"Thanks." Dahros groans, getting to his feet again, shaking off the ringing in his ears and grabbing a hold of his warhammer as he swings at the orc.

Several of the group try and heal Dahros, getting the fighter conscious and ready to attack again, while flinging missiles and spells at the ooze and orc. Both are hit, but neither too severely. The Alchemist threw another vial of frost at d'Log, which fell short, splashing the goblin and Dahros with a bit. The blood ooze seemed to contract shraply and tiny wounds opened in d'Log's and Dahros' skin, with droplets of blood flying into the ooze, which flushed the color of fresh blood.

Fire and slingstones fly through the air as everyone tried to hit the ooze and orc. The orc was hit in the forehead, nearly stunning him. The ooze was burnt and splashed with acid, and took a slingstone hit, but seemed to be continuing strong. As Skittles had noticed, it seemd to regenerate from the blood of nearby creatures. Dahros stood, still bleeding from one of his slashes, but the blood stopped after only a moment. He grabbed his fallen hammer, the slammed it into the ooze, sending clots of blood splattering in all directions.
The orc stepped back from d'Log, sending another pair of flasks splashing onto the goblin. The goblin's skin burned, then froze as the frigid liquid doused him again. The ooze moved towards Dahros, slapping out with a pair of bloody pseudopods, and knocking the warrior to the ground agian. Some of the blood on the ground where Dahros lay was sucked into the ooze.

"I can't stop it! It's a mindless mass of blood and hunger you dithering idiot!", the orc shouted at d'Log, then screamed as the rogue stabbed him anyways. Then he ducked a set of sling stones from Ykka and Rick.
Dahros awoke with a massive headache as he was brought back from the brink of death for the second time in a few moments. Hearing the others shouting at him, he stood and bolted for the door where the others were waiting.
A nasty slurping noise heralded the ooze's charge as it flumphed towards the group in the doorway.
The orc took advantage of the distraction to pull a fist-size bag from his pocket and slap it onto d'Log's legs. Tendrils of a gluey substance shot everywhere before hardening, tangling the goblin's legs together. The alchemist then rose and hit a spot on the wall, swinging open a hidden door before sprinting out of the room.

d'Log is entangled (-15 ft speed) for 1 minute. You can remove the conditions by making a DC19 Escape action, or by using 3 interact actions to scrape off the glue.

"Ugh, Careful d'Log! Don't get cut off!!!" Skittles shouts as she pulls out the newly found frost vial from the previous room.
"Lets see how you like your own creations" as she tosses it in the air at the creature, then retreats back out the door behind Dahros.

The alchemical bombs definitely have an effect on the ooze. Bubbling with acid adn burnt black by fire, teh creature continued to blurp its way towards you at a slow pace. Dahros fired off a pair of arrows. The first one disappeared into the blobby mess, which sealed up behind it, but the second one was too much for the ooze's regenerative powers and a gout of blood splattered the floor from a tear in its external membranes. Ykka's small stone, however, bounced off the thing's resilient hide.
The blood ooze continued to splurt its way forward in pursuit, and on the other side of the room, d'Log heard the Alchemist's footsteps getting fainter with distance.

Everyone backed away, with Dahros firing arrows as he went. The blood ooze grew noticeably smaller in size as it was injured. Flaming missiles joined the arrows, and the creature was definitely looking pretty poorly as it squelched forward to strike at Rick. The gnome tripped as he backed away, saving him from a swinging pseudopod.
At the tunnel, d'Log could no longer hear the sounds of the escaping Alchemist as he trapped the way behind him.

The orc's chambers were a wealth of information, though it took a couple of hours to go through it all. Most of the texts are written in orcish, and they describe the orc's - who referred to himself as the Sculptor - experiments that he was undertaking on behalf of someone known as Vilree. The Sculptor's goal was to derive permanent mutations on natural creatures that were stable and repeatable. While many of the experiments were unsuccessful, there were quite a few successes, which the orc then sent on to Vilree. The one thing that was constant, however, is that none of the sucess stories were particularly biddable. The mutagens that transformed them, also made them more bestial and unreliable.
About two months ago, something changed, and Vilree stopped asking the Sculptor to experiment on beasts. One of the most recent notes said
“The coagulant thing is finally taking shape. It might not be what she asked for, but she is sure to be impressed! When it is ready, I will take it to Spite’s Cradle and show it to the mistress myself.”
There was another passage that stood out, from 3 years prior. Vilree commanded the orcs to capture a human. This person was placed in a covered pit in the woods and exposed to something that the Sculptor refers to as the viridian vapor. The last note on this experiment reads,
“The human died in agony in less than a day. We burned his body and filled in the pit as instructed.”
