Eric Kostroff
Eric shrugs his shoulders. I've seen a lot of nonsense, but it takes the concept itself to a new level. After muttering a little under his breath with displeasure, the aristocrat gathers his will into a fist and turns on his charm to the maximum, addressing the red-haired officer. Mademoiselle... Ehem. Excuse me. COMRADE! Comrade, could you tell us about this other refugee clan... The Nazis? Who they are, what they might want right now, and so on. We're going to kill a couple for personal reasons and any information would be appropriate. He grins charmingly as he walks side by side with her (not forgetting to cast Three Inflict Light Wounds: 3d8 + 15 ⇒ (1, 1, 2) + 15 = 19 on self).
Liliyashanina
Nazis? You have spotted any in Alyushinnyrra? Her beautifull face erupts into a fierce demanding grimace
DAVAI LOKATION! WHERE? She almost lifts up Eric, before reconsidering her forcefullness.
Seething, but not at you, she speaks
Most of these a#&%&$#%s ended up in Avernus or Abbadon, where they funnyily enough are now the prey for literally everything else. The only Nazi, I mean, the only Fritz, we know of in Alyushinnyrra switched to our side. Who they are? Just like us they came from the plane of Earth, have a f$%@ed up philosophy of them being some type of superior race, which entitles them to mass murder all other races. Bonus stupidity, did you know that 99,8% of earths sentient population are humans anyway, and that races are totally made up categories?
There are no joke in combat, and have killed, by some estimate 20 million of our own people as they unleashed a surprise invasion upon us. We managed to stall them and force them back. Most of us here were fighting in a place called Rzhev, conditions were such that a spontaenous planar shift to the deathfrost occured. Our Colonel kept us together, we killed a bunch of frost giants, and then met some Succubi who were hunted by these frost giants. Colonel made a deal with them, we got free passage to here, and well, here we are.
What they want? Not be in the same plane of existence as us, so get away as quickly as possible. We are on good terms with several major players, meaning that nobody would bat an eyebrow if we murder them with extreme prejudice.
She pauses
The Polkovnik will be very very interested in this.
Willow Nevardmipth
Willow raised an eyebrow at the 'nonesense' comment, seeing nothing wrong with the behavior in the least. But she keeps her words from expressing that, though Eric probably knows her well enough to know that the eyebrow means she disagrees. Willow's patron is insanity, so it makes sense :)
"A whole world full of humans? Now that is nonsense... and boring. Murdering them is on the agenda, but a conversation needs to happen first, though if it pleases your Polkovnik that conversation can involve a signification amount of screaming between questions." the elven witch comments and then inquires of the redhead "Would it be possible to get a cutting from your wing? They have the texture of silk, smell heavenly of licorice, and I feel might have a slight... salty taste. I am very eager to see what flavor profile they might produce when ground up and sprinkled in a coffee." she knows enough demonology to know succubi can regenerate rather quickly, which would do wonders as a food source in a pinch.
Eric Kostroff
Eric notices the raised eyebrow and chuckles. Then he looks at the redhead in surprise, but nods approvingly at such a flow of information, it is valuable. And then he grunts again, listening to Willow. I love her ingenuity!
Liliyashanina
The Skaldesses eyebrows twitch at willow
The f+&+?
Then she has an idea, and puts something metallic conraption in front of her mouth speaking into it
FRRRRRIIIIIIZZZ Get your German arse over here I think I found you a girlfriend, she is just like you, up to asking me the same f#@!ing question you did when you first saw me with wings attached.
So, you are the mad scientist? I guess every group here needs one.
You can make out some noises from the metal thing, and understand the words "EXZELLENT" "Ballistisches Kettensägen-bayonet" and "Komme sofort"
Zum Oberst loslos The Skaldess says in another language clearly speaking in the imperative.
Willow Nevardmipth
Willow considered the parts of the conversation she could understand. First and foremost she believes her request has been rejected, which causes her lips to pull down in a frown. The second part though makes her brow furrow "While sexual encounters are both useful and appreciated for the experience of sensation and for the release, this notion of 'girlfriend' is quite beyond me." she crosses her arms around her stomach, the closest thing she comes to a pout. "We have been keeping your Polkovnik waiting, a bit too long I should think." she says petulently. "Maybe your scientist can wait until after our meeting?"

