Zaarah has pity. She hates to tear families apart.

”Yeah, I think we should drink tea together and then these men should be allowed to leave. I mean they are not Aspis and have children and we already killed all the Aspis guards and have the other lunatic staying behind. Maybe he could be handed over to the grippli tribe!“

Since it appears that three of you are leaning towards leniency, I'll run with the rule of first to three...

Although Kiboko and Rudzik have their reservations, you decide to intervene in the prospectors' behalf...

The gripplis confer for a moment before Mother Bogwynne speaks on their behalf. "While we don't necessarily agree, the Pathfinders have done well by us of late...so we will, reluctantly, agree, and set these prospectors free..."

Her eyes then narrow and flash anger as she addresses those of the Vanji Guild directly. "Be aware however, not to read any weakness in our mercy...if we find any of you here again, or in other sites protected by us, you will be condemned to death. Do I make myself clear?"

Just Joh nods fervently and bows. "Yes, mistress, it will be as you say. I swear that I will report both the gripplis’ mercy and the Society’s assistance to his superiors in the Vanji Prospector’s Guild.
I further promise to ensure that neither he nor any other member of the Vanji Prospector’s Guild will bother the grippli tribes around Kaddodi again."
He bows again and then he and his companions leave the temple and head back to Bloodcove...

That being taken care of, Purpurrup steps up to speak. "We thank you for your assistance in keeping Parveen imprisoned. We give you these for the battle that we know lies ahead."

Led by Purpurrup, the gripplis provide four potions of cure serious wounds to you...

The gripplis then form a defensive perimeter around the temple. The majority of the gripplis investigate the damage done by the Aspis Consortium’s operation and begin efforts to salvage what wards and ritual seals they can. Six grippli fiend-keepers will accompany you further into the temple to make sure that Parveen does not escape.

You trek back up to the entry room and then down the stairs to the east...

It's dark so, from here on out, those without darkvision will need a light source

This long, wide hall is littered with thousands of smashed and broken relics, idols, icons, and statuary of all kinds. An enormous door, slightly ajar, sits at the end of the hall. Much of this chamber is choked with rubble, which would be difficult to move across. Despite the general disarray apparent in this area, someone has cleared a path through the rubble leading to the enormous door...

As others prep in various ways, Zaarah perceives nothing significant and opens the door leading to the next area...

This room terminates in a wall of stone and iron, seemingly newer than the rest of the complex, decorated with glowing runes and symbols. A hole large enough for two humans walking side by side has been hacked through the wall with mining tools, revealing a staircase that spirals down into the darkness beneath the temple.

Purpurrup groans loudly. "The stone-and-iron wall along the south side of this room once served as one of the layered wards containing Parveen’s power. This recently torn hole through that wall has freed much of the asurendra’s power and allowed her to exercise more influence over the mortal world. This wrecked wall is now the entryway to the deepest reaches of Kaddodi’s blighted temple..."

@Kiboko: It doesn't specify the dimensions of the staircase; since the table in the entry room was cyclops sized, I'll assume the staircase is as well. And looking now at the lower level map, the stairs are 15' wide, so that is the case. Mvumbu is good on getting down the stairs without squeezing or spider climb, same with Beak and Wilk...

Purpurrup shudders as she answers Rudzik and Zaarah, shaking her head. "I doubt she is free; if she we were, we would all be dead by now...I think her prison is weakened to the point where she's been able to influence the area surrounding the temple...she's obviously influenced those looting the temple...most likely she's attempting to get them to break her free. We need to prevent that so we can repair the seals...we must hurry!"

You make your way down the staircase to the area below...

Great stone stairs reach their end well below the surface, terminating in a fifteen-foot-wide corridor whose length suggests a larger structure than what appears above the earth. The northern end of the hallway lies choked with rubble from an ancient collapse, while a large, bronze double door marks a likely entrance to the inner reaches of the lower temple.

Survival DC24:
Even though they tried to cover their tracks, you determine from the disturbance of dust on the floor that four humanoid creatures passed through the bronze doors not long ago.

Purpurrup looks to you. "Beyond the doors lies the former library I told you of...the eastern wall there was another seal but I fear it as been breached as the wall on the upper floor was. Beyond that, lies Parveen's prison..."

Zaarah opens the door and you see...

