I have two possible characters for this mission, so before filling out the form I thought I would get some input from the rest of the group as to which to bring.
Dr. Mech Coy is my 3rd level SRO Spacefarer Envoy with Medicine as an expertise skill. They also have Profession (Doctor). It is a little bit different than many Envoy builds and you should put them in Engineering or Gunnery instead of the Captain’s chair for starship combat. This is not a super face-skills Envoy. They are part of the Manifold Host sub-faction.
Febe is my 3rd level Android Ace Pilot Mystic (Star Shaman). Their main skills are Piloting and Mysticism. Wayfinder faction all the way!
Unfortunately I haven’t played either of these in PbP yet, so I don’t have complete profiles built yet.

I'll be playing a 1st level elven envoy so he can be the face character and man the captain's chair if we get into starship combat. His skill expertise is in intimidation. Since we will probably be playing tier 3-4 he will be in the rear with the gear during combat.

"I am Zargothrax McDonald! What can I bring to the party? Well... if you want someone that can electrimacute a bug with a snap of mah fingers, then that sounds like a job for..."
With a flourish, Zargothrax retrieves a tattered beach towel covered with a moon and star pattern, and clips it to his armor's shoulder straps with a pair of binder clips. Then, from out of his backpack hovers a paper party hat with similar stellar decorations. As he waggles his fingers, it slowly floats down to his head. He attaches it 'securely' with the elastic strap and strikes a pose.

Cavaler Traleth never met a hand he wouldn't shake. The politican from Castrovel now makes the government halls of Absalom station his home. On this day he finds himself busily sorting through policy briefs and meeting transcripts at his desk in his office high above the streets of the station. A muted ring from his jacket pocket prompts him to retrieve his comm unit. What, the Exo Guardians again! Report to the Lorespire Complex. I swear if the Guardians' lobby wasn't so powerful I'd never spend my time pandering to those tree hugging aliens every need. Engaging the intercom system on his desk Cavaler says in an annoyed tone of voice, "Laurana, cancel my afternoon meetings and reschedule my dinner with the representative from Abadar Corp., oh and inform my house staff that I will be forwarding them a list of items to pack in my luggage as I will be traveling on short notice." Reaching under his desk he presses a concealed button and the cabinet behind him slides away to reveal a weapons locker. From inside the locker he removes a slim, but finely crafted laser rifle of elven manufacture. One day I won't need the Starfinder society to increase my profile with voters and when that day comes I'll see to it they cease to exist...

Who are you, and what do you have to offer the party?
"My name is D'vost<click> as you can see I am a Shirren hence I have a strong <click> accent. My mandibles <click> doesn't serve well in pronouncing other languages. I am a soldier <click> fighting and catching criminals for bounty <click>. If no other job is available I track animals.<click>"
D'vost is rather tall shirren with green pants with side pockets and a leather jacket that has a number of punk bands emblems. Asked about the jacket he states:
"Once I was tracking a low-life in the docks he wore it but didn't need it after getting caught."
Those emblems were the beginning of D'vost journey into punk and rock music fascination. When you see him listening you may notice that he is more into low tones and rhythm than anything else.

D'vost never met Ziggy in person, yet he works for Exo-guardians, so he has high hopes.

I am, yet I can post in a certain window of time: a window of 6 hour. So it might result in 1 post a day if the action happens in a different time zone.

With D'vost I only played 1-03 Yesteryear's Truth and I am finishing 1-02 Fugitive of a red planet (the bad guy was defeated, now we are wrapping the story).

Two more things, GM Hmm you asked if we played before and I said no. Which is mostly true. I played a game GM'ed by GM SFS who said that he would run the scenario in a GM Hmm style ;) So now I will be able to compare the original to an interpretation.
With regards to D'vost I struggle with finding this PC style. I am not sure what should be his 'thing' if you know what I mean.
Bret said that he was struggling with the same thing. One thing that I hope that will happen in my games is that I give you the space to discover who your characters are. I am curious what GM SFS meant by running in my style, but I also hope that the 'original' compares well to the interpretation.

