1. Please post at least once a day. If you are absent for 24 hours I'll send you a PM. If you're missing for 36 hours I'll mark you inactive and your Player Character will simply delay - that's not fun!
2. Under your name, please add a stat block, so I can quickly find your stats and keep the game moving. You can edit your character's Race, Class/Levels and Gender fields to include information such as:
- Hit Points
- AC
- Saving Throws
- Perception Bonus
3. What about Secret Rolls? Pathfinder 2nd ed has a lot of secret rolls the GM is supposed to make for the players, so the PCs can't react to a bad roll. Any skill with the Secret tag should be rolled privately. If I show the DC, feel free to make the roll openly. Otherwise, there are 2 ways to do this in my games:
- You can say which skill and which bonus you want to apply. (Example: "I use Occultism +5 to investigate the skull's mystic origin.")
- Or you spoiler your dice roll and everyone sticks to the honor system of not opening it.
If you haven't added Pathfinder specific equipment, I suggest you look at the >PFS 2 Society Rules<, in particular the Pathfinder Training section.
Once you have your character selected, please go to RPG Chronicles and post your character's details there >Sign Up Page<

Will kill for lodging is a good one, and what Honzak would likely vote for.

Lokaloka follows Honzakqed's vote. :)

I see the post aboit the karibou, but wanted to get some talk about the fox first. So I will post checks on the bells later.

Hey all, apologies for my sudden absence. I got a rather sudden case of the man flu, and was spending most of my time sweating it out. Will try to catch up and drop a post later today.

get well soon. I know what it's like... the flu that hit me early in October practically knocked me sideways.

![]() |

I should prep this scenario... looks pretty straightforward... go here, make some skill checks, rinse and repeat...

You's gets pickles in NYC! :)

So I found out on Friday that come January, no job for me, reduction in force due to student numbers being low.
That's rubbish. I feel for you. Is there much in your area or will you need to change career/move house?

That sucks, indeed. Wonders of nepotism. I am actually surprised they did it in the middle of the school year.

My two oldest children go to a charter school. The biggest challenge has been finding/retaining teachers. They had to cancel all the Spanish classes last year as the teacher resigned about a month in and they could not find a replacement.

What's a charter school? Is it just a different name for a Private School?

A charter school is a public school that operates as a school of choice. Charter schools commit to obtaining specific educational objectives in return for a charter to operate a school. Charter schools are exempt from significant state or local regulations related to operation and management but otherwise adhere to regulations of public schools — for example, charter schools cannot charge tuition or be affiliated with a religious institution.
In other words, charter schools are publicly accountable — they rely on families choosing to enroll their children, and they must have a written performance contract with the authorized public chartering agency. Charter schools are also autonomous — they have more flexibility in the operations and management of the school than traditional public schools.
So in other words independent public schools that are not managed by the government school district.

Eldon Goodbarrell wrote:I always have to remember the British vs US linguistic difference with 'public' schools.Oh? What is the difference?
In the UK, we have 'state' schools and 'independent' schools. Independent schools are fee-paying. Amongst those, some are described as 'private' and some are known as Public Schools. The public schools are generally the oldest or most prestigious (not necessarily the same thing). They are also usually boarding schools.
An example people will have heard of is Eton, which is a Public School. They were open to members of the general public wherever you lived (if you could pay) in the early c19th when the term started getting used.

Hi everyone. Can you make your downtime checks so I can fill the chronicle sheets out?
You don't need to do that any longer. Players now take care of their own downtime.

GM chadius |

Players are responsible for rolling and recording their own downtimes, and may chose not to do so if they prefer to simplify play.
Ah I see. In that case, your chronicles are >HERE<. Please download and check on their accuracy. If they look good, please sign off on them. If they don't, tell me what's wrong.
Once all of the chronicles look good, I'll report the game.

Lokaloka plays her pipes for the gathered throng
Performance, Downtime: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (14) + 11 = 25
She adds some of the dance moves Thalaasi taught her and the crowd goes wild.

Chronicle looks good! Thanks GM!
