In that case I will use Physical Science to identify them for the same result.
As long as you have your custom microlab, as a move action you can target a creature within your line of sight and within the microlab’s range (60 feet at 1st level) and attempt a special skill check to identify it. If the creature is living, this is a Life Science check. If it is unliving, it’s a Physical Science check. The DC of this check is determined by the creature’s rarity, as presented on the Creature Rarity table on page 133 of the Core Rulebook. You can attempt this check untrained regardless of the DC, and you always treat your die roll result as a 20.
As Misty Kit's actual action, they will draw their weapon, as the move action on the identify precludes the free draw.

Attack; Fire Damage: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (18) + 4 = 221d8 ⇒ 6

GM Valen |

Retrieving the results of her custom microlab, Misty Kit confirms that the creatures are gishvits. Sometimes referred to as “lore roaches” by scholars familiar with the Outer Planes, gishvits maintain vast stores of knowledge within their booklike bodies. Transcribing knowledge from living creatures, a gishvit stores information in its body in the form of written text, preserving the acquired knowledge within itself. Many librarians consider them to be pests.
Gishvits have a ravenous desire for new information, but find little joy in relating such information through conversation. Negotiators find conversations with gishvits incredibly difficult, and though gishvits rarely have the chance to converse with other beings, they still find most conversations a detraction from their endless urge to transcribe knowledge.
Transcription (Su) A gishvit finds pleasure in being a repository of information. It can immediately transcribe information dictated to it and material it overhears. Alternately, a gishvit can spend an hour with a willing subject, wherein it collects memories and experiences from the subject This transcription process is not dangerous to either the gishvit or the target. Information recorded and stored in this manner appears as filled pages within the gishvit’s booklike body, and it remains there for up to 24 hours after the gishvit is slain (unless the gishvit was killed by an erase spell; see below). Another creature can research the pages of a willing or deceased gishvit. The text inside a gishvit is comprehensible to any creature that can read and knows at least one written language. Researching the information within a gishvit for 1 hour grants the reader a +4 insight bonus to a Life Science, Mysticism or Physical Science check in the next 24 hours, and the reader can attempt such checks even if not trained in that skill.
Vulnerability to Erase (Su) An erase spell deals 3d4 damage to a gishvit and has a 50% chance of removing all written text within its pages (no save). A gishvit reduced to 0 Hit Points or below in this manner is slain, becoming a blank book.
As the kiirinta takes in this information, the ysoki nearly burns a hole through one of the gishvits (green)

COMBAT OVER
With the outsiders gone, the equation storm ceases. Shortly thereafter, Albryan enters shortly after an apologies for what he describes as “invading parasites”. Albryan offers to allow you to spend more time in the area as recompense. However, your collective research has already provided you with enough insight from the documentation to tell that the Starfinder Society agents previous had been following up on all information related to a string of Pact World–sponsored colonies out in the Vast that went missing, but were never acknowledged by the Pact. It would seem, then, that the party having already recovered all of the available information. The axiomite also provides you with an amulet of camouflage, a spare that retrieved from one of Athaeum's many vaults.
"This reward is for your efforts weathering the equational storm and defeating the aberrant tomes. I must, however, demand that you depart as soon as your allotted time is over." Albryan insists. Albryan and the other Curators refuse to allow any of the documents to
leave the library.
Left no alternative, you depart Athaeum and make the journey back to the Pact Worlds. Upon your return, Ehu meets with you. commending you for braving the unexpected dangers of the library.
"While the danger was unexpected," the kasatha states, “a Starfinder must always be prepared for danger in the most peaceful corners of the galaxy.”
Reviewing your information that you have learned about the missing Pact Worlds colonies, Ehu indicates that the information is startling and that he plans to petition the Forum to investigate the apparent Pact Worlds cover-up. He again thanks you and immediately departs to collate the retrieved data and put together his case.
Your personal comms ping with a notice that your accounts have each received a deposit of 180 credits.
Having completed the missions for each of the candidates, you are free to return to the Lorespire Complex and meet with First Seeker Luwazi Elsebo. When you find the current First Seeker, she is not waiting within the Lorespire. Instead, she sits on a bench near the center of the campus. When she spots the party, Luwazi waves you over and eagerly asks, "So, what are your opinions as to each of the candidates for First Seeker? I'd appreciate hearing your thoughts."
As you may have gathered, we are wrapping up soon. Please feel free to post a response in character if you'd like. I will close out the scenario within the next 48 hours or once everyone has posted, whichever comes sooner.

"Your opinions appear to be in sync."
The First Seeker Luwazi Elsebo as she stands from the bench she’d been sitting on, before she continues, "I must sincerely thank you for taking the time to meet each of these candidates. Your reports on this matter is important to me, but more importantly, these impressions can help shape the Society. Know that in the coming months, the Forum will convene to decide the Society’s future."
"As for what the future holds, though the Forum represents our broader leadership, the decision truly comes from the agents that make up our Society, like yourselves." she continues. "I have no doubt that in the coming days, you’ll each have an opportunity to give your final decision on which of these candidates should take my position as the Society’s guiding leader and that those decisions will shape our future."
“For now, think on these candidates and prepare to make an

Not long afterward, with the election completed. A new First Seeker is elected, ushering in a new direction for the Starfinder Society.