Who are you, and what do you have to offer the party?
I am Dr. Mech Coy, a fully trained doctor of medicine. I am a skilled healer, able to treat organics and constructs. In addition to that, I have basic piloting training.
What have been your most memorable moments so far with Zigvigix?
The only interaction I have had with him so far is helping clear a new base within Absalom Station. He did introduce me to some music.

Commencement.
I temporarily confounded Guidance when it requested a DNA sample. As any doctor could tell you, I do not have DNA. Once we got past that, things went about as smoothly as I’ve come to expect on a mission.
Did you participate in SFS 1-99, the Scoured Stars Invasion? What's one memorable mission that you did with your team while there?
I helped treat some of the people who were rescued in that event. There were a number of survivors that needed medical treatment and I was one of the people on the medical ships that took in the survivors.

What that the first special that was ran or the last special that was ran in season 1? I remember a starship combat, a good starship combat and the DM used x-wings as icons and imperial Starships as icons for a StarWarf fell.

What's been your favorite SFS Adventure with this character, and why? 1-12, Ashes of Discovery, cause it can change every time I play it, and cause I get a boon where I can borrow equipment, so I don't have to buy stuff till later levels, where I can save my credits and not waste it on low level armor.

Who are you, and what do you have to offer the party? The reticent android stares back and waits to see if an answer will truly be required. When you don't relent, he notice a tenseness come across his face, as he seemingly steels himself to comply. It's an expression not often seen in an android. Corporations and governments control information to control us. It limits the experiences of our lives so that they may retain control. I deal in information, in particular freeing it. So, I've joined Dataphiles to do this work. I move in the shadows, I traverse systems. The holosphere is vast and infinite
He's not so bad once you get to know him, he's just a bit self-serious at first :)
What have been your most memorable moments so far with Zigvigix? He ponders for a moment, seeming to retrieve memories of this "Zigvigix." A shirren. Not the most focused society contact I've interacted with. They seemed more concerned with us retrieving a pop music album for them. We were trying to help secure a new headquarters on Absalom Statoin and that is what is on their mind... He trails off, indicating that the requisite analysis is complete.

Are you comfortable with a 2 post a day pace? Typically that's difficult for me. I tend towards more than one a day on average (say, 3 per 2 days, 4-5 per 3 days, etc.) I will strive to speed it up.
What's been your favorite SFS Adventure with this character, and why? The Solar Sortie, for the variety of other colorful characters in the party. It was more that and I think it could have been any scenario.

I guess I forgot to say in my last post I can bot other players if need be and I will let you know if I get busy. Let me add I'm looking forward to playing this character. All my other character have been typical hero types, but this one is not. He's got some secrets and ulterior motives that make him not your typical Starfinder agent.

Yes, my Mythweavers character sheet is allegedly current. I say allegedly because I updated it to match my paper sheet just before starting this and have been known to miss stuff. That being said, yes, Zargothrax is not a very observant Vesk. +0 is in fact accurate, and in fact generous given his personality.

With regards to taking 20 or even 10. I personally don't like those it removes the random factor from the game entirely.
As we established that. Can I treat Hurondo as my mark, effectively reducing DC of recall knowledge about the mark by 5? I know that recall knowledge is about Respite, but my understanding would be that it still applies.

Yes, you totally can treat him as your mark. This will easily apply in a missing person's case!
As for taking 10, I totally allow that pretty much anytime you're not in combat. It's a different thing in my head than taking 20.

In all likelihood there will be a two day hiatus on Wednesday and Thursday. Wednesday will be crazy for me and Thursday won't be much better, though I might get a post or two in. Feel free to take this time to exchange information with each other in character, and socialize.
Out of character, if you all want to start heading into the Respite Center, that will make it easier for me to post, since I'll have less groups to keep up with.
