Fifi concentrates on the birthmark on her shoulderblade, reciting-"Dawnflower, lend me your flame!"-as fire erupts from her hand! Her fire covers all three Shae, but she mistakenly hits Awkin's Cat!

As soon as you have someone grappled, invisibility or total concealment does not help anymore but the CMD increases by 2. I will just assume Cat pinned with your roll as Cat also has +5 for controlling the grapple.
Cat can truly incapacitate the Shae but the shadow creature tries to escape and is really successful!

All the bodies hanging from the chains are unfortunately already dead.
You search the bodies of the anchorites and see that they obviously keep mementos of those they have particularly enjoyed torturing to death.
These items are stashed in ornate bags kept with the anchorites, treated as valued trophies.
There is a robe, a ring, and a belt that seems to be magical.

The whole level is quickly explored.
To the north
Near the top of the chains a massive platform juts from the wall, filling the center of the chain-filled shaft. The platform has a walkway along its outer edge and a hole in the center, both allowing chains to stretch up past it to the ceiling fifty feet above.
To the west
This large chamber—roughly thirty feet by thirty-five feet—is accessed by a long tunnel at one end. It has four wide alcoves containing tables that appear to have been used for cruel experiments and torture. Each is surrounded by a variety of surgical implements, while straps, hooks, and chains on the surfaces have clearly been used to restrain subjects during procedures. A pale, gray body lays on one of the tables, its skin flayed from its body.

Betty helps with the quick search of the area. Once that search is done, she shakes her head and says “Bet’cha there’s more secrit doors an such. Not sure where it would be though...”
She decides to try searching the chamber that doesn’t have a flayed body in it.

Fifi steps forward, checking to see if anyone's severely hurt. As she sees the small tiger's wound, she bends down and taps her healing wand along the lascerations, muttering-"I'm sorry, litle buddy. Almost hit you with my fire. I'm glad your reflexes are extraordinary."

At the signs of activity downstairs, she says-"Those poor people! We need to help them!"-referring to the previously-chained-up prisoners. She gets ready to slide down the chains, firefighter style, but waits for confirmation from the group.

However, she pauses and smiles, as if hearing a whisper inside her head-"Very well, my beacon..."-and instead reaches out towards Truddig's bow, saying-"I have a feeling you might need this!"-the energy coating the wood and making the bow glow orange.
