Rogarch speaks loudly in reply to the Ifrit's threats.
"Micah. Don't be rude. They don't know that we are stuck here cleaning up the mess. This warehouse needs to be completely scrubbed down or the contagion might spread into the city."
"They are not getting triple pay to do it? I mean are they?"
"Contagion? The representative of House Locosta made no reference to any such hazard. I was aware that the Aspis Consortium has been using the warehouse for illegal activities and drug smuggling, but I hadn't heard that they were dealing with contaminants!" The leader of the Kortos Consortium agents consider Rogarch's words. They look at each as they consider what to do.

"They ain't payin' me enough to handle any contagion," whispers one of the agents, as the others agree.
"Well, we have no desire to interfere with your clean up efforts!" shouts one of the agents through the door. "We can give you another day to complete your efforts. The shipment's already been delayed. I see no harm in waiting another day."
Satisfied, the Kortos Consortium agents depart the warehouse.

COMBAT OVER
With the defeat of the Aspis agents, the warehouse is safe. Not long thereafter, Delroya and her contacts arrive to move the goods from the warehouse. Setting aside a few items, she assures you, "Here, you can take these to the Pathfinders Society. Tell them. Consider it as thanks for the assistance."
"I've bribed the town guards to stay away from this warehouse days ago, so the disturbance here shouldn't garner any further attention--at least not before we leave Diobel." she continues. "Thanks to you, I am able to enact the final stages of my plan. It should all go smoothly from here on out."

Ponya quickly steps back even further from the body, "Entrails? Uh, no thanks. The food I eat is definitely not on this plane of existence. And I'm no good at divinations so entrails have no value for me otherwise. Thanks for the offer though, but you are welcome to them."
He eyes the other Ifrit warily, concerned that maybe she eats entrails.

"Job done? Yes. All happy?" Delroya repeats. "No. Not for some time, I'm afraid. But, maybe it is time to make a few changes."
The woman takes a deep breath and exhales, before continuing, "If it is alright with you, I'd like to accompany you when you head back to see Valsin." She locks eyes with you, awaiting your response.

With the mission accomplished, you easily make your way out of Diobel, back to Asbalom, and eventually to the Lorespire Complex. There you are met by Ambrus Valsin.
"I wish to personally thank you for you successful mission." Valsin begins. "You've dealt a major blow to the Aspis Consortium’s operations on the Isle of Kortos, and prevented a great deal of suffering from spreading across the Inner Sea region."
"I understand that you were provided with a writ by Lord Avid," he continues. "It is fortunate that you did not need to use. You did well using your discretion among the nobility of the Isle of Kortos."
PCs earn the Lord Avid’s Recommendation boon listed on this scenario’s chronicle sheet.
"I am pleased, also, to see Delroya here," says Valsin, turning his attention to the woman. Delroya herself remains quiet, but her demeanor has softened a great deal since the ordeal in Diobel. It is clear that she feels at home among the Pathfinders.
"Her presence here speaks highly of your skill and ability to inspire. You must have represented the Society and its best qualities well," concludes Valsin. "I see a bright future ahead for the Society."
The PCs earn the Inside Knowledge boon listed on this scenario’s chronicle sheet.
FIN
I will get the game reported and chronicles out to you in the next day or two. Thanks for playing!
