@Alex: Opening a lock is a full round action.
Alex gets to work opening the door, and is successful in unlocking it. Preach's arrow flies wide, but Bryn lands a solid blow, though the man does not fall.
Shouts of surprise ring out from the rebels, as the party strikes. On the boat, one rushes over to their sleeping compatriot, giving them a shake to wake them up. The man blinks blearily, gets his feet and pulls out a sword.
The man struck by Bryn draws a sword and strikes back, while another rushes towards him,

The woman continues on the lock as the other hold back the posted guards. It is not long before there is a click of a lock. She stores her tools and goes for one of her potions.
Alexandra whispers to the others around her, "Door's open!"
((If I used the full round, fine: but if there was anything left of the round she would want to grab one of her extracts.))
