Each round covers 6 minutes of cataloguing, so the Earth Elemental isn't able to make a full check itself due to duration. I will count it as an automatic assist, however. Blarg can assist. Together, you will pass the DC 30 for full move on shelf 1.
Botting Duende
Seeing that the rest of the group has the first shelf well in hand, Duende tries to make progress on the second shelf.

The summoned elemental assists for brief time, while Elise hauls the tomes out from their various nooks and crannys with the assistance of the rest of the party. With the tablets freed, they can now be Catalogued.

I think that's the Hedgehog with the top roll (lol) and assists from Andirke, Elise and Ashwell for a 23, or 50% of a shelf moved.
Eluaria swiftly categorizes the first shelf, making it available to study. Many of the tablets from the Art of Weaponry shelf have been moved, but some still need to be retrieved from various stuck locations to allow for correctly categorizing the results.

There is a discrepancy in the handout vs. the rules in the main adventure text. The handout gives a +4 bonus, but the other location says to add 5 to the final result. I will go with the +5, as it is essentailly upgrading the level of success by 1.
I think it is also not clear, but if you choose to push yourself, you become fatigued (and exhausted if you were already fatigued) on failing the save, but you still get the +5 bonus regardless of success. This is ambiguously worded in the handout but is much more clear in the main text of the adventure.
I missed that Andirke had not applied the boost due to failing the save, which makes him the highest result and gives the extra boost to finish moving shelf 2 but becomes fatigued.
Andirke pushes himself hard to move the tablets as quickly as possible, and helps get shelf 2 fully moved.
Andirke is fatigued until fixed with Lesser Restoration, Lay on Hands w/Fatigue mercy or 8 hours of rest.
The fatigue will apply after the roll, so will affect future move attempts but not the one being made.

To catalog the second shelf would be a significant less number as in Perception +14 for a 19 , but if that is the case, and the studying the frist shelf is not possible, i can help to catalog the 2nd one

Right now, we have Elu fully studying shelf 1, and Ashwell studying shelf 2 with 2 assists for a 29 to Catalogue 75% of shelf 2, and Hedgehog moving shelf 3 with an aid from Elise for a 19 to move 25% of shelf 3. We just need Koani and Blarg; I'll bot them tomorrow if they don't have a chance to go.

Elu's exception mind quickly scans through all of the tablets from the Art of Cosmetics shelf, assembling the information. These tablets describe the manufacture and use of cosmetics and healing ointments. There do not seem to be any tablets in this section that would obviously help stabilize the resonance. Shelf 1 100% studied.
Duende, Ashwell and Andirke work together to Catalogue Shelf 2, but still a have some index tablets to sort properly Shelf 2 75% Catalogued.
The hedgehog vigorously helps push some stuck tablets out, assisting greatly by being able to get behind tablets wedged under the shelves and shove from small spaces. Elise and Koani assist, and are able to move about half of the tablets from Shelf 3. Shelf 3 50% moved.
Cracks continue to grow across the floor and ceiling, with small chips of stone and dust falling as the resonance continues to build.
Andirke and the Hedgehog are both feeling very tired from their efforts. Currently fatigued, can be fixed with Lay on Hands. Elise you can go ahead and heal one or both of them if you wish.

Some spells and abilities cause you to take an ability penalty for a limited amount of time. While in effect, these penalties function just like ability damage, but they cannot cause you to fall unconscious or die. In essence, penalties cannot decrease your ability score to less than 1.

I have Blarg on Shelf 4 with a 22, with assists from Andirke, Duende, and Elu for a 28 to move 75% of Shelf 4. Ashwell finishes cataloguing shelf 2, and Elise gets a 14 with an assist from the summoned elemental for a 16 to get shelf 3 to 75% moved.
Elu, Andirke and Duende work on moving shelf 4, with Blarg hauling lots of tablets free. There are still some that need to be moved, but good progress has been made. Ashwell finishes cataloguing shelf 2, making it ready to be studied, while Elise struggles with a few badly wedged tablets, with a summoned elemental helping free a few of the most stuck. There are still some tablets that need to be moved from shelf 3.

Andirke, you get the bonus even if you fail the save, you just become fatigued if you fail.
I have Elu studying shelf 2, Duende and the Hedgehog moving 75% of shelf 5, and Andirke and Ashwell moving shelf 3.
Elu quickly studies the tablets from the second shelf, and finds that they describe the making of bronze weapons and how to wield them in combat. None of the tablets on this shelf seem to apply to the resonance problem.
Andirke, Koani and Ashwell work on moving the third shelf, and manage to finish getting the last remaining tablets free and ready for cataloguing. Andirke starts to feel tiredness set in again due to how hard he's been working.
Elise and Blarg try to finish moving shelf 4, but have problems with some.
Duende puts in a heroic effort, and with the assistance of a very tired Hedgehog gets a signficant portion of the tablets in shelf 5 moved. After pushing himself that hard, Duende is starting to feel tired.
Duende and Andirke are both fatigued. I'll assume Elise uses lay on hands to remove it unless otherwise specificed, so 3 total lay on hands so far.
