Dr. Lazarus should be at 49/60, not 11/60.

GM -- Leharas made it clear he was attacking the Blue Sea Devil which he was flanking with Dr. Lazarus. Your turn description has him attacking (and missing) the turtle. I'm assuming you'll retcon that.
Recognizing the huge turtle, Dr. Lazarus clears his throat and shares with the group, "Ahem ... the turtle is actually an amphibious dragon. Breath weapon and nasty jaw/claw attack." He sighs and adds, "As we've just seen. And one more thing: it was already injured before it attacked." He then focuses on the battle raging around him.
Bleeding from the sea devil's attack, Lazarus knows he needs to avoid being flanked. Seeing that the eastern blue sea devil worked itself into a frenzy, and since the Champion just injured it, the Doctor strategizes an attack plan to remove that creature from the battlefield.
Devise a Stratagem w/ Known Weakness vs. Blue Sea Devil: 1d20 ⇒ 20 (Roll is used for subsequent attack roll.)

Just wanted to be clear, the turtle blocked the attack on the Sea Devil? I see now that I referred to it as Teal and you referred to it as Blue, but I thought it was the same color you used when for the one you called Teal in the first combat. I apologize if I was mistaken.

Thanks for the retcon. Should the Blue Sea Devil be removed from the map to avoid confusion?
After attacking the Sea Devil, Dr. Lazarus again clears his throat and shares with the group, "Ahem ... as we know, they are sea devils. They can sense movement in the water to find prey."
GM, would you consider allowing Lazarus to know a different piece of information? For instance, he wouldn't have focused on the water sensing ability since we're in plain view. Instead, he would have wanted to know what that frenzy means. I ask because many GMs allow the player to choose which info to Recall, but if not, I understand.

Actually, you do not get +2 from Lay on Hands. because:
if the target is one of your allies, they also gain a +2 status bonus to AC for 1 round.
In PF2, you do not count as an ally to yourself.
An ally is someone on your side. You are not counted as your own ally.
So, your AC was 22 at this time (clumsy and flatfooted)

Ok, goblins ate my post. And it was a long one.
I am going to speed up my posting rate, and reduce the time before botting, as we have only 9 days left, and one more encounter.
Leharas attacks once, and hits.
Sylvia's bolt sickens the creature.
Kyra extends her bless spell, attacks the dragon turtle with her spiritual weapon, and moves forward.
spiritual weapon w/ bless: 1d20 + 11 + 1 ⇒ (14) + 11 + 1 = 26 force: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9
acrobatics DC15: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (14) + 10 = 24
The turtle turns in its draconic frenzy on Dr. Lazarus.
bite vs AC23, sickened: 1d20 + 18 - 1 ⇒ (18) + 18 - 1 = 35 piercing: 2d12 + 6 ⇒ (6, 10) + 6 = 22
Crit. I am assuming that Leharas uses his glimpse of redemption to prevent Dr. Lazarus from going down, so he takes 44-8=36hp
claw vs AC23, sickened, enfeebled 2: 1d20 + 18 - 4 - 2 - 1 - 2 ⇒ (19) + 18 - 4 - 2 - 1 - 2 = 28 slashing: 2d8 + 6 - 2 ⇒ (4, 2) + 6 - 2 = 10
Dr. Lazarus goes down, dying 1
The turtle then goes after Leharas.
claw vs AC24, sickened, enfeebled 2: 1d20 + 18 - 8 - 2 - 1 - 2 ⇒ (11) + 18 - 8 - 2 - 1 - 2 = 16 Miss
and it uses its last action to try and bite Leharas again.
bite vs AC23, sickened: 1d20 + 18 - 10 - 1 - 2 ⇒ (19) + 18 - 10 - 1 - 2 = 24 piercing: 2d12 + 6 - 2 ⇒ (5, 9) + 6 - 2 = 18 Hit
One down!!

Yes, I was planning on Reacting to the first attack. Thank you!
For my turn, I start off with a free action to the start of my turn to use Desperate Prayer and regain a Focus Point.
Lazarus, friend, arise and seek redemption on this vile creature!
Lay on Hands to Lazerus for 18 healing and +2 AC. Then stab the turtle and raise shield
+1 Striking Longsword: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (10) + 15 = 252d8 + 6 ⇒ (6, 6) + 6 = 18
