After a year of gaming my group completed the adventure Path last night.
We had no Character deaths in our Party,
Maximus the Magus became head of the Guard. Both parts of he Guard
were folded into one body. With Max as its Leader.
Jared the Mighty [Wizard extraordinaire Both are linked togerth] was appointed Mayor by General Borne.
Morgryn Rufano Inquisitor/Hellknight of Asmodeus became Paralictor
of Westcrown of the Combined orders of the Wrack and Scorge.

Khazrae Kuelata the erinyes Fully restored to her full power and station in hell through the actions of Morgrym.
Jezeltrix who was fully restord by the actions of Jared the Mighty

I salute your group. My group just finished Sixfold and everyone died except for me (the fighter) at least once in that module. I haven't looked through the module as written to see if our GM ramped up the difficulty but between all of the status effects flying around, the rune curse actually coming into effect etc, it was brutal.
Our original party was a sorcerer, cleric of Sheyln, urban ranger and myself (tiefling 2 handed fighter). Sorc died at shadows, made an oracle, Cleric died fighting a large fire elemental. He made a monk, almost died again in the room with the fetid water elemental.
The urban ranger had the haversack when the runecurse kicked off and the Bone Devil showed up, one rounded him and took his body (he was really weakened by the curse and some other status effects/ ability drains from disease)

Our group managed to make it through with only one fatality--a guest player who made a skill-monkey but combat-lite Bard who was killed by being hit by three vampires by surprise when his level was lower than 7 (instant death).
In the end, we had--
Elysiel, NG Erinyes-Blooded Tiefling Summoner 13, AKA Angelica "Angel" Halina Alliandre Human Summoner 13, invented identity and celebrity superstar--After making a 56 Disguise without using any magics that could be pierced via True Seeing, she convinced both Abrogail Thrune and her Pit Fiend advisor that she was human, and she was appointed mayor.
Carl the Cobbler, CN Redcap-Blooded Sorcerer 12--Was forced to leave Westcrown due to an infernal contract he signed to save his mother's soul from the Council. He moved to Absalom, joined the Pathfinder Society, and is planning a renaissance of the Puddles District.
Codename: Redblack (we still don't know his real name) Ultra-paranoid Galtan spy and security expert Rogue 13--Stayed on with the 'Blades of Aroden' (our Children of Westcrown), now a legitimate branch of the Dottari.
Laeniaxis and Crunkfrey, Succubus-Blooded and Half-Orc Paladins of Shelyn--Continued being paladins in service to the church of Shelyn in Westcrown
Notable NPCs:
Tarvi Cemaine was made Angel's majordomo.
Arael was a shameful racist who caused Elysiel to switch her deity from Iomedae to Shelyn because she was so upset that Iomedae would pick someone like that as a priest.
The other Blades of Aroden continued as Dottari mostly.
Calseinica Nymmis fell for Laeni, who had played Larazod in the Sixfold Trial, but the female Paladin doesn't really do those kind of relationships.
Sian the Shadowdancer was given a head start to escape the city before the Council could kill her for her failure.
Angel used Zovarue's wand to restore the soulbound dolls after freeing Bizby's soul, and they are close friends--her favorite is Draggy since she wound up reading the dragon nursemaid book.
Zovarue the medusa herself was given therapy diplomacied by the Shelynites into visiting the Temple of Shelyn, where she eventually converted to Shelyn and changed her alignment to LN. She is possibly on her way to good, even. She now is an advisor to the mayor on the construction of laws.
Signatory Vaccha the Kolyarut Inevitable lacked any sability to contact his superiors or Plane Shift to go home to Axis. We offered to send him home, but he insisted on buying the spell at exact market price. However, he had no money, so we set him up as a secretary working for Countess Martis (who was trying to help with her lazy ass of a husband's unfinished paperwork but couldn't handle it). He occasionally pretended to be a vulnerable young girl with a parasol using his disguise abilities in order to help patrol the streets in Part 6.
The Mother of Fiies escaped when it became clear that we would come after her after the Council was dealt with (the Paladins wouldn't lie to her, but they agreed to a temporary truce, during which she packed up shop).
Zevranxis the Doppelganger was Helm of Opposite Alignmented by Carl because he liked her for some reason. The GM had her alignment as NE what with the torture and madness-inducing (despite her N alignment in the AP), so this made her NG. She converted to Shelyn and helped the PCs do tricks like having Angel in two places at once. This caused Redblack to tear his hair out because of the potential security risk.
Chammady Drovenge escaped the country before the government could find her and pin the blame on her for public execution. She is probably using her remaining money to hide in a place too dangerous and politically powerful for Cheliax to risk angering it by sending troops after her.

After 2 years of gaming we finally finished it! We unfortunately had one casualty at the hands of Melavengian. R.I.P. Curu Finn, bad ass Cleric of Gorum. Your under constant gentle repose in case martyrdom isn't what your looking for ;)

After 17 or 18 month my group finished the Council of Thieves yesterday!
We had a lot of fun with it. I merged the "Price of Immortality" Triology into the campaign, which resulted in one or two "strange" situations which didn't fit into the whole story, but these were only one or two more situations, which were strange about this AP. ;o)
The party started as follows:
Flink (Human Rogue)
Noorah (Half-Elf Ranger)
Desmodena (Human Fighter)
Jeren (Human Cleric of Iomedae)
Unfortunatly Brother Jeren were slain in the Crypt of the Everflame (first Adventure). He was replaced by Meviss Decabros, a Human Sorcerer from the infernal bloodline.
All my players stayed true to their first role pick (and didn't multiclassed) with the exception of Meviss, which took one level as a Cleric of Iomedae at 2nd level (he has already become used to the all the channeling and some healing... ans also with Arael he had a good teacher and mentor).
We had only two PC deaths in the whole campaign:
Jeren (slain by Ansgar, the Skeletal Champion in the crypt of the Everflame)
Flink (slain by the Kalikang in Walcourt)
In the end, the party convinced Chammady to join side with them and together they fought Eccardian with his Devil "Sidekick". In that battle Chammady were almost slain (twice!) by her brother, but the party managed it to rescue her. After the battle, Admiral Vaughn decided, that Westcrown should be able to hold elections for a new mayor. Even if Flink stated, that Meviss should be the new mayor, the sorcerer declined and now elections are held. The two candidates are the heads of House Mhartis and House Cuicci, which finally settled their twists.
As I said, we had a lot of fun, but now are all looking forward to "Kingmaker"!