Anatoli follows the conversation back and forth and says as an aside looks like I need to memorize some inflict wounds spells for you Eric. Did the life link work? and then as the fast talking goes on and says there is only so much I can heal including daemonic sexually transmitted disease so do be careful Willow, and also with what you eat as I am a master of herbal concoctions I am sure I could find something suitable for you?
Liliyashanina
Demonic sexual transmitted diseases? Effing Fritz is going to become a half Cyborb before he possible becomes a half fiend. Hotel Leningrad is mostly mortals, I am a half Succubus having won the transformation in one of Vellexias casting shows, the Polkovnik is a Half Balor, whose fiendish apotheosis was a lot more impressive,
the rest is mostly mortal. We get some Alus, because the guys cant keep their pants zipped, but other then that? I think the only other mostly mortal organizations active here are the Aspis consortium and the Pathfinder society.
@Roberta, Jasper, any banter to be had?
Anatoli Ghrymm

hey hey I don't judge. Just because they are here doesn't mean they aren't canoodling elsewhere and bringing home the Daemonic drip back home here to mama or some other poor soul. A simple detect disease daily and remove disease is always prudent. Your establishment can sign up for a daily check up regimen from me for a modest fee Anatoli smiles sweetly as he says so.
Liliyashanina
We have that cunning plan where we pay Succubi that dont omnomnom our "cant keep it zipped" recruits pretty decent alimonies for any resulting Alus, assuming our recruits stay alive... But yeah, check with the senior seargent, you probably met him at the door, about that later. There is definitly some mutual benefit to be had, and if you manged to keep private numbnuts Ivan Ivanovich alive agains the f#~$ing shitlord... well, pretty solid proof of your healing skills right there.
The red headed Skaldess is quite receptive to Anatolis offering, as she pats him on the shoulder, in an comradely an entirely not energy draining way.
Liliyashanina

You are ushered into a rather warm room. Behind the chair sits a perpetually annoyed looking women, clad in what seems to be adamantine armor, literrally burning with aggression and with the tell tale signs of being a half Balor. She looks somewhat longingly at a ice cooled bottle containing a clear liquid, while trying to get a Glabrezus claw out of her massive double handed chain axe.
Visitors?
She looks at the party, as if trying to gauge their strength.
Then puts her left hand at her ear.
Huh, they murdered our retared toilet problem? And may have found some Nazis? She speaks to the Skaldess, who apparently telepathically contacted her.
So you probably want a degree of military aid? Very well, tell your story and make your pitch.
Colonel Balalaika is an a conondrum! Apparently her burning aura is active, and she cannot freely deactivate it! Rending her unable to enjoy her cooled nice Vodka, as it would get warm if she were to touch it. If you can devise a cunning plan to get her her booze, cooled, inspite of it she would likely appreciate it.
Eric Kostroff
Anatoli follows the conversation back and forth and says as an aside looks like I need to memorize some inflict wounds spells for you Eric.
I would appreciate it, Anatoli.

Willow had been watching Anatoli. His statement about his herbalism talent has elevated him from not caring at all into someone to consider. She has been having trouble articulating exactly what this means in the chaos of her mind.
So when Eric makes the noise "Psst? I never liked that sound, like getting one's attention requires the same sound as leaking gas out of a bloated corpse..." Willow answers with distraction, but it does make her focus on the task at hand.
"Miss... Balalaika Polkovnik-ness, would you mind opening your mouth, just a little?" the elf bends close, singing the tip of her pert nose, eyes calculating, holding her hand up, thinking. "Yes it is possible. Your mouth is bigger than my fist, more importantly, my fist holding a bottle of alcohol upside down. My suggestion is to start casting dimensional door and upending the beverage at the exact moment of completion. The liquid should still count as 'on my person', so will come with me when I appear in front of you exactly in the pose where my hand, and bottle will be in your mouth. You will need to tilt your head like... that, yes."
"The flames will kiss the vodka but will not have enough time to harm its temperature in a negative way before you swallow, and do not bite. The flames unfortunately will not be as kind to me or my clothing, so Anatoli, I will need your... attention... if you don't mind, after the endeavor is complete."
She looks at the Colonel and her companions for approval. Since she cannot do this alone or without it.
Liliyashanina
That is quite considerate of you.
The large Half Balor bekons you to proceed.

