item table for what you find in the debris
After pocketing the few useful items, you continue exploring the larder. The hallway past the barracks where you slayed the demon reveals the base of a spiral stairway. Consulting your maps, it looks to be the same stairway that connected behind the secret doors on the main floor after the dining room and on the second floor behind the throne. Searching back north, you find the dark arched hallway off the smaller room (K71) leads to an ascending staircase, likely the one at the bottom of the immense tower with the beating red glass heart at the top.
Being thorough, you backtrack to the room past the kitchen. The arched frames of stone forming a low ceiling in the room makes for a fine wine cellar. Sadly, the great casks lining the walls are empty and a layer of dust hangs on everything in the room. (K63)
Back down the hall across from the kitchen, a door opens to a spiral staircase leading both up and down in the castle. The only thing below the larder would be the catacombs. Tural points to an obvious pressure plate trap just in front of the stairs. (K21)
The only other door in the hallway sits slightly open and a peek inside confirms that it must be the bedroom for Cyrus. (K66) You decide that room is best unsearched, or even touched in general.
Cautiously proceeding through the last closed door in the northern room, you find a room in perfect order. (K72) An old cot stands to one side, its heavy blanket made taut and straight. A great table stands with its chair, ink well, and quill lying carefully in place. Swords and spears are carefully hung on the walls.
Your full investigation of the larder uses half of the remaining daylight. With the light remaining, do you continue down into the very bones of Ravenloft itself, the catacombs, or do you return to the upper levels of the castle, or do you join Cyrus for roast babau with au jus (?!), or something else?

Flemming hears what Borracho found, and pauses a moment. Not the sort of temporary pause that might occur from time to time in the course of one’s day. No. This was a shift in time. He looks to Borracho, the light flickering in his eyes, ”You say you found a belt that helps with dexterity? Oh my…”
”I’ll gladly swap you this strength belt for your dexterity belt. That would do wonders for me - I can assure you!” he exclaims, hardly able to hide his glee.
When Borracho finds the other amulet, Flemming smiles more broadly. ”You’re on fire today Borracho. Absolutely on fire!”
He does not want the find however, preferring his own amulet.
EDIT
"That's quite a good elixer. I'm already an accomplished acrobat, so someone else should use it if they think they'll be on the line in case they need to move. Otherwise, I can take it before we meet the witches - and dance around the battlefield!" (Or at least in his dreams.)
Borracho Barondo
Borracho swaps belts with Flemming, wondering if he wants to remove his own fine, actor's belt for the one that would make him stronger...though that hardly seems fair. There was already so much to love about Borracho.
He looks to see if Lady Mimi could use the fine belt of strengthification.
"Holy Tural, most holy, much like Borracho, would this fine amulet work well for you? It might highlight your natural colors," Borracho offers.
Tural Wode
Tural nodded to Borracho. "That is an exceptional find. An amulet of natural armor provides a strengthening of your own skin, to deflect blades and arrows even when they've gotten past your armor. Are you sure you don't want to keep it? I don't have anything like it, but I wouldn't want to deny the world Borracho's magnificence just for a little better protection for myself."
Looking at his eyes he obviously does want it, but wants to be fair. Borracho was the one that found it!
Borracho Barondo
Borracho smiles magnanimously at Tural, as he is so magnanimous that it come easy to him…and hands Tural the fancy amulet.
”Borracho is already protected by the gods who love Borracho with all their godly hearts,” Borracho says, pressing the item into Tural’s holy palms. ”You should wear this and be protected, as I, Borracho, would be most wroth if I, Borracho, were to lose a friend as dear as you.”

Her deft fingers are not above a little wander among the dead.
Minor Wondrous: 1d100 ⇒ 58 Amulet of Mighty Fists +1
Something that might have looked like a thin strip of flesh to the others turns out to be a leather strap, with five precious stones inlaid. She holds it up by her left pinkie finger.
"Any takers?"
She realizes slowly that Borracho has proffered a belt of some kind. Given that she's currently beltless, she accepts. "Well aren't you a dear. Lemme see what that belt can do."
Tural Wode
Tural accepts the amulet from Borracho. "Thank you Borracho. I will do my best to stay alive then."
"Shall we proceed then? Down the stairs to.... whatever is next?"
Flemming Bisgaard
Flemming doesn't need to be asked twice - he swiftly puts on the dex-belt, grinning like a banshee. "Thank you Baghotir!"
When Mimi offers the amulet, he grins again, "I already have one, and I don't think two work together unfortunately!"
He wonders though at all the monk-gear they found. Perhaps one of his cast will do poorly here. Certainly without the corkscrew the demon fight would have been hard.
He'll descend down the stairs trusting in the lights from his friends to see.
Mimi the Crow
Mimi joins Flemming in donning a new belt. "A little snug around the hips, but I can already feel it thickening the muscles. Like, all of them. Wonder if that'll help my bladder control."
When the troupe is ready to press on, she punches a fist into a palm. "More doors and floors, let's be quick about it. I can't imagine what this place will look like when the sun goes down."

You pass through the secret door and it’s like passing into an older castle below Ravenloft. The cut of the stone is different, the air is stale, and it feels like a tomb. This staircase of ancient stone is worn smooth through use in ages long forgotten. Dust lies upon the floor and dry cobwebs choke its passage. (K79)
Borracho’s dancing lights hop down the stairs illuminating the farthest reaches of Tural’s daylight. The stairs descend 40 feet to a landing, then turn left and drop another 70 feet where they end at a door. When you reach the flat stones before the door you listen for a moment, then investigate the door.
If the trap eludes you, there is always the option of opening the door and hoping for the best.
