"These public restrooms seem to be for the use of visiting
clientele. Several stalls are here and a huge cesspool below
collects the offal. Mad laughter echoes in this cramped
stone chamber. The stench of sewage battles the cold of
the mist, but through the haze can be seen smears of blood
across the floor, walls, and ceiling, as well as the doors of
several stalls."
Once you enter the room you see a man and a snake, pouncing against you

Drogoth is shocked at the sudden attack as the man stands in front of him in the doorway. He yells out in surprise, but composes himself long enough to bring his falchion down
to hit: 1d20 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (17) + 2 + 1 = 20
damage: 2d4 + 3 + 1 ⇒ (4, 4) + 3 + 1 = 12
Leowarin |
Per previous post, I wanted to be between the 3 crates to the SW of where Fyl is now.
Hoping to avoid hitting Drogoth, Leo tries to lob a bomb over everyone and have it land behind the man who attacked his companion. While he gets it through the door, it flies too far and misses everyone.

Drogath reels back from the blow, but seeing the snake next to the man thinks of the dangers of a snake bite and adjusts his target, bringing his falchion down on the snake

Primwell Merimohr |
"Help him, love," Prim whispers in Kalak's ear as she lays her hand on the large man's shoulder and places a blessing from Shelyn on him.
Bit of Luck-You can roll a d20 twice and take the higher result.
Prim also watches intently for the next time one of their foes will attack so that she can use her goddess' blessing to keep her friends safe.
Will use adoration as an immediate action to try to prevent a foe from attacking her allies. Works like sanctuary, but against only a single attack (DC 14 will save).
Danibas |
Danibas slips around Drogath and into the room, approaching the strange man and throwing a right cross at his nose.

GM Garmon |
With the blow of Kalag Maadog fall down to the ground unconscious
When he recover from hits he breaks into sobs over the death of Sheg
(whose head sits upon the floor nearby), though he has
no recollection of ending the half-orc. Maldroog is a pudgy, bald human, who usually wears spectacles (they broke when he went mad) and so squints to see the party.
He tells you that when the mists came, just before he
blacked out, he saw Nigel carried away by a host of mad,
slavering apes and monkeys. Maldroog flees the museum
after he imparts this information to you.
Fyl Imal |
"Any idea how the monkeys knew to grab Nigel and not the others?" asks Fyl.
...
"We should check that last room; Nigel has to be there," hastens Fyl as he starts to move down the hallway.
Kalak Sunrunner |
Kalak shrugs at the man fleeing, Apparently he just needed a mind reset? Being hit in the head definitely sometimes helps when you aren't thinking right...
Good idea Fyl, Let's go find these spirit-crazed apes. the Shoanti sets off after the sorcerer.
Danibas |
Danibas watches thean run away and looks to the others, "Spirit monkies? Now that's more interesting. Let's go fight them, er, I mean save that guy."
Magellia |
"That is making an assumption that the monkeys were not also a figment of that man's tattered psyche." Magellia flatly offers as she heads towards the hall to proceed deeper into the museum.
Kalak Sunrunner |
Why would a man lie about spirit monkeys? Is that what you mean? Kalak looks genuinely confused at Magellia's comments. Nevertheless, he continues forward, hammer held in both hands, and on the verge of losing control of himself.
Danibas |
"Whatever." Danibas mutters as he walks, "Spirit monkies are more fun than the racings of a madman"
As he walks he keeps an eye out for traps.
Perception: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (17) + 7 = 24
Primwell Merimohr |
"Spirit monkeys or not, I'll see to that you come out alright, loves," Prim says, looking around to make sure nothing in their vicinity might, in fact, harm her "loves."
Perception: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (20) + 4 = 24
Leowarin |
"Based on what we've seen so far, anything is possible," Leo adds as the group continues their search for Nigel.
Perception: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (2) + 6 = 8
Danibas |
Danibas prepares to follow Kalak and Drogath into the room, as has been the standard procedure on this day.
Drogath Varyn |
Drogath looks to Fyl as he moves into position in front of the door "My friend, I like the enthusiasm but please let me be the first through. I'd hate to see the result if anything sharp pokes you on the way in, if you enter first" He moves into position and nods at Kalak. Just as last time he swings the door open and moves quickly through to allow room for his allies to squeeze in quickly behind him
Fyl Imal |
Perhaps Primwell should cast guidance on everyone before opening the door in case we have to make another round of save or suck?
"By all means. I wouldn't like the result either if I was poked by anything sharp," says Fyl lightheartedly as he steps out of the way. "Sprit monkey bites. Very nasty. Big pointy teeth," he says with a shiver.
Primwell Merimohr |
Before the group opens the door, Prim says a series of quick prayers to Shelyn and pats each of her loves on the shoulder as she does so, and finally, does the same to herself.
Guidance all around!
Magellia |
"Lets continue now."
Magellia opens the door and steps through, rapier at the ready.
Primwell Merimohr |
Prim is paying close attention as the door opens and her loves move in so that she can keep them safe.
Will use an immediate action to activate Adoration if any of her loves are attacked (DC 14 will save or the foe cannot attack).
Leowarin |
Being so far back from the door, Leo readies his short bow before the door is opened.
GM Garmon |
"A long hallway leads to this grand hall, wherein the Blakros
Museum shows off its finest collections. Mock vines cling to
the walls and hang from the fifty-foot-high domed ceiling,
and huts of grass are strewn about the open area. At the
center of this sprawling chamber, a miniature replica of a
traditional Mwangi ziggurat rises out of the mist to a height
of nearly twenty feet. At the top of the ziggurat, a rail-thin
elven gentleman is strapped to an altar, his bare chest
painted with strange sigils and monkey paw-shaped blots
of paint."
When you enter the room you see that it is covered with fog although you can see quite well, once inside you see a huge group of baboon apes and other primates which scream in a frenzy leaving their champion, a huge silver back which challenges you giving blows to his chest prepared for combat on his part you see how the idol tries to hide among the other hominids

With the powerful blow of Drogath the Idol is destroyed, suddenly the strange mist dissapears and monkeys are free from madness.
Nigel suddenly wakes up and asks you about the other Scientists in the museum and how they are,he is incredibly grateful for his rescue and gives you a rare weapon from his own personal collection to express his gratitude. The weapon is an incredibly ancient Mwangi spear that Chelish explorers found near the colony of Sargava during the reign of the
expansionist Chelish prince, Haliad I. It would be worth a great deal to the Pathfinder Society and they’d hungrily pay to include it in their collection.
Ok game is finished, make dayjob roll to complete Chronicles, First of all, I apologize for the slow pace of the posts, it seems that the pandemic is decreasing and they will have to give me the days off they owe me to edit the next game
