The team continues down this tunnel, the sound of running water fading behind them.

The route through it leads through a maze of tight passages that include steep ascents and short climbs as they wind from west to east.

At some point, the team gets through a tricky spot and, Oloch much to his surprise, sees some weird transparant 'things' down two separate pathways near him. They start moving, and headed his way!

Ayara silently gives a moment of thanks that they aren't going back to that one room of worship again. She trundles down the hallway her pack weighing heavy on her shoulders. When the blobs show up she drops her pack with a grateful thud and then plucks her longspear off of it. "I can try providing assistance from ehind whoever is in front. We should probably not advance..."

"Is everything alright up there? We are falling back? Are we there yet?" Taizen calls from the back of the line, confused as to what is happening ahead as he peers through the all the limbs of his comrades.

Knowledge (Nature: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (17) + 6 = 23 That is a lot of soft-cover between me and the enemy so I don't know if I can really get a good look yet.

He places his talons on Durm as he peeks around, blessing him with Guidance. Guidance on Durm: +1 on a check within 1 minute.

Durm gives a friendly nod to Taizen's magic and moves forward. As he reaches Oloch he sees the creatures.

"Oloch, would you have that one, i shall take care of the other one.", and he faces Red.
Evelyn, seeing it will likely be a 1 vs 1 atm, lets Oloch do his thing.

Oloch swings his weapon at the amoeba.

The agents all go wild on the critter, and the killer is to be determined.

The one certainty is that weapons are dirty, and the path further down clear.

The path leads you on, and eventually, the sound of birds faintly reach your ears, and daylight comes from some 100 feet ahead. The exit!!

Your tunnel exits a bit away from where you had entered, and you find Janira sitting writing in her journal. As you come near she looks up,

"Oh! Where did you come from? I had expected you to come back from the entrance."

He starts to show her his drawings thus far, "The gillman is nice but he can't understand me...shame because I would love to learn more about what he is doing in there. Do we have time to head back in or are more of the massive axe-toting monsters lurking about?" he asks the halfling.

"Are we really going to go back through that room of worship? Ugh fine. I guess we are... but I'm leaving the bag here seeming as this is the only place this thing exits from!" She heaves her back onto the ground and then stands up straight her back popping as she does. She takes only her longspear and the clothing and armor she wears all the time. "Well, if I don't have to carry that thing, I might be able to stand the indignant irony of the worship room."

And so the group re-enters the cavern, ending up again at the central chamber, where Uori still sits in silent prayer and meditation.

Right now the team picks the remaining unexplored tunnel.

The cave’s damp air becomes increasingly stale as you continue down through this tunnel, and the stench of decay grows increasingly evident.
The passage turns to the east and opens into a small cavern littered with bits of broken glass, rotting pieces of paper, and other unusable detritus. The body of a male humanoid lies face down toward the back of the cavern.

Also within this cavern, now turning their heads towards Oloch, are four undead creatures. Two are half decayed gillmen, and two others are but walking skeletons.

Feeling claustrophobic in the tunnels, Taizen chooses to wait for Oloch and the others to make their move.

These are something Durm feels better about facing than large ooze things. Squeezing past the others, he makes his way in and strikes out at the blueish one. Unfortunately, he slips on a bit of slime, and misses.

Desna must be smiling on Carlin that moment, as she managed to hit a nearly unseeable foe with acid.
Hefty penalties there, it's just barely visible to you.
The others quickly fan out, picking out their own targets as they enter the small area. Though initial attempts weren't as effective, almost as if Carlin's great luck put a portion of misfortune on those attacks.

Oh for the love of...Carlin says, not finishing her thought as she darts forward and tries to avoid the claws of the zombie and stands beside Durm.

Carlin darts past Oloch and yellow, which swings its fetid arm as she goes.

Even though Carlin's maneuver isn't quick enough to avoid a reaction, the zombie's reaction itself is poor, and she disrupts the necromantic energies animating it with a well aimed disrupt undead spell.

The fiend stands behind rock, thus Carlin moved around. All her allies in the way, makes for a less than accurate aim.

With one enemy left, i'll just call it quits. I don't think you'll mind.

Mugami and the zombie both miss attacks they make, but Oloch cuts off this zombie's head as well, ending the final threat the pathfinders faced within these caverns.

As far as loot is concerned, you find among the fallen bodies, a note
written that details plans to start an army of undead made from the “fish people” who have been frequenting this cave.

Of course, that career entitles you risking your very lives, whereas the higher ups sit comfortably in their sofas, nipping wine near the fireplace.
