As Ayaal and Trok are approaching and their enemies come within range of their Darkvision, you see insect chitin, matted fur, scaly flesh, and more combine to form a hideous humanoid shape. In fact, on both of the guards, instead of a right hand and forearm, they have a lobster-like pincers! None of you have the appropriate Knowledge skill trained (Local), so you have no clue what these humanoids are other than weird-looking. When you are 50' away sneaking up, however, the cat-aasimar (Trok) makes a bit too much noise, bumping into the wall, causing some rocks from the cavern wall to fall, and one of the guards' keen ears picks it up and reacts to the danger, alerting his partner, as now that he is no longer distracted by the chatter, he can clearly see the both of you within range of his DV!

Ayaal is up first.
Please don't criticize my map handling...lol. I'm old school so you can see the map but not move on it. However, you are all creative enough to describe your actions and you can count the 5' squares on the map. I'm not fancy enough to use Google slides, so hope this helps. The rest of the party is off the map as you are about 10-20' behind Ayaal. I have colored the enemies: blue and yellow to distinguish them.
Ayaal
I’m assuming this isn’t a surprise round so we have a full round’s worth of actions. Also, since I have to pass through Trok’s space and given the shape of the corridor, it looks like a Charge is out. So…
As soon as the guards’ attention falls on them, Ayaal sprints forward, leading with her glaive. She runs toward the gap in the barricade, slides through it, and stops - toe-to-toe with one of the malformed guardsmen.
MOVE: 30’
MOVE: 30’
With 60’ of move, I think I’m in the square where the barricade opens and directly next to the blue baddie. The idea here is to put me in AoO striking distance if either of those guys heads for the exit (the white square).
If this was a surprise round then I’ll only move 30’.

Round 1: Enemies
The blue malformed humanoid tries to cut Ayaal with his pincer, but misses poorly!
Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9
The yellow humanoid, seeing Trok, and hearing sounds from down the corridor, takes a 5' step toward Ayaal and begins howling and shrieking loudly like an animal as he tries to bash the monk/cleric with his pincer, but cannot penetrate the aasimar's defenses.
Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (9) + 4 = 13
Party is up!
Ayaal is close enough that she hears yawns first and then movement from behind the door.
Severa Zadyra
Severa moves up to see what's going on.
30 ft move to get closer. I'd like to get as close as within 20 ft of the farther enemy, if I can do that in one move.
Then she tries to recognize these odd creatures.
K Local with cognatogen: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (19) + 10 = 29
My standard action will depend on where I get and what I learn from K local.
Trok!
Trok moves up into position for combat, (probably provoking AoOs, but I have no real path choice) but has to move too far and can't make an attack when he arrives.
Should be immediately beneath the yellow enemy.

The bird-headed warrior steps back, leaving room for another ally to pass through the barricade. She brings her glaive to bear on the mutant warrior defending the barricade. The glaive flashes in a rapid series of diagonal slashes aimed at the creature’s vulnerable neck.

Ayaal steps behind Grok and flurries with her glaive, barely missing on her first attack, and striking the blue mongrelman once, drawing blood. The creature shrieks in pain, but it is still alive, as it is quite sturdy. 5 damage. The creatures are AC 14.
Round 2:
The two mongrelmen continue to shriek and focus their pincer attacks on Trok, who is standing before them! However, their pathetic attacks do not come within 5' feet of touching the aasimar.

Trok follows standard protocol, and focuses on the injured opponent, attempting to remove him from the battlefield. He swings the Earthbreaker from low, up and over his form and back around full circle to connect with the opponent as a higher momentum uppercut. But he telegraphed the attack clearly enough for the target to simply step out of the way.

Ayaal's glaive skewers the remaining mongrelman, but you hear movement and grunts in undercommon from behind the door to the east.
Round 3:
The door opens out to the room from the east into a larger chamber, pulled open by a mongrelman. He is behind the door so you do have line of sight to him. A javelin flies into the room from another mongrelman 20' away and bounces off Elliaria's armor.
Javelin attack: 1d20 ⇒ 10
Elliaria also sees another mongrelfolk, this one female wearing a cloak, with spider-legs sprouting from her back. She curses in Common, "Die intruders!", as she lines up a shot with her longbow. Her aim is true and the arrow buries itself in Elliaria's shoulder, barely missing her neck. The spider-mongrel smiles with an evil glint in her eye, as she barks orders in undercommon to something in a storeroom to the NE.

