Tally backs up to make room for Don. With misfortune plaguing her she is not going to take a swing. Once Don moves forward and he has cover, he cast's bless on the party (cover should prevent an AoO, inot f I'm wrong, Tally will cast).
That looks like a five foot step to me, Tally. No AoO. Tally, Walhart and Donovan are blessed. Assuming Donovan will take his action at this time. If he prefers to hold longer, just say so.

Was more worried casting a spell too near something with reach. Normally that draws an AoO, but if you have cover (such as when hiding behind your friends) I don't think it does.

Unable to get into the battle, Tally pulls out a card from his deck of illusions and tosses it past the combatants (aiming south of the tree creature over the head of Don).

Makes things easier. You can remove the icons for the fallen and not keep track of HP that way instead of worrying whether some silly channeler like Tally wakes them up. I was really tempted to channel last round but it would have helped the tree. I decided to attack instead and a good thing I did.

The Lawbringer (7 temp HP, 1/day):
The frontier is a land of risk and disorder, and while people are welcome to brave those elements themselves, they all too often bring pain down upon folk who never wanted such a risk. You might serve on the town guard or as part of a detachment of soldiers supported by Vigil, or you could be simply a concerned farmer who endures when others cannot, but your purpose is to stand as a bulwark against the cruel whims of fate for anyone who needs it. You gain a +2 trait bonus on saving throws against fear effects. If you have the aura of courage class feature, the bonus provided by your aura increases by 1. Your courage is inspiring; the first time each day you are knocked unconscious or killed, all allies within 30 feet of you immediately gain a number of temporary hit points equal to your level plus your Charisma modifier, as they rally to your defense. These temporary hit points last for 1 minute.
Tally, we have normal wounds and wounds that resist magical healing. If you give me a caster level check, I can apply that to the resistant wounds. If it fails, it will be applied to the normal wounds.
Walhart chases the bird through the willow's fallen body, taking care not to trip. On the way, he picks back up his bow again. Assuming that's within reach
Considering his current opponents are birds, Walhart sheaths his sword and gets his bow ready. Which unfortunately will take up my whole turn but I am NOT dropping a weapon again
The white crow flies to the shaman.

The black crow says "Who are you and why are you here? You killed our tree and spread our bling. For this, you shall pay." on its way to Donovan who is ready for him. He bashes the black crow as it attacks.