The creators of this temple built towering stone bookshelves into this chamber’s walls. Many of the shelves still stand, although some have collapsed under the weight of years. Each bookshelf is adorned with a carefully crafted frame depicting the sun, stars, and other celestial bodies. Looters have chipped away at the frame, taking what they could from those carvings. Those looters seem to have also stripped the rest of the chamber bare, as the empty shelves seem devoid of any lore that the Ghol-Gani left behind. The northern wall has partially collapsed, though in the large pile of rubble is a single hole large enough for one human-sized creature to fit through at a time. A muted purple light shines from the chamber beyond.

You can tell someone, in all likelihood the four humanoids whose tracks you found in the previous room, created a makeshift path up the rubble and dug a simple entry through a weak spot in the wall. The rubble is piled approximately 10 feet high, leading up to said hole; from the tracks, you assume they climbed up the slope and then dropped into the chamber beyond...

The hole is not big enough for Mvumbu, Beak, or Wilk to fit through at the size they are now. The rubble pile is considered difficult terrain but no climb check is needed...

The gripplis enter and spread out into the library; Purpurrup looks to you earnestly. "We must hurry before they free her..."

Kiboko: From my reading of the spell, I can't see why it wouldn't work; it specifically mentions making a door is possible. So seems like you could widen it or even make a new hole by crafting the stone where the hole would end up. I'm good with it; just describe what you're making/doing with the stone to widen the hole...as it's a touch spell, looks like you'd need to move up the rubble to the hole to touch the stone you want to 'shape'...

The stone moves outwards, substantially widening the hole.

GM, depending on what Kiboko sees on the other side he'd like to shape the stone into a ramp on the other side. If that's too much stone though he just has it form a safe step at the top.

I'm ignorant on construction matters...but the spell says you can shape at least 10 cubic feet of stone. That would seem to me more than enough to create a crude ramp that slopes down from the hole ending 10' from it...since there's no moving parts, it auto-succeeds. Moving down it will be considered rough terrain...

You will be able to see what's going on in the prison room before you cast...so if that might change anything, let me know...

Kiboko sneaks up to the hole, wand in hand, and peers inside before casting and sees the following...

Kiboko:
The ceiling of this large chamber rises to a height of at least fifty feet, which can only be Parveen, with carvings along the sloping walls depicting a precise and detailed diagram of Golarion’s constellations in each of the four seasons. A violet light bathes the entire chamber, emanating from a ritual circle at the center of the room surrounded by rubble. A twenty-foot-tall, six-armed creature surrounded by glowing weaponry is trapped within the ritual circle, bound by chains that crackle with white lightning.

The light emanates from the ritual circle itself, which looks to have been surrounded by a stone pillar which looks to have been chipped away at. Parveen seems aware of her surroundings but cannot break free of her bonds. A circle of magical energy surrounds the bound asurendra, preventing anything from physically interacting with her. “The Consortium has done their harm, and Parveen will be free if we do not act. The fiend-keepers believe that Parveen’s wards have been interfering with their own rituals and techniques, and it may be possible for a group of fiend-keepers to keep her properly contained if we can replace the damaged wards with new totems to channel her power and disperse her will. The issue we are faced with in this solution is that it requires the efforts of fiend-keepers from several tribes and expensive components. Without some form of outside assistance, any other significant disturbance—such as another Aspis incursion—would unleash Parveen upon us all.”

Mother Bogwynne’s long tongue darts out in an anxious flicker before she continues. “We have one other option before us, and that is to strike now and kill the monster while we can. If we do this, she will not stay gone forever, though she should reincarnate as a weaker asura. Her rage will know no bounds, but her power will be diminished and we should have quite a few years to prepare for her return. As your Society has prevented her escape on more than one occasion, it falls to you to make the final determination of Parveen’s fate. What shall we do?”

Just to clarify, they are leaving this decision completely in your hands...killing her is automatic with no chance of retaliation, kinda like a coup...

Rudzik whistles softly as he slips off Wilk's back. "That's a bit o' a 'bird in th' hand, two in th' bush' question, ain't it." He frowns. "Killin' seems like th' safest solution, or this'll jus' keep on 'appenin' 'till she bursts loose. O' course, even if'n she's weakened, we can't let 'er 'arm any innocent folks living 'round these parts." He spits. "Don't suppose you'd know where'n she might respawn?"
