Vane tries to crawl away from the fight. You can see his injuries are staggering.
Eilyne hits the Hobgoblin with a serious wood thorn blast.
Barhdor tries to jump on a table and fails but still gets up on it, but with far less grace.

did the Hobgoblin soldier not get his attack?
Chuckling as Eilyne puts a large thorn into the hobgoblin, Brunner is pleased that Vane was able to get away. Continuing his attack against the soldier while the others rescue Vane, he keeps his shield high, and chops at the hobgoblins legs, catching the hobgoblin on the hip.

"Good shot, Eilyne!" Tarrow cheers.
Given the confined space for fighting, the halfling cannot gain the benefit of his flanking comrades. The rapier might as well be a stick against the thick hide of the hobgoblin. With Eilyne doing a good bit of harm to it, Tarrow resumes his strategy of total defense, to prevent the creature from harming others, or himself, hopefully.
Total Defense: AC 24 vs goblinoids

Tarrow goes into a defensive stance prepared to parry whatever comes his way.
Arkhan once more targets the apparent leader here and once more the Hobgoblin is pelted with wind and water to no effect.
Ethan turns an fires at the Hobgoblin soldier who in shock had spun and failed to do anything a few seconds ago because the dm forgot about him lol The arrow goes into his left shoulder
Brunner swings his axe catching the soldier in the hip and goouging him deeply cutting through armor as well as flesh
The Goblinoid leader moves backwards a step, pulling a black round object from his bandolier , opening an opportunity for Tarrow to strike him. Tarrow gets AoO. He tosses the spherical object out towards the party after pouring a vial of reddish liquid within the sphere. He targets Arkhan with the grenade. It burst into flame as it hit The Orcs armor, spreading along his chest and abdomen. Splashes of fire were dodged by Barhador, Brunner and Eilyne, though their legs were slightly burned. However a large globule of flaming debris got onto Ethans thigh burning him.

Looking at Roll20, the hobgoblin alchemist didn't move? I will assume he stepped back 5' as described and post based on that instead of on the map location.
Seeing the opponent step back and thro a bomb, the hunter lets out a low rumble as he is scalded by a splash effect before stepping forward, down off the table and onto the ground, and swinging at the alchemist.

Eilyne
Elyne nearly panicked when the fire came at her as it washed over Arkhan's body and she just barely stifled back a scream as she dodged it. Eilyne glared at the hobgoblin and said sharply, "Don't play with FIRE!" She sent another thorn lancing out at the hobgoblin and then stepped back through the doorway to avoid a repeat of the fire.

He did. He was side by side with Tarrow, now hes diagonal. It just doesnt look like much Barhador
As he threw the black bomb Tarrow stepped in and stabbed. barely nicking the hobgoblin.
Barhador jumps down off the table and takes a couple steps toward the leader, and brought sharp claws into the side of the 'bomber'
The Soldier managed to get a swing at Barhador as he moved away from him. The Hunter proved to be too nimbler for him though.

Surprised to see the hobgoblin retaliate against Barhador, whose funny curved knife which (at least in Brunner's mind) had clearly done less damage than the dwarfs axe. Brunner was even more surprised when the Hobgoblin chased after the elf. Instead of holding his ground and fighting Brunner.
Seeing Arkhan shoot in, almost out of nowhere, and chop the soldier down, Brunner steps over the body, spitting. "Serves ye reit." Moving toward the grenadier. He lifts his axe swinging it at the leader. "Ye scorched mah new bitts. Not watching where he was stepping, he stumbles over the other hobgoblin and totally misses his attack, cursing. Realizing that Ethan had brought the grenadier down, Brunner turns, smiling at his friend, "Weel dain Ethan, weel dain. Turning to Tarrow, he taps his index finger against his nose. "Ay savvy ploy trippin' th' gobo like 'at,"
He then moves over to Vane as Ethan tends to his wounds. Reaching down, "Lets gie ye out ay thes collar." He unbuckles the spiked collar.
After freeing Vane from the collar, he begins to frisk the grenadiers corpse.
Tarrow Harfoot
"Glad that helped," Tarrow replies. The encounter was very frustrating for him. Clearly, charging in sword flailing was not a good tactic. He would need to be more clever to survive this night.
His attention returns to his fellow alchemist. "My friend, what did they plan for you? This collar and leash - was it merely humiliation, or did they intend to enslave you for your knowledge?"
GMMichael
Arkhan immediately bends down and searches the soldier finding the same on him as the other hobgoblins-Studded Leather, Light Steel shield, Longsword, Longbow, 20 arrows, 16 Gold. 1PP of food and water
Ethan starts to talk to Vane. Vane answers to him I can walk. Im not at my best though. I will slow you down substantially. You should leave me and get the folks I have in the basement out. Take anything of value in my shop. Ill catch you as I can.
Brunner moves to Vane and unhooks the collar looking concerned and then bends down to search the Grenadier.

Vane looks at the group, then walks up to Ethan and hands over the two envelopse. they both have a mark on them 1 and X 1 a O. He says This one has dust I created that will make all tracks vanish upon sprinkling them. This other one can hold an image you perceive in your mind as long as you concentrate on it.
X=Dust of Illusion O=Dust of Tracelessness.