In response to the orders, you see a 6' long lizard on a leash comes out of the storeroom, moving with a slow but relentless gait. Its feet end in large talons, and ropes of green drool hang from its toothy maw. It stops outside of your room as it waits, its tongue hissing at the party.
I updated map in Campaign Info tab and also added clearer images of the mongrel, the female mongrel, and the medium-sized lizard. As the map shows, there are 4 enemies in the room, with one of them (yellow mongrel) behind the open door. Party is up.

GM, what knowledge to identify the lizard thing? And is there a knowledge check to know what's up with this spider-lady mongrelperson?
Severa steps forward and calls out to her allies in Celestial "I can damage several at once with a small explosive if I have a clear shot!"
I'm talking about using a bomb. 5 ft splash.
Then she focuses on spider-lady's shadow and snaps her fingers while pronouncing "Umbra!"
The spider-lady's shadow latches onto her leg and tries to immobilize her!
Please move me 5 ft north and 10 ft east. Shadow trap. Spending one point from my arcane reservoir to make that a DC 17 will save or be entangled and unable to move more than 5 ft from her current location.

Severa, Knowledge (Nature) for the lizard. As for the spider-mongrel, she is a mongrel, so your prior Knowledge (Local) check applies. Different mongrels have different mutations due to the Worldwound - some get lobster pincers, others get spider legs sprouting from the back. No two mongrels are alike. But spider-lady is not famous or infamous in mongrel society.
There is light in this room, as the lizard does not have DV, so Severa's shadow spell does work.

Considering the situation, Ayaal decides on a gambit that – should it work – will enable her teammates to focus on bringing their own brand of pain to the enemy. Realizing her precarious situation, the female mongrel barks out orders to her allies in undercommon.
The mongrel behind the door moves around the room, without incurring Alessandro's wrath and attacks Trok with a club, bashing the cat aasimar on the head, drawing blood!
Attack on Trok: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (13) + 4 = 17

With the mongrel providing cover, the female archer can safely take a shot at Elliaria, spitting at her, "I am Wenduag! Curse all heathens!" She licks the blood pouring from her leg wound as she shoots the bard! However, the shadow pinning her throws her shot off and she misses!
Arrow shot at Elliaria: 1d20 - 4 ⇒ (7) - 4 = 3 - Miss!
Finally, the monitor lizard, with its animal intelligence, tries to bite the paladin who wounded it.

Alessandro is grateful for his armor, as the lizard's bite fails to connect. Realizing they have to cut enemies down, he takes another swing on the lizard.
Attack: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (9) + 6 = 15
Damage: 2d6 + 6 ⇒ (6, 5) + 6 = 17
If that hits and kills the lizard, he takes a 5' step toward the next closest mongrel, yelling, "I'm coming for you Wenduag for hurting my brother!"

My AC is up to date now. It's 13+4 armor+2 natural armor right now. Ok so the lizard is still on the map but it's dead, yes?
At first, Severa is frustrated that she doesn't have anywhere good to launch another explosive. Then she grows frightened when she sees her allies in serious medical trouble. She fumbles a little and pulls out another explosive, trying to do what she can to help.
It's really hard for me to understand the map since the tokens for PCs aren't the same as their Paizo avatars. So I would like this splash damage to be happening in a square where the 5 ft radius splash will just hit the most injured enemy.

If you haven't adjudicated yet, and you don't object, I'd like to modify my last action a bit:
> IF my first blow hits Wenduag and she looks close to death, I'd like to twist the glaive and slap her with the flat of the blade -- doing nonlethal damage to her on the second blow (To HIT total becomes a 19). Questioning her could prove useful.
> If my first blow knocks Wenduag out, I'd like to redirect the second attack to Magenta.
If we've got no 'take-backs' on actions, I'm cool with that as well! Decapitating the Spider Queen is still cool. :D
Demon_Narrator
Actually, Ayaal, your first attack misses the dexterous spider-mongrel! And yes, you did have to drop the wand.
The second attack, however, slashes right through her ribs, and the confident and sadistic look disappears from her face, replaced by fear and worry, as she is severely wounded. Total: -18 damage.
Round 5: Enemies
Wenduag screams something at the other mongrel in the room, which you do not understand, but can safely assume it translates to "You're on your own!", given the worried look that appears on the mongrel's face.
Wenduag looks to get away, so, with bow in hand, she steps 5' south, pushes open the door to the east which was not locked nor closed fully, and rushes through it, praying that her agility will save her from incoming attack.
Ayaal, you get an AoO against her.
The other mongrel is not stupid enough to run and turn his back, especially with the muscular emerald warrior in front of him. He steels himself and takes a swing at Alessandro with his club. It is a skilled swing, but the blow simply bounces off the paladin's armor harmlessly. The creature gulps, as he feels his fate is sealed. He drops his weapon, drops to the floor, and covers up, apparently seeking mercy.
