Oh, sorry, no! Not actually my own art! I can’t draw anything with actual anatomy, besides robots! Though that is what my character actually looks like! See, she’s an adoptable - an OC that someone sold the art and rights to. Only costed me $15! For context, I’ve seen far less creative go for thousands. But I digress!

THIS is more my art style! Though I am getting better at anatomy art.

I’ll happily use Bardic Knowledge to make an untrained Knowledge check for Highdelve. GM Nowruz, please feel free to roll that for me and let me know what I recall. Or if you’d prefer I roll, that’s fine, I’d just prefer not to have a post that’s just a roll waiting for another post telling me what I know.

Hello All! Anything happening that's keeping the PC's from posting?

A couple cardinal rules for PBP is to always try to compose a "push post" - to keep the story and character interactions moving forward. The other rule is to try and post daily. Keeps the flow, and doesn't get you missed in the action.

This is the first time playing with you all and I don't want to come off as abrasive. I'm honestly just checking in as I haven't seen much activity.

I was going to get something up to respond to you tonight. I’m a little discouraged with this PbP because I haven’t gotten responses to my questions from GM Nowruz about cold weather gear or the map they referenced (in addition to a pretty hands-off approach in general), and others haven’t been posting much so it’s hard to have a game if it’s just the two of us.

Me, I try not to make to many decisions, because I'm known to make a lot of wrong choices that can make the party mad. I only make a decision or ask a question of an NPC if I'm sure it is an action that won't make others mad. So I enjoy a back seat most of the time.

@ Tuke, you can do anything and it won't make me (as a player) mad. As long as it's in character, I'm good with anything (not blatant evil) . I'm all for story. Rolls are rolls, and you can't control dicebot-- so I'll never have issue there.

You have my permission to go to town and join the front seat. So, let's get some posts going and get this story on the road!

Inspire courage is AWESOME. I also hope I get something out of that nat 20 roll on intimidate. Maybe give Rochelle a minus 2 on her save vs. your Daze! They should be shaken for at least 2-3 rounds.
Kyomi got a nat 20 also- I think we have to confirm crits in PBP to get the double damage. Right?

I quickly built Kyomi into Herolab so I can Bot her. She had a couple "added traits" that she exchanged for a feat. They aren't in my Herolab package (and I have bought a lot of add on's). So, I just swapped out those things out for the dodge feat. FYI: New AC 16. Just trying to keep things simple.

Okay. In that case I'm not in range for Daze this round, but will be next round.

Kyomi has 10 hit points at max, so taking 13 damage means that she's at -3. I'll do the stabilize check on the game thread and then post Torgen soon.

Yeah, I was so worried that you’d come back and find yourself dead! I’m afraid I can’t do anything further now you’ve stabilized, but I’ll do my best to draw their attention from you.

Glad to know people were caring for Kyomi, to the best of their abilities! And to clarify, I was working on publishing my first ever comic, this month. Took a lot of work, especially with editing! But it’s turned in, finally! Sadly, it wasn’t Pathfinder-based. But I may make one, later on!

On the topic of the game... it is my turn right now... suggestions for Alyyra? Kyomi is down and as far as I know we don't have any resources to get her to a point where she can make attacks. I'm utterly useless in a fight as I mentioned, and I'm having no luck with my spells. Move over and use Aid for Torgen? I'm lost, here, I didn't build Alyyra to be a frontliner!

The comic isn’t out, yet, as it’s being published for DriveThruComics’s and USA’s “National Free Comic Book Day”. But I will send a link, when ready!

Edit: I just remembered that I CAN link an image of the final comic! Just note that it’s a promo to a vaudeville-like variety show comic, that’s going to be on the mature side, that I’ll be working on. Though if Kyomi survives this, I may make one based on her, as well.

Well, this sucks! I had high hopes for my Ronin, Kyomi! She was supposed to last 5 levels, then spend levels 06-10 multi-classing as a “Martial Artist/Sensei” Monk, before finishing off all character levels as a non-magical Battle Herald.

Here’s hoping she pulls through!
