Non-lethal is tracked by the NL# by my HP, since they are technically tracked differently.
"We splat, we move on." Kip says before doing just that. If Kip splats the first spider he will step left on the map towards the next one, biting that one if the hammer kills the first one.
hammer: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 3 = 11

bit of a big if on that

Shooting or Throwing into a Melee: If you shoot or throw a ranged weapon at a target engaged in melee with a friendly character, you take a –4 penalty on your attack roll. Two characters are engaged in melee if they are enemies of each other and either threatens the other.
The difference of 4 would still constitute a miss in this case, as a flat-footed touch AC is scarcely below 10, oozes perhaps being one of the rare but specific exceptions.

Vulpina feels the bite of the spider leave a light mark on her, but she fends off from the poison.
Andreas and Seren are up!
Seren Elberion
"Andreas, let me get in there."
I need Andreas to move so all of this is assuming that Andreas will vacate the square he is currently in.
Seren, hearing the commotion but unable to see down the stairs, pulls a sunrod from her pack move action and strikes the tip against her starknife standard action to activate it. Then assuming Andreas moves she steps down the stairs 5ft step, throwing light into the chamber.
It sheds normal light in a 30ft radius so the whole boat will be lit.
Andreas Isidore
Seren quickly shoves all but the crossbow in her bag and follows the group, ”Hey, can anyone use this wand? It does a magic acid splash.”
"I can use it, of course."
Now
"Spiders. Why doesn'the maintain his things?"
Not willing to move into danger, Andreas will back out of the hold, allowing Seren to move in. If he can see the orange spider, he will use a ray of frost on it.

The last of the spiders gets crushed by the combined strength of the adventurers, and Seren shakes off the ill effects of any poison. There appears to be little else down here in this boat's hull.

Seren points out the tracks to her companions.
Lady Vulpina Korada
Vulpina's eyes light up as Seren rolls way better than anyone else.
"Ah, excellent. My mood is much improved. Seren, was it? You have been nothing but a joy," she chimes, striding purposefully toward the door, sheathing her blade, and using the now-free hand to--
Wait.
She stops herself from touching the door at the last moment.
"What are the odds that this is trapped?"

"A door? We know what to do with doors," Kip says after picking the spider legs off his hammer. He then walks over to the wall where Vulpina was checking for traps and kicks the wall as if to kick open a door.
Kip didn't see where the door is so he may just be putting a hole in an old boat.
GM Worg
|
Slamming her hands around the door, Vulpina finally manages to find the way to crack it open. Daylight now floods the boat hull, as you find yourselves on a lower dock.
A narrow space exists under the fishery, with about three feet of room between the floor of the eastern side of the building and the languid, foamy river water below. Wooden pilings support the building, and thick mats of moss and cobwebs hang from ropes and rusted chains between them. A wooden walkway floats on the river’s surface, winding along the inner wall of pilings that supports the building’s frame above. The walkway leads from the sodden ship to the east all the way west to a small two-and-a-half-foot-square door that leads into an understructure below the fishery’s land-bound half.
The pilings below this understructure are densely arrayed, leaving only narrow gaps into the water below that area.
Lady Vulpina Korada
"Anyone else growing lightheaded? I keep holding my breath as we open doors, and there has been an awful lot of that of late."
"Anyway; onward, then!"
She sets off across the walkway.

"What the door was over there? I thought it was here," Kip yanks his foot back into the boat and fallows vulpina out the door and onto the bridge/docks.

He follows the team in.

The adventurers make their way across the pier, when Andreas notices a lurking threat below. A shark of immense size swims back around the pier and seems to hungrily gaze upwards at you all once or twice as it pauses its swimming. So far, however, it seems to continue its patrol.
The door to the inside of the pier is locked, but fiddling through the collection of keys reveals the brass key is able to solve that issue. Now is a different problem, however, as it seems the doorway is so tight that if anyone needed to get through in a pinch it would take extra effort.
Medium creatures trying to get through the door need to use a Move Action, or make an Escape Artist DC20 check to pass.
The air in this large room is chilly and stinks of the river, thanks to a huge opening in the floor that drops away to the river shore three feet below. Several pilings emerge from the waters to support the roof eight feet above the floor, with mossy ropes slung between them. In two places, rusty manacles hang from the ropes over the water. Two five-foot-wide walkways cross the hole to the other side of the chamber, where a collection of old cabinets, lockboxes, and piles of clutter are strewn about. Chipped porcelain plates, a cracked goblet, badly rusted silverware, an old wooden shield with a crossbow bolt embedded in it, the odd dinged helm, and other “treasures” litter the floor of this side of the chamber. Three tables heaped with clutter stand amid this mess. In the southwest corner, a wooden door provides access to a walled-off section.
A old jaundiced man, who resembles a corpse, stares up at you with yellow eyes. To his left is an alligator with a nasty slab of meat stuck in its jaws. "So, the little drugged up pet wanders into my home. Shame, I didn't get you enough to put you down for good. Well, you miserable flea-bitten freak, how bout another fixing?" He smiles a wicked and partially toothless grin. He then raises a hand crossbow and aims it at Kipp.
