(Using Shirt Re-roll)
Reroll is only for the d20 roll (attack) not others (damage). The 20 is a critical hit. On a critical hit, you roll damage twice. I will add the first two damage rolls together.
Yob gets off a solid, powerful strike that resonates through the man's helmet (black)
Pervir shoots again at Black, twice.
Am I doing the Full Attack, right?
Pervir misses, twice.
Yes, the roll expressions are correct. It is the Random Number Generator that is causing the problem.
Another question, how do I know if an enemy that attacked an ally is a Significant Enemy? I would like to use Inspiring Boost in the next round for Yob Doog.
You may consider each of the helmeted thugs a Significant Enemy. You may use Inspiring Boost next round.

Pervir, taps the vlaka on his shoulder, assuring him that he will be fine. "You are doing well, good boy." she tells him to inspire him, in which he regains 6 SP. She then begins walking around to find the astrozoan that she just left with Alicavniss. "So where is our astrozoan friend?" she asks Alicavniss in the middle of turmoil.

Correct

Phelps will try to cast Grease on the statue where Purple has climbed up, trying to drop them off the statue.
With the odd surface for the statue, I'll let the GM decide how far the Grease extends. The objective is to get Purple to fall if possible.
Phelps moves toward the door, looking for either the dwarf or elf in the crowd, trying to reacquire our quarry. If it helps, moving at half speed.

Catching the astrozoan requires the PCs overcome several obstacles. Each obstacle requires a successful DC 14 skill check to efficiently circumvent. One PC must lead the skill check. The other PCs can attempt to aid. On a failure, the PCs proceed to the next obstacle and the astrozoan's lead increases.
First Obstacle-Urban Tracking: The astrozoan has a head start. Learning which way they went requires a successful Diplomacy check to ask bystanders or a successful Survival check.
Yob will try to sniff him out with a survival check as he heads towards the shuttle which seems like the most logical exit.
Yob successfully sniffs out the astrozoan and begins tracking!
Who's a good dog? You are! You are!The trail leads to the form of a ysoki, who can be seen slipping into an area packed with slot machines and people.
Second Obstacle-Urban Tracking: The PCs must push their way past packed slot machines with a successful Acrobatics or Athletics check.
Remember, only ONE PC may attempt the DC 14 Acrobatics or Athletics check to overcome the obstacle (lead). All other PCs may attempt to Aid.

As Yob twists and turns past the slot machines, he spots the astrozoan shapeshift to blend in among the throng of people.
Third Obstacle - Hiding in Plain Sight: The astrozoan shapeshifts to blend in among a crowded gambling hall. Finding them requires a successful Perception check or a successful Bluff check to trick the astrozoan into revealing themself.
Remember, only ONE PC may attempt the DC 14 Perception or Bluff check to overcome the obstacle (lead). All other PCs may attempt to Aid.

She feels that she is not just good at talking but also looking. ”There she is! Stop her!” she yells into the astrazoan’s direction.
Perhaps aided by a keen eye for fashion, Pervir easily spots the astrozoan's new form among the crowd!
Unfortunately, it is just as the creature is passing through a door, which they lock behind them.
Fourth Obstacle-Closed Doors: The astrozoan passes through a door and locks it behind them. Unlocking the door requires a successful Engineering or Sleight of Hand check, or a successful Athletics check to force the door open.
Remember, only ONE PC may attempt the DC 14 skill check to overcome the obstacle (lead). All other PCs may attempt to Aid.

You got this Alicavniss!
Having heard the door shut behind them, the astrozoan, now in the form of a furry ysoki, prepares to unassumingly join the crowd moving toward the shuttle platform. f
Alicavniss pulls out a piece of her engineering kit and slices the door.
Alivavniss has got this indeed!
The signs above the shuttle platform flash brightly, indicating that the shuttle is now boarding on an outgoing flight to Absalom Station.
The astrozoan heads toward the platform.
That is, until they hear...
"Got it! After them!"
The not-a-ysoki turns to see that the door is wide open and the source of the familiar voice is but a few feet from them.
They looking longingly at the shuttle and then back at the party. Realizing that the latter is much closer, the astrozoan, Vanecarsys, is faced with the reality that their capture is inevitable. The form of the ysoki melts away, to be replaced by the astrozoan's natural form. Vanecarsys raises a number of limbs upwards, a clear gesture of surrender.
"Okay, I probably shouldn't have run, but those thugs scared me. If they got ahold of me, I knew I'd never see my adoptive mother again, let alone pay for her treatment." The astrozoan explains. "“Before you take me in, please know that I was sincere. I need to see my adoptive mother. She’s in the hospital, and if she doesn’t get an expensive radiation treatment, she’ll die. I can afford it now—that’s why I did all this in the first place. After, I’ll make restitution to everyone I’ve wronged. But please, let me get to Absalom Station and pay for the treatment first. You can accompany me every step of the way. I see now that you are more than capable of protecting me and seeing me safely to the hospital. It is also clear that there is no sense in trying to run--even if I wanted to."
"There's no escaping his nose,” Vanecarsys points to Yob. "Or her eyes." The astrozoan points to Pervir for emphasis.
"I didn't even realize that the pahtra technician was with you until those helmeted goons showed up," they continue. "And as for you, 'Drow Lady'? You are the scariest of them all!"
The astrozoan holds out a pair of limbs as if in preparation of being manacled. "No offense."

Pervir twinkle her eyes, not of the compliment the astrozoan tells about her, but she is moved by their story of why they are doing it. She wipes the tear of her teary eyes before speaking.

"Thank you! Thank you!" Vanecarsys shakes with gratitude. Tears begin to seep from the astrozoan's many eyes.
True to their word, Vanecarsys accompanies you back to Absalom Station. Using their casino winnings, the astrozoan pays for their mother’s medical procedure and makes restitution to the scammed investors and businesses.
Trazhi provides the party with the sum of credits promised and, after hearing Vanecarsys recount the party's willingness to show compassion, the dragonkin offers Vanecarsys a choice: turn away from their life of crime or be turned over to the Stewards.
The astrozoan deeply weighs the choice. After years of circumventing the law, Vanecarsys is unsure how to find legitimate work. However, Trazhi offers them a position at Electric Prism. "You know," the dragonkin explains to Vanecarsys, "I'm going to need someone to run my new, soon-to-be-installed gaming tables."