She does not view you as threatening, which is why she is playing along.
You do not detect any hostility from her, currently.

"Not consideration, just a conundrum, I assure you." the violet-eyed witch clarifies. She raises a brow at Anatoli, hopefully getting a nod. Then she steals herself for the pain, smoothing out her cream-colored dress that is about to suffer even more than it has from the shit demon, and goes about her plan.

Roberta blinks in surprise as she's not been following the chatter but shrugs and squares up. For her first attack she decides to go for a Knockout.
Knockout: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (19) + 11 = 30
Knockout (Ex) 1/day, you can unleash a devastating attack that can instantly knock a target unconscious. You must announce this intent before making your attack roll. If you hit and the target takes damage from the blow, the target must succeed at a Fortitude saving throw (DC = 17) or fall unconscious for 1d6 rounds. Each round on its turn, the unconscious target may attempt a new saving throw to end the effect as a full-round action that does not provoke attacks of opportunity. Creatures immune to critical hits or nonlethal damage are immune to this ability.
Damage: 2d6 + 4 ⇒ (2, 5) + 4 = 11

Fortitude Balalaika: 1d20 + 10 + 3 + 3 ⇒ (13) + 10 + 3 + 3 = 29

Roberta hits the Colonel, but only causes the most minute amount of damage.

Sorry, missed the It's Willow's Turn part of that post.
Willow doesn't care about violence for sport which is what this is, since it brings nothing experience-wise or sensations, so she is looking around the office since knick-knacks have more interest than punching.
That is willow's reaction, but I did look and she is pretty spent on buffing spells and had nothing really to help out. Sorry Roberta.
Roberta Crask
No buffs left I believe. Roberta does have the Tiefling resistances though. Fire, Electricity & Cold 5.
Thanks Anatoli. Looks like I'll need the healing. :).

Willow does realize, supporting one's coworkers is important, so she says "Go Roberta, Go" pumping her fist weakly, further spoiled the fact she isn't even looking at the fight, and her voice is as deadpan as it could possibly be.
Liliyashanina
Good news, her AC sucks for her level, the 28 hits, the 24 does not.
Bad news, she has DR10/good. Probably good news, if you impress her she will do something about your DR woes, you are on your way to do so.
Hmm Balalaika gives a grinning grunt at Erics general direction.
Given that Mrs. Simone is here, you are probably not looking for a wet T-shirt contest. Therefor, you are looking for a Banya!
She fires up her rage, growing in size, being on fire, and instantly evaporating the water Eric conjured into a Steamy Sauna. Putting the room into conditions of a fog cloud, before unleashing a terrifying series of blows unto Roberta, striking with a devastating headbut.

