It takes you about four hours but you uncover that Bort visited Etran’s Folly at least 22 times in the past decade, and about five years ago the merchant started making deliveries labeled “reagents” to someone referred to only as “H,” receiving rather large sums of gold in exchange. These deliveries are numbered, starting with 1 and ending with delivery number 14, which occurred the day the caravan arrived in town.
It's a start, but where to do from here?

still here! You have the start of a name, but not much else...
Kosh Bracken

We should go see Bort, or ask around the town who has the nickname H. What do you all think?
”I fink Bort’s not feelin’ chatty these days”, Kosh replies.
He nods toward Kalil. ”He’s got the right of it”, he adds.

Kosh exits the wagon, and heads over to where the rest of the traders are.
” ‘Ere now”, he barks. ”We seen ‘at Bort was bringin’...wossat, ‘reagents’?...to someone in town he called ‘H’ a buncha times. The last one was when we got ‘ere. Any of you lot know anyfing about it?”

Tamli listens to your question, but looks like she doesn't have an answer. I don't know. Not sure how it could be. We ran with him, but he might have snuck off on his own.

Looking to the group, you decide to head to the feedmill. After the events of the previous night, the common room was tidied up a bit, but the kitchen is in complete disarray. You hear Delma in the kitchen. You know you can search in the:

Cellar
The Grounds around the place

Delma - in the kitchen
Where do you want to search or talk to people?

Delma greets Mordack, Good to see you, even in bad times. Happy to serve you some food. Here she hands you a bowl of stew. I've been meaning to talk to you. Im happy for you and your friends to stay at the Feedmill, but you will have to pay for room and board at a greatly reduced rate of only 2 sp per day if they assist me with a few chores around the shop and town. In particular, I need some help with her aging father Targen, the mayor of Etran’s Folly. What do you say?
Outside Kalil doesn't see much, but Kosh roll a perception as well.

Kosh looks around and... doesn't see much. It looks like it's just a nice outside space. Want to check out somewhere else?
Delma looks down at the little golbin, Oh no silly, I just need a few choirs. Would you help? I have some food I need brought out to him.

Checking the food Mordack, you don't see any poison. Looks safe! Delma prepares a small bundle of food, wraps it in a small cloth, and hands it to you. Here you go deary! Please bring this to him today. He's next door and will most likely want to take a walk. Just walk with him and keep him safe. Shouldn't be to hard at all.
Looking around Kosh, it's just a nice dining room. It's been cleaned up a bit from the chaos of last night, but overall, you feel like this place would be a nice place to eat, aside from the person who died here less than a day ago.
Side note. Looks like we lost one. Should I recruit more?

In the cellar, it's quite as a tomb which it has been modified into. Down in the cellar, alongside a number of large casks of ale and a few old, dusty bottles of wine, is the body of Bort Bargith. His flesh has turned an odd blue color in death, and you get the faintest impression of a floral odor from the body. There is nothing else here to be learned that could not be uncovered when he was dying.
Next door, you knock and out sets a man who looks over you from a modified wheelchair/cart, literally, as he stammers out, Hello? Who's there? I can't see you before looking down and saying Well hello there young fella. You ok? You look a little green. Not waiting for an answer, he says, Oh! You have lunch! come in come in. Once I finish eating, we can go for my walk. I need to see how the town is doing. Would you help and walk with me? he gestures in as he wheels himself toward his table. You know you will be pushing.
Want to go for a walk with the old timer around town and meet people? Who's up for seeing the town?
Kosh Bracken

Kosh rendezvous with the rest of the group to share what he learned, and gets swept up in the tour. ”Sure, why not?”, he says. ”Might as well get the lay”

Targen points at the feedmill and starts to talk as you walk with him. Targen is proud to talk about the Feedmill, the town’s only major business. Targen opened the Feedmill more than 50 years ago, before the Goblinblood Wars. His brother died in that conflict, along with
much of Targen’s extended family. The town itself avoided the worst of the conflict, which occurred primarily to the west. Targen gives them a wary glance to Mordack, and then points to the Plaguestone.
The path next leads to the plaguestone, which was used to give food and aid to those suffering from the plague. Targen tells you the plague that came to Etran’s Folly. Everyone suspected a local witch named Silwyth of starting the plague, and after Silwyth caught it herself, she cursed the town’s only priest before she died. Soon after, Father Bolgrist contracted the plague and died. The witch had a daughter named Vilree who stuck around her mother’s home for a few years, then probably died or ran off. It's sad.
He then points at the dead homes as you walk toward them. Targen guides you through the north side of town where most of the plague victims lived. Most of their homes are empty and in a terrible state of disrepair. Only the very poor or desperate call this part of town home. Targen notes Anyone with coin lives on the south side of town. Ok, time for the Drunk Shepard's Path.
Leaving the north side of town, Targen talks you along the old shepherd’s path that wanders through the turnip farms around town. He mentions The pastures were once sheep pastures, but the last large flock left town years ago. Ok, let's go to the old shrine.
The path leads to an old shrine in the middle of an ancient copse of oak trees. Targen says [b]The shrine is currently dedicated to Gozreh, it has served other purposes. Druids used to gather
at the shrine long ago. Since Father Bolgrist’s death, nobody worships
here anymore.[b] As you get close, you hear the buzzing as two hungry bloodseekers begin to fly off the shrine!

Kosh quickly attacks the monster and its drops to the ground. Targen looks over the battle and laughs. Huh, that was quick work! We'll this place isn't safe. Let's get out of here! On the way back
home, the path leads past Etran’s Hill. Looming to the town’s southeast,
this hill. Targen begins to speak as you go past this place, This was the site of the first home built in the area. Etran spent his fortune founding the town, only to die in a fire that consumed him and his family because the house was too far away from the well and the river. This is how Etran’s Folly got its name. So... there's a lesson in that! Ok, this has taken long enough and I'm late for dinner. Let's go back to the Feedmill.
The path leads back to the Feedmill. Targen nods off and naps for the last leg of the journey, and upon arriving home. Delma greats you at the door with packed lunches for you and here father. She helps him get back into his house.
With the tour of the town down, what do you want to do next? It's mid afternoon, so it's all up to you.

Kosh gives Delma and Tergen a nod. ”Fanks for the tour, an’ the chow”, he says.
Turning to Mordack, he adds, ”Roight, who’s next? Maybe this ‘Sir Krent’? Sounds like ‘e’s got gold to burn on alchemy whatnots”
fine_young_misanthrope

You quickly head to see Sir Krent. Sir Lawren Krent can be found most days sleeping in an abandoned home or a drainage ditch. He smells quite bad by morning, but most days, he dumps a bucket of water or two over himself to preserve what shreds of dignity he has left.
Finding the smelly old knight, he constantly looks around and says, I didn't see anything! I got the heck out of the bass as soon as the fight started.
He then lets out an IMPRESSIVE burp that echos and smells like the inside of a empty tankard. He then looks over his shoulder and says, Do you think I'm next?
Any questions for the old drunk?
fine_young_misanthrope

The drunk freaks out looking at the massive Orc in front of him. Hell if I know, but I an't gonna be it! **HICK**
The drunk turns toward the small goblin, Why would it hurt me? I've been drinking all my life. he then collapses to the cobbles and starts giggling to a little song.
You can tell this is a waste of time, but at least it didn't talk long.

We should visit the farmer next.

You head off to the farmer. Farmer Eallom can be found in his fields. As you approach he looks up from his toil and says, What do you want? He doesn't seem friendly, but hes not threatening you. His farm is on the north side of town and is easily mistaken for being abandoned, as it isn’t in good repair.