I think this puts you at 2 HP factoring in the last round and Anatolis healing.
Still standing? And willing to engage in combat with things far above your paygrade? Well, you do pass.
But your unarmed attacks wont work in this city unless enchanced. The tower Half-Balor speaks conversationally.
I have an offer for you specifically. She telekinetically moves an amulet, emblazoning a black bat carrying a downward pointing red sword.
This is an amulet of mighty fists, enchanced with evil outsider bane. If you freely pledge to not knowingly and willingly act against the interests of Hotel Leningrad, you are free to borrow it, in return for a future favor, once the favor is repaid, the amulet is yours fully.
The smoke evaporates.
You can all make appropriate Kn. rolls (Planes, Nobility, Local, History would work, some professions as well) as to what the exact wording means.
Willow Nevardmipth
Willow perks up, a contract is interesting.
planes: 1d20 + 19 + 2 ⇒ (18) + 19 + 2 = 39
Liliyashanina
The phrasing is a declaration of non-aggression, not of fealty.
Rebecca is in the wrong if she acts against Hotel Leningrad, knowingly, so she has to know she is acting against them, and willingly, so she has to do so while under her free will.
Getting dominated and attacking would, if she can prove she was dommed, free her from liabilitiy.
You would suggest adding the words "reasonable" or "legitimate" prior to "interests".
The favor would be based on how much the amulet of mighty fist is worth in comparison to her total networth. It is about half of hers.(16K)
Appropriate ways of repaying would be things like: "Participate in one combat on behalf of Hotel Leningrad", "retrieve or part with one item of equivalent value". Secrets are of course also great currency.
Lastly, she can later on simply buy it normally, that requires Balalaika to sell yes, and typically carries a slight price increase, but thats a thing as well.
The amulet may cause others to see her as a Hotel Leningrad member. This is an upgrade, as Leningrad is supposedly in Nocticulas good graces. It is fine to imply that she is, but Leningrad would get pissed if she where to outright claim membership, let alone claim to speak for it.
Willow Nevardmipth
Willow gets close to Roberta and has a quick whispered conference with the burly brawler. meetings today so no time to turn our gms words into willow speak, so feel free to read the spoiler
Roberta Crask
"A generous offer, I will gladly accept."
Roberta will take the offered amulet. She will add the words 'Reasonable' before the interests of Hotel Moscow.
She is understandably somewhat shaky on her feet after that beatdown, and by what she saw in that moment of head to head contact. She is trying to look composed but is clearly only a light breeze away from collapsing.
What is the amulets plus?
Liliyashanina
It is a +1 Amulet of Mighty fists, evil outsider Bane.
Since that still wouldnt work vs DR good, it can cast Align weapon 3 times per day.
Liliyashanina
@Rebecca, can you roll me a Kn. Arcana, or Kn. Planes if you share what you saw in the PM with other characters, they may roll one as well.
Roberta Crask
Knowledge Planes: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (14) + 9 = 23
When she has a chance to quietly confer with the group Roberta lets them know what she saw when she and Balalaika had their head-to-head moment.
As Balalaikas face smashes into yours with a crit, your skull nearly cracks, for a moment, you interestingly see her rather then your life.
Fragments, Open fields, explosions, trying to dig someone out of rubble, more explosions, shootings, and war. A big war.
Armored hulks crashing into each other, a large city simulatenously frozen and burning, same as the waters of the river that flows through it, the howling of some aerial predators sowing death and destruction.
You see her squad, remnants of different units being held together by her, mostly by charisma.
Then frost. Associated first with a furious grin, "We will get them, they have no winter gear!" but then it gets colder, even colder, insanely cold.
As what you identify as a Half-Fiend Frost Giant shows up, her company opens fire on it.
The recognition about no longer being on earth, but in a land of nightmares and dark myths. A vicious, unquenching determination to spit into the face of whatever seeks to kill her, to sell their lifes as dearly as possibly, and to bow to nothing and noone.
You see the squad using the frost giant for rations, and shelter, another battle, on in which they intervene in a fight between what are other frost giants, and demons you identify as Succubi, Nocticulas military by their specific black purple armor. Negotiations.
The connection cuts as you stumble backwards a bit.
Liliyashanina
That makes it.
Balalaika got a degree of Telepathic powers from becoming a half Balor. She is not particularly good or trained at them. The implication however is that she did see Robertas biography. Given by her reaction, she liked what she saw.

Evidently satisfied with the little workout, Balalaika calms down, shrinking back to merely being a very imposing and tall half human half Balor.
Now, Mr. Ghrymm, for these devices, they do not actually look to be of Nazi make, but I do have expert councel at hand.
The door opens, and a man wearing a haphazard collection of gear and blue goggles comes in. In his arms is what seems to be a rifle, with an attached chainsaw.
Frau Oberst! He salutes, speaking in an unfamilar language
I have finished the prototype phase of the "Ballistisches Kabelgetriebenes Kettensägenbayonett" or BaKaKet! He announced proudly.
You made a ballistic wireguided chainsaw-bayonett?
The Skaldess and the Colonel speak in unison.
Feel free to react
Willow Nevardmipth
Willow reacts by getting really close to the blue goggles man. "What is a... Chain Saw?" the elven woman leans in to smell it, her violet eyes looking up in question.
Liliyashanina
A chain saw is like a saw, but rather then powered by someone with brawny arms from the outside, its saw parts, which are linked like pearls on a chain, hence the name chain-saw, are powered from an inside power source! It is great for woodcutting, but the combat applications are immense! You see, at the beginning, it was somethings used by people like me for handling wood, as my arm musculature is not very develped, but what do you think happenes when Oberst Balalaika applies such a thing to, lets say a Glabrezu demon?
Yes, 2 Glabrezu demons halfs, cut through in the middle!
"Fritz" is incredibly enthusiastic about chainsaws, science, and cutting things in part. Specifically enabling other people to cut things in part, he himself does not look like a frontline combatant.
Willow Nevardmipth
